Finding a good pedicure person is HARD! There's so much to consider... can they paint, not cut too short, and give a good massage. In most shops you don't always get all three... consistently! I've been to this shop 3 times and I'm proud to announce Lynn is that chick!!! She is literally EVERYTHINGGGGGG your feet need in life!! She gives the full experience every timeeeee. She talks but not a lot. She's friendly, but she lets you relax. She massages your whole calve, feet, toes...even at basic she gives a very good massage. I decided to spend a little more the second time i came so i could see what the massage was like! i went home and took a nap My feet where done for the day! 4 stars because I feel they are a bit pricy compared to some other places in the area. I needed somewhere new and close to home for pedicures. Overall, my services have been good. I really like how clean they get my toenails and feet. I've had three different ladies so far and all of them were pretty thorough. The only thing I don't like is their pricing like it's $17 here for gel polish and $5 extra to any pedicure for callus removal. Oh, and you have to come at the right time to get in and out. It's a smaller shop and they don't seem to have a lot of people working there. Weekends are a no go for me. Overall, I get good service here and it's super close to home. So, I'll keep going for now. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this pedicure experience was so awful I feel it's only right to warn others. I get regular pedicures every 3-4 weeks. Due to my regular salon being closed, I decided to try this one. I have never experienced such a rushed and PAINFUL pedicure in my life. This place was fully staffed with only one other client waiting behind me so there was no need to speed through it. My toes have never BLED while getting a pedicure until today. When flinching and making it very clear I was in pain, the nail tech continued to grab me by the foot and put it back in place. I was literally almost in tears and almost got up and walked out. Nonetheless, I still proceeded to tip this lady although it was not what I usually would tip someone in the service industry. I know their job is difficult, but this was completely unnecessary. Figured I'd give it a try since I was already in the area for dip powder but that was not the best idea. First off they Didn't have much color selection for sns SHE CUT MY NAILS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Every nail salon I've ever been to has asked me if I want it cut except here. So now my nails are short and I'm pretty upset about that but I sat down and kept smiling After noticing my nails were not smooth and had spaces between the powder and my cuticle I addressed it but she said after filing it would look better. I was wondering why it looked like my nails were over a week old and had been growing out when I just got them done?!? So I waited until after and it still had gaps and were crooked/sloppy. I was hoping after she filled it and everything it would look how it should but it didn't at all. She said if she put the powder too close to my nail it would lift up and not look good after a few days...ok. I used to go to New York nails but they were busy that day but they have always given me a smooth job and made sure no gaps in between my nail and the powder . I told the lady nicely I didn't want to be rude but I will never ever come back here. I still tipped and left but while sitting in my car I got more pissed so I went back in and spoke to a Mgr she offered to fix it and was very pleasant. She said every salon had different methods and sometimes it helps to push your cuticles back beforehand so it can be flush because they don't push cuticles back so that could be why. She filed it a little more and put some gel coats on top and it looks a little better but I'm still never going back. Sorry. They also filled off most of the powder instead of soaking it off mostly which I was concerned about not sure if that's faster and saves times for them but doesn't seem that healthy but hey what do I know. As bad as my nails looked I really should've refused to pay and went off but I know that she still spent her time and effort attempting to do them so I didn't want to be that way. I recently relocated to the area and needed a new salon. I had a great experience here! Mindy did my pedicure and with very thorough and the massage was above average an extra long. I only got a basic manicure but it was also well done. The shop is very clean and all the staff were very friendly (and spoke good English). It was pretty busy, so I think people like this place despite the reviews. Often times, people only take time to write negative reviews. I definitely recommend. read more

Whenever I get my nails done, I get them done here. But be forewarned, not all nail techs are created equal at this place. One thing to note is that the nail polish smell in this place is pretty strong. If that bothers you, you might want to skip it. I just started getting pink and white with gel (I used to just have just acrylic) and I love them - WHEN one specific woman does them. They're quick, they are cheap, and it's pretty easy to get a walk-in appointment. The decor leaves something to be desired, but the pedi chairs are comfortable enough. I don't use the massage function because I think it hurts, but some people like them. I don't get pedicures there too much anymore because it's winter now, but I've liked how my feet have turned out when I've had them done in the past. I LOVE how one of the women does my pink and white, and I've had another women fill them and they looked foolish - hence the three stars. This place is relatively affordable for getting your nails done - I think it's one of the main reasons they get so much business. You get what you pay for - this is not a "spa" by any stretch of the imagination. But, if you have the somewhat expensive habit of getting your nails done on a regular basis (like I do),so you need a less expensive place to go and you are willing to go a couple of times to find the right person to do your nails that you like, I'd say give the place a try. read more

I've visited this location 2 or 3 times before and it was decent. I frequent another salon but was hoping to start coming here because of convenience. Melissa serviced me with a pedicure and it was great. She kept up conversation and was really funny. I liked talking to her! I scheduled a 2 week with her as I was checking out. If she's available, request her. I received a gel manicure from Luna and I was not pleased. There's gel on my cuticles which means as they grow out there will be a lift and will eventually catch. I also notified her of a bubble in my nail. She said don't push it and that it was okay .. I wear makeup, if the bubble pops there will be a brown pocket in there. Not happy about that. I visited this salon for the first time on 8/27/18. While it was a clean facility, it was not busy at all for a Monday afternoon. Normally I get pink and white nails, but that day I decided to try a gel color. First, the nail tech kept telling me I wanted my nails"too short"; however, that's not her decision to make for me. Afterwards when I got home and saw the polish job, I was so disappointed in all the "bumps" and unevenness of the polish. This do a pretty good job but their customer service sucks. I've been going there on and off for years but this will be my last time. I walked in and 4 employees were serving 2 customers (1 person on hands, the other on feet) while I waited...said they would be with me in 10 minutes and were still working on clients after 10 minutes so I left. Went in for a gel manicure. It was sloppy work gel all over my skin. He said he was going to file it down. Still looked a mess and he knew it was. When i checked out he said come back and I'll fix them. I went in the next day to take them all off and ask for a refund or atleast half the manager/owner said no nothing was wrong with my nails which is CRAZY. I showed her and she said we don't give refunds. I asked for atleast half because they looked really bad she said no because i wanted them all off still have spots of the gel polish he took off on my nails. Never will go back read more

I came in for a gel mani. I was seated right away, didn't have enough time to pick a color prior to seating so I had to make the tech wait while I decided. She was very polite, even helped me pick out a color. She got called away to a different client while doing my mani, I had to wait ten minutes for someone else to come finish.
