Note that there is a sign on the door that states they don't take walk ins, but they ended up saying they could squeeze us in before their next appointment, which we really appreciated! I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! I realized what a special service they provide. No bored, half-hearted work there! Only caring, efficient, and excellent work. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile- sorry for the book size post, but they are just that good and I have been so happy to have found them. I am almost always a walk-in, but never had difficulty getting a seat and great service.

The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice. What surprises me these days are the menus of different levels of manicures and pedicures! And the prices have risen astronomically. But then again, everything is more costly. I hate fake reviews so here goes mine…read more Shannon was super nice and works like a perfectionist. She did my nails and toes. I got gel by OPI painted on and a spa pedicure. She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.
