One week has passed and finally decided to get the car detailed because of the milk based chocolate smell sipping through the vent when I drive. He scheduled an appointment and he was right on time. My car had not been detailed in a couple of years so it really needed it. I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 2:15pm, I actually arrived at 1:50pm and waited. The guy arrived at around 2:10pm and 2 mustangs pulled up shortly after. At around 2:20pm I decided to check what the process for the wash was, I was informed that it would take around an hour and a half as he had 2 mustangs to clean before he would begin on my camaro. I left my keys and walked around for 2 hours to come back and see my car hadn't been touched. I debated on waiting even more until I realized other cars were getting cleaned before mine, given these cars weren't their at 2:15pm. I asked for my keys and left, yes he apologized and offered to give me a discount if I brought it back another day, issue is I live in patterson and don't usually travel to Stockton. End of story after 2 hours I am still left with a dirty car.

Honestly this is a 2 star for me but I'm showing grace because I'm a car guy and normally do this…read morework myself. For $275 I expected a lot more quality. The main request was smoke/odor removal which didn't work after interior shampoo and two deodorizing treatments. I ended dousing it with two big bottles of chemical guys deodorant air freshener to get rid of the smell. Then to wipe some of the spray off the seats I used a wet rag. I was shocked how much dirt I pulled out of the seats. Dirty water photo attached. Then I realized the seatbelts were never touched. Picture of rag attached. There were also a lot of missed details that bothered me like the margins on the air vents and seatbelt housing. Both had easily spotted dirt on them that took seconds to remove. For the amount of time I ended up spending on it I should have just done it myself and saved $275.

These guys were super understanding and flexible about scheduling, even when I was less than responsive. Having them come to your place is so convenient and they were very respectful of the property when they were at my home - they even brought their own generator!
