I'll be honest, I've never had to wait in the waiting area though because they make sure that my appointment starts as soon as I walk in. I love that because a lot of the time I'm always rushing and changing things with my appointment at the last minute (Indecisive Virgo here, nice to meet you). Not once have I felt rushed, or ignored here. The room itself where they do the waxes (there are several but I've only been in the same room each time) is similar to that of Tropical, except much larger with added decor, shelves, benches etc. At tropical I was always looking for places to leave my clothes and felt like the rooms were on the smaller side - You can tell that Sol put real thought into that here, then decorated accordingly.
