AND, the house we painted was full of LEAD which he didn't inform us about, extremely hazardous and unethical. He refuses to answer emails or texts. I am just in shock at how someone could be so cold-hearted and not pay us after we worked ourselves SO hard to complete this work. He collected the final payment from the homeowner which he made off of us and still didn't pay us anything. Very sad to even have to write this. Don't hire him... unless he's personally doing the work. He will take your check, have people do the work, and leave the poor workers without a check

Last summer we had a gas line leak outside the house. I called to report smelling gas and they responded immediately sending a tech out within the hour to assess. The tech shut down the lines and instructed me on how to coordinate with the gas company. I really appreciate having this company on our side and highly recommend them. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean. Everything was first class. Brooke is a great communicator - she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt listened to and taken care of. When questions arose, we would get an email or a call, asking us how we wanted things done. Brooke and Matt would meet with us at their office or at our condo to go over details. Matt is an artist at what he does, and an absolute perfectionist. When our shower tile was halfway complete, Matt was not satisfied with how it was turning out. He had the subcontractor take the tile off and start over, and the end result is beautiful. Were there hiccups? Of course, every project has them. But the bottom line is how those challenges, surprises, and changes are handled. We always felt in the loop, and all the challenges were met with quality (and sometimes very creative) solutions. Every detail of our new place is just to our liking - we could not be more pleased.
