It was great to see almost all the employees wearing mask and wearing them correctly. The majority of customers were wearing them as well. The store is nicely stocked. The lay out is a little awkward to me, though. I had to ask several (5)HD employees where to find a few items. The reason I had to ask "several" is because none of them knew where to find anything. I was sent to the wrong place 4 times! Only one of them sent me to the right place. Also, I had to ask 3 of the employees to wear there mask correctly (over their nose) so they could help me. What should have taken me 10 minutes to pick up the few items I needed; took me 1 hour! I don't think I will be returning to this location due to the employees had no idea where anything was located. The Cypress location is much better; they just need to get more stuff in stock. The stars are because they had what I wanted.

I spent over $200 on renting a box truck multiple times during a week. The next week I downsized to…read morerenting the cargo van. The thanks I got for patronizing this business was being accused of causing damages to the truck, basically interrogated about why I needed it so much and how come I hadn't finished the job already!!! Seriously!?! I'll spend my money where the company appreciates my business. I explained to the "worker" that I didn't cause the damage and I have proof. ANYTIME I rent ANYTHING I do a full video walkthrough cause I'm from the school of C.Y.A. I showed him the video the second time I came to pick up because obviously they didn't do the duties required for vehicle check in before my first rental since I was accused of the damage. If they'd simply done their job the damage was large enough for anyone with two eyes to see from across the parking lot. So obviously the person who checked in the box truck didn't document the damage. Still now days later, renting another vehicle for the 4th time over a ten day period I'm being harassed about damages I didn't cause and asked why I keep needing the rentals! ALWAYS document everything when you rent stuff from anywhere. Trust me, I'm almost certain they'll be calling my insurance and I'm glad I have documented proof of video with time stamps proving I couldn't have caused the damage. DO YOUR JOB HOME DEPOT WORKERS!

This company was assigned a repair of one of my appliances by Lowes under an extended service…read morecontract that we purchased. The technician showed up, said he needed to order parts and we never heard from them again. They refuse to answer the phone and believe they blocked us after a while. After almost 2 months of trying to make this work, we contacted Lowes who then told us the technician filed a report saying he was unable to do the work because he claimed it was out of warranty. I am sure he got paid by Lowes for the visit, so it sounds like he is either mistaking us for someone else or... Anyway, Lowes said there is nothing we can do until we "make things right" with this company. I just called my credit card company and filed a claim thru them. So, avoid both Lowes service protection and this company. Update: called mrappliance.com who gave me an appointment immediately and repaired the appliance the same day. They are awesome. I will now update my claim with Chase Sapphire to include reimbursement for these repairs. Advice remains: avoid Lowes and all their fly-by-night repair associates.

The dishwasher had to be ordered and expected delivery was approximately 4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in less than 2 weeks! Installation was a few days later and went very smooth. I had a 10-2 time frame and Nathan and his helper arrived 11:45 a.m. and finished in less than 30 minutes. They were very courteous and careful not to bump the door way bringing in the new dishwasher and removing the old one. I noticed Nathan was meticulous in his installation ensuring everything was done just right. No more big box stores for me!
