    Country Girl Cherry Pizza
    Yuki M.

I stopped by this area during my Oregon road trip. As a craft beer enthusiast, I originally wanted to check out a nearby brewery, but the line was incredibly long. The entire area was super busy, even for an early Friday afternoon! So I quickly searched Yelp for alternatives and decided to give this place a try. It was still super packed, but we only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a table. While looking at reviews, I noticed that their cherry pizza was one of the most popular items. I usually dislike having fruit in savory dishes, but I trusted the Yelp community on this one--and you all were so right! It was absolutely delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had a great selection of local beers, a really cute vibe, and friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended!

    Mushrooms and whipped feta

First stop when we got in was this place for food. I'm normally not a go to pizza place on vacation but my friend chose this place. There was a slight wait for a table but not bad and great service once we got seated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Think it was supposed to have river views but we didn't get that. Might only be upstairs which wasn't open.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We started with local beer and the mushrooms with whipped feta. Both were really good. The mushrooms and feta had great flavor and worked together well. I don't remember which pizza we got but was really good too. If I'm back in the area, would definitely consider this as a good option again

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lovely, large restaurant down by the lake but no view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Spacious seating with tables and booths inside and out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pizza dough is fermented 72 hours and was delicious. Lots of options or you could build your own. There wasn't a slice left on the table :) Server was helpful and friendly.

This was a very cool pizza bar. We actually went to the take-out truck in the back and the attendant was SUPER nice and helpful. The pizza was good and price was okay. The area is very nice, looks new & it's next to the open park by the river. The pizza crust it's great!

    Seasonal potato with mushrooms

Surprisingly, my favorite item was the seasonal parsnip soup with focaccia. The sourdough focaccia was very fluffy with a toasted outside. It paired well with soup. We order the seasonal potato pizza and subbed out the sausage for mushrooms. The server kindly helped us make our requests vegetarian. The potato pizza was a little too charred but the sweet and spicy was just right. We preferred the red sauce on the pizza over the white sauce. The crusts were super thin and chewy with lots of leoparding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is indoor and outdoor seating. We chose indoor on the windy day and sat right next to the wood fired oven. There is also an option for outdoor under the covered roof.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Went here tired after a hike and it was a gorgeous open faced restaurant with a view of a little park.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the ginger ale and it was amazing, my partner ordered the lemonade and it was also really good. The focaccia and Caesar salad were amazing and filled us up while we were waiting. For the main entree, I ordered the sweet and spicy pizza and it was a little oily for my liking. I wish the crust was thicker and that there was more veggies on it. Maybe something I would customize more next time. Overall it was pretty good though, and the servers were super informing and pleasant.

Gluten free pizza! The pizza was great and they did have a gluten free crust. Likely some cross contamination (it is a pizza place) but I didn't have any issues as a celiac. The star of our meal was the roasted carrots. Absolutely incredible and can't wait to go back to try more of the vegetable options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Busy place, there was a wait for 2 people but it allowed us to explore the river while we waited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I got four takeout pizzas from Solstice and they were all good. This was my first time trying their pizza. We got two interesting pizzas and two usual pizzas. Country Girl Cherry ($22) with cherries, chorizo, goat cheese, mozzarella, and marinara sauce Siragusa Pear ($21) with pears, bleu cheese, caramelized onions, and mozzarella (white pizza) Margherita ($18) with marinara, mozzarella, and basil Pepperoni ($18) with marinara, mozzarella, Ezzo pepperoni I was skeptical of the two unusual pies but they came highly recommended, and they turned out very tasty. The usual pizzas were solid; what you would expect. Crust was a good thickness -- thin, but crispy and not floppy. Overall recommend.

    Is the patio dog friendly?

Nope! Just stopped there and it's not so we will go to double mountain instead

    Are dogs allowed?

Hi Kevin, we love dogs usually do allow dogs on the patio but occasionally have to limit the number if there are a lot out there. Here are our dog house rules:…

Bad start but we decided to go for it (I planned this stop because they had good looking food and cocktails for the non wine drinkers). There were maybe 4 tables occupied, so I was surprised it would take "a long while". One person from my party went directly to the restroom so didn't hear what was said, when he came out he went to the bar and asked if he could order a flight which he received a strict "no it's going to be a long while" Lol I understand being overwhelmed or whatever, we're human, but to have the attitude was unnecessary. We left after a few minutes and spent $400 at another winery down the road. Which by the way was much busier but because they were kind we stuck it out, our server made a good chunk on tips too. Too bad

A great afternoon of lively music with a few local musicians - music across many genres and styles - the Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young rendition took me back into the 70"s. What a blast! Fun partying with friends. Very cool that vineyard owners Tess Barr sang (voice like Dixie Chicks Natalie Maines) and husband played a mean maniacal harmonica. They rocked! Have to go back to just get into the wine and spirits more sometime to enjoy the outdoor vine in view of vineyard with a Mount Hood back drop. Hood Crest makes wine, distills whiskey, cooks da pizza and makes music - makes you live-a-little on the wild side when your spirit connects with Hood Crest!

Their beer flights come with 6 pours each and it's served in a tall sail (or sharkfin?) shaped tower, each choice is labeled so you know what you're drinking. Their burger with bacon tomato jam was a 10/10! So much flavor and the bun was fresh and lightly buttered and toasted (this really takes it up a notch!). The meat was very tender and lots of flavor (tasted high quality). It's served with a heaping order of fries (or you can upcharge it for $2 and do salad, soup or sweet potato fries). Their chicken wings were tender and came off the bones easily while still having crispy edges. Perfection. After a swim in the river across the street, this place is a chill spot for good food, beer and service. They have indoor seating with views and outdoor seating as well.
