The weather stripping installed on the door/window was installed incorrectly. Looks like a 2 year old put it on. The scratches weren't even buffed out. At the bare minimum, this should have been done. It shows they take no pride in their work or final product, in my opinion. Which, when I addressed this with the shop manager he told me that it wasn't part of the accident because it came to the shop like that??? Ummmm, yep it did, it was in an accident! They didn't put all of the hardware back in the door upon installation. This is all just part of what brought me to my insurance company to fix this mess. It has been over a month now, and after being told I would hear back from the shop manager to set up a date to fix these issues, I have heard nothing! I have called twice, and he has been unavailable each time. At this point, my family can not trust them to fix this mess, if this was the product of them on a good day! They take pictures, they decide what damage is being fixed and what is considered accident, even after I showed them the entire accident area. This is a nightmare. Not recommended, I will never go here again. I just wanted my newer vehicle brought back to the condition before the accident. That's after all what my insurance is for. This isn't even 1 star work. It deserves not on ounce more of my time or my energy.

I then went to give the owner the keys as I am supposed to do after I drop every vehicle. He then came at me after I put the keys onto his desked. Grabbed the back of neck and my hoodie and put the keys into my hoodie. I then told him "do not touch me" two times he then pushed me out of the door and luckily I moved my hand fast enough because my hand was in the door before he slammed the door.
