My living room had always been dimly lit. It had old-fashioned tube lighting mounted on one side of a 20 x 14 space that was common in mobile homes. Also, a dimmer in my kitchen was not turning on the kitchen lighting. I went to a lighting specialty store off of Stephanie St and bought a brushed nickel fixture with six individual fully-adjustable lights. Three are pointed at the west wall where poster-size pictures of Zion National are mounted. The other three shine straight on to the north wall which gives me light coverage across the room for previously under-performing lighting. In wiring the switches, Progressive Lighting somehow fixed the problem dimmer in the kitchen. Great! I'll not ask questions. Nothing to ask. They corrected my previous wiring work. Overall, Adolfo and his team did an excellent job installing my patio ceiling fans! My patio was not pre-wired so they had to install junctional boxes and a switch for me. I would have given 5 stars but there was a bit of miscommunication. I got a quote from Jose, the owner on the phone. That was fine. I told Jose the patio was not pre-wired but when Adolfo arrived, it seemed like he thought the patio was pre-wired. So they had to leave to buy materials. Also, when I contacted Jose about the job, I thought the stringing of lights would also be included. I was then told I could get a free estimate about how much it would cost. Unfortunately, Adolfo could not answer my question specifically and said Jose would get back to me. I also asked about some wires on the outside of the house I wanted evaluated to see if they could be removed. Over the phone, Jose said they could take a look and let me know. Never happened. We needed a new breaker box upgrade to accommodate my new trailer at my daughter's house. We called and Jose came out right away to give us a quote. I can't even begin to explain what an amazing company this is. From the start, they showed up ready to work, and all were masked. We recently purchased an older home, and there were many issues with the lighting, wiring, and electrical. They pinpointed our first issue which was the biggest. Flickering lights, sockets not working, rigged wiring, etc. José and his team troubleshot the issue, and figured out that it was an NV energy voltage issue. We had them come out, and sure enough, the entire neighborhood was also affected by this same issue. Unfortunately every time NV Energy came out, the issue was never resolved. Thankfully Progressive figured it out for all of us! They worked tirelessly for several days to fix all of the wiring issues, installed several GFCI outlets, and added new sockets for us throughout as well.
