Teagan was able to take me as a last minute appointment yesterday because I wanted to do something weird to my hair after getting out of the military. Walking in, I knew I had found my place. The aesthetic was cute and extremely chic and upon walking in, I was offered a drink by one of the stylists. I have awful social anxiety and the staff made me feel right at home. Teagan went above and beyond with fulfilling my dream of purple hair. She did an amazing job and I am beyond thrilled with how my drab mop was transformed into a blueberry's wet dream. My rating is more about the customer service. I called about not being happy with my hair. I explained I only needed a little fix and that I like the bottom color, it's just not blended well. It looks like my color is a month grown out already. The woman that answered the phone said I could come back for a consultation but I would still have to pay again. I paid a hefty amount for the service provided today. I'm disappointed this salon doesn't stand by their client wishes. read more

Solstice Salon and Boutiques newest location is not only incredible but also gorgeous! I had the pleasure of attending their grand opening Saturday July 28 and I was in awe of its beauty. Located off of Beach Blvd bear Salt Life and various establishments. There are 5 stylist stations, an upstairs which offers yoga classes on select days and microblading by their esthetician Shannon. They sale local candles, water bottles, Kevin Murphy products of course and jewelry! They have boutique clothing such as yoga pants and tops. Ashley introduced me to her beautiful business partner Shelby and stylists, Ashley Nicole and Tegan. Ashley J is amazing! My first time here and I felt so comfortable. The salon is beautiful and has a very cool west coast laid back vibe. Everyone that works there has gorgeous hair, which is always a good thing:). Ashley pulled up a chair and gave me a very thorough consultation. She offered up a few ideas and listened. I moved to JAX in fall 2018 and finding a hair salon is always the hardest part about being in a new city. After some trial and mostly error I can officially say I've found my salon and stylist. The atmosphere is so laid back and welcoming. Tegan did my hair and I absolutely love it. I have naturally thick wavy/curly hair and the cut before her (at a different place) was wrong for my current hair type. I sat in her chair and went over how I do my hair currently, what I like to do it, what products I like to use and everything. From there she did my color and then afterwards cut my hair. She was VERY detailed in both the color and the cut. It was exactly what I wanted and needed for my hair. It was by far the best cut, color and style I've ever had. I will be going back over and over again!!! read more

Felicia worked her magic on me and my sister. She made my sister look absolutely radiant in a hot and ravishing red with a stylish cut. I asked for a root touch up, blue highlights and a trim - and my expectations were exceeded! Felicia first studied our hair and fully explained what would work best for the results we desired.
