The girl guiding you into the car wash is incapable of pointing left or right to guide your tire to prevent scratching your rims. Also, she barely puts the pre wash on your car. Don't come to work if you don't want to do the bare minimum. read more

Fast service! Nice location, even tho it's in a lot next to a beauty school it's an easy in & out, no traffic whatsoever. Plenty of spots to vacuum your car. They have 2 lines for the car wash making it efficient. Every time I've came there's always been someone in line waiting, ready to give me a wipey to clean my dashboard etc. they also offer the microfiber towels to towel dry your car after and even have a spot with a roof so you can dry it, only fits one car so you're out of luck if you don't plan on vacuuming your car and just wanted to dry really quick after the wash and the person ahead of you stops, no biggie! The wash itself isn't perfect, on occasion I still have a spray of soap on the back window or the front but it's nothing a cloth couldn't fix. People complain but it's literally like a 3 minute car wash, what do you expect? The price isn't bad imo. $35.99/month Ceramic wash. Includes tire shine! When this location first opened, you could get a wash for $10, now the wash is $12.99 and it's not worth it. I went to this location on Sunday and got the basic wash at $12.99. a After completing the wash cycle I still had the same dead bug splatter on my windshield from when I arrived. I went back around and the guy at the machines was kind enough to let me go back through again. I went through the cycle a second time and my windshield was still dirty with dead bug splatter (I commute daily). The fabric cloth rollers never touch certain parts of the car and the guys who spray the car before it goes in tend to miss spots. Maybe they need to spray the cars down with a high pressure washer in the beginning before they allow them to go through. I don't know. But I won't be coming here again. read more

An easy and quick location for a car wash. They provide an area to park and clean your car with garbage cans nearby and towels to dry and detail the interior. The staff is always fast to clear you and guide you inside the car wash. They change the garbages often and keep the area clean. We have the monthly subscription for our family. I think there are cheaper car wash options but I frequently come here out of habit. It's a simple car wash, around $12 or so for the basic wash, and they hand dry your car at the end which is a nice touch. I haven't used their self serve or vacuum services The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that I don't see much of a difference between their basic and more expensive washes. I've tried one of each of their three tiers and honestly felt like the middle option was worse than the cheapest option? Not sure but it's still a average to decent car wash and certainly easier than doing it yourself, but obviously not as thorough either that way read more

So bad!! I hope my service was a fluke because for $22.99 my carwash was horrible! It was my first time here and never coming back. My car was still so wet after the wash and still had so much dirt. It went so fast! It's not even hard dirt just literally wet dust. Good thing I didn't get a membership. The carwash went so fast. My brand new suv got scratched several places, then when I complained the staff said it was there before you brought it in. I wouldn't trust these quacks with my vehicle. Since then I take my car to Zoom car wash, not a single scratch. Oh this car wash does not play games. If you have something that might fall off your car, don't come here. The washing is fierce! Whichever company that made this car wash machine is a genius. You pull into one of two lanes. You select your wash by using the voice touchscreen kiosk. There's 3 wash choices. I needed the most expensive at $15. Youre able to pay cash or card at the kiosk. Once you pay, the gate arm lifts up and youre on your way. Someone prewashes your car . Then once you enter, your car is immersed in this wash. You can't see anything for about 25 seconds. Or was a tad spooky, I can't front. However, I made it. So it's all good. You can vacuum for free yourself. I didn't because its too hot. read more

They had been open for a couple months so I thought I would give them a try. First problem was you can't just drive up insert your card and pay to get a car wash. You have to argue with a pushy salesperson who tried to sell me the contract three times even though I said no each time then accused me of being rude because I kept saying no. Then I asked him for the $10 car wash because there are no prices posted and that's what all the other car washes charge for the basics. He said their lowest price was $12. I figured I'll give it a try and see if it's any better than anywhere else. It's not, it's worse. The wash quality is about the same as all the other car washes but there is no towel dry at the end. You come out with the back of your car and your mirrors etc all spotted unless you pull over and dry it yourself. Why pay more to have to do more of the work yourself? I certainly won't be going back. In short go to Canepas car wash or one of the others. At least at Canepas they pre-washed the dirty areas of your car and towel dry it afterwards and for less money. Why would you go to quick quack? Based on the business managers reply, I guess he or she did not actually read my review. read more

DO NOT get a membership.  They were charging me on my son's, my wife's, and my credit card. I had a 22.99 membership, and after refunds, they wanted to start me on a 35.99.  It makes no sense how their accounting system works.  Make sure to look at your statements! read more

Says they close by 730. They close the wash at 6:50pm. When asked max they're response was, they need to close the wash by 7 and be out of there by 730. If that's the cases why not change the time to close at 6:50? I don't get it. read more

On my way in to work I decided to stop by the Kelly car wash across the street where I work. I washed my car, crossed the street, parked my car and began my shift. Later, someone who knows the car that I drive mentioned I had a flat. The only place I stopped between leaving my home and my work was the car wash. The small puncture is on the side wall, so an entire new tire is required. Kelly's car wash should be responsible for their equipment's damage. See video for reference. Proof of tire replacement is available. Kelly has footage of when I got there. I have footage of when I got to work less than a minute after and proof that I did not move the vehicle.
