Honestly I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! My sister is getting married later this year, so we went wedding dress shopping here. From the moment we walked in, I know my sister felt like a princess with all the focus on her and what she wanted on her special day. They had couches and a table set out with a little sign that said my sisters name too! The small details made a HUGE difference. The friendly workers made us laugh from the get-go, and made us all comfortable on what is an exciting- but kinda a stressful day! The stylist named Jessica was very particular with narrowing down what exactly my sister's vision was and helped pick out a few choices, as well as let my sister pick some as well. Jessica was honest, helpful, and so genuine. It was hilarious she knew we had an appointment with another bridal store later, and was like "Ok see you later!" she KNEW we'd be back because no one can top how fabulous not only the dresses are but the service as well. I was shocked when I learned how inexpensive the pricing was too! (Although some of them are pricey- depends on the dress you fall in love with!) We did not feel rushed at all during our day here- they let my sister try on dresses even multiple times when she was unsure of which was "the one." I am slightly biased (ha!) but my sister looked absolutely beautiful in each dress she tried on. She looked like a perfect barbie doll in each of their gorgeous white gowns. Jessica also sat down with us deciding whether or not to buy the dress- she made sure my sister was 100% positive about the dress- and was amazing at describing how the dress could be altered to look differently to fit my sisters dream. She has an amazing eye for fashion design and you can tell she has years upon years of experience! To keep myself, my other sister, and my mom busy throughout our day here they loaded us up with cheese and crackers and kept the mimosas flowing! (Yaaass!) When my sister said "Yes! to the Dress" they brought out a bottle of champagne for my sister to pop open for us to have a toast for the occasion. It was a special moment I will always remember. Walking into Solutions for the first time, I had never tried on wedding dresses and literally had the best experience. I tried on so many dresses, each one Erica listened to my feedback bringing me closer to the perfect dress, until we found the one. Not only did the dresses make me feel better than I could have imagined, the team at Solutions was..... phenomenal. I worked with Brittney and Erica and they both made me feel so at ease. This is a very fancy bridal shop almost directly beside Men's Warehouse at the Millenia shopping center. The shop itself is in a strip area near the mall and Keke's and has strip parking right in front. I came in just to browse for last minute hair jewels right before my wedding and see if they had any cute robes I could wear for getting ready shots. I ended up talking to one of the gals on the floor who was very sweet and helpful. She showed me several silk and lace robes which were very beautiful but they weren't what I was looking for They were romantic and elegant but I wanted something I could potentially wear down to the spa at the hotel where I was having my ceremony and these were far too see-through and delicate for that. She also showed me SEVERAL really pretty bridal hair pieces, clips, combs, pins, etc. They were all beautiful and very well-made. I already had a rose jeweled hair piece but was looking "just in case" so I wasn't desperate for anything I just wanted to see if there was anything else out there that I might like better. The hair pieces are VERY VERY VERY expensive. The three I liked a lot were $450, $650 and $900. The dresses in here are absolutely stunning and the store is simple in it's layout and design with classy interior and furniture. I was impressed - I did not end up purchasing another hair piece since I already had one and decided to be responsible but I would highly recommend it to local brides who have a fairly hefty budget. You will find some lovely stuff in here and the employees were friendly as well. read more

I am SHOCKED at all the good reviews on here. I went to Solutions at the end of a busy day after three other bridal appointments. My mom and I waked around the whole store and did not find one dress in our budget (1,800) that was comparable in quality and look as those we had seen in other stores in our budget. I was super disappointed with the selection. If you have a huge budget, there were some pretty dresses in the 7 to 10k range but honestly, I've seen dresses just as nice if not nicer in my own budget at other stores. I tried on one dress because I felt bad for my stylist but it was not my style at all. We were in and out of this store within 15 minutes of our appointment. I've been to a few stores in the area and she was more than fantastic. Jessica and her team took so much time with me as I was indecisive given all the beautiful dresses. There was no pressure whatsoever - they didn't even flinch when I took so much extra time FaceTiming my MOH to get advice on the dresses. I had a few unique alterations on the dress I wanted and they got the designer on FaceTime to have her walk me through what she could do. It was pretty incredible. Highly highly recommend. Beyond disappointed with my experience. Everything started out wonderfully. I had a fantastic experience until I purchased the dress, then it went downhill from there. I will fully admit some of this was my fault, however how they handled it was not right. I ordered my dress on a Tuesday evening. They are closed Wednesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had found out the date had to be changed for my event which changed the sleeve situation on the dress. At that time the entire dress was put on hold. Friday I came in to address the sleeve situation. Figured it all out. Was told that the dress would not be ordered until Monday, because the manufacturer was closed. By Sunday the wedding was canceled and I needed to cancel the dress. I was told at that time I would have to forfeit my entire 60% deposit because the dress was already in production, which then went against everything I was told prior to this moment. It was a matter of 4 days. They then, after I had to debate how a dress could be in production when it had been on hold since it was ordered, called and agreed that I could pay a 30% restocking fee. 30% of the full price of the dress, a dress that was on hold the entire time. I had informed them when they told me I would need to decide what I wanted to do, either give up the money or sell it myself. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and was unable to get back to them immediately. They then took it upon themselves to keep the 30% and credit the card instead of waiting to hear back from me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The entire situation is. Yes, I understand it was my fault I had to make changes, but to be treated like this and not even given the time to answer is wrong. Also, the owner is all excited and happy to help you when you're buying, but the moment I needed to make a change I got passed off to her assistant. It was like she couldn't be bothered and I haven't heard a peep from her since. There are better ways to handle things. I believe people show their true colors when you run into issues and they certainly did. read more

A lot of my friends are also engaged and have recommended other boutiques but I found this one on The Knot and decided to give it a try based on the reviews on there. It was the second place I had tried for dresses and it was by far a much better experience. My stylist was Ana and she was amazing! Before getting started she asked me not only what my dress preferences were, but about the actual wedding to understand my style a little bit more. She picked dresses I would never have picked on my own and they were so beautiful. Once I thought I had one picked she sat me down, did a quick and lovely up-do, gave me earrings and a hair piece, a veil and a bouquet. She created such an amazing experience for me and after all the work she put in, I knew I had found the dress. It was stunning and, again, nothing I would have even picked! Maybe it's because it was the last appointment of the day. Maybe it's because we were tired and had driven from Jax early that morning. Maybe it's because the bride's heart (though open) wasn't really in it because she was already leaning towards another dress. There are a bunch of reasons this appointment could not have been as fun as the others, but something was just off. First, the store is beautiful. The long hallway entry is a little different, but I don't blame that on the salon - more the property owner. There is a large selection, but not so overwhelming and - as they explained - almost everything is customizable to what the bride wants. That's really where it ended - at least from my perspective. The acoustics in the store aren't that good and combine that with the music playing overhead it makes it almost to impossible to hear the bride when she's standing in the mirror. If we had been the only ones in the salon, it wouldn't have been too bad. But with at least three other brides in the salon at the same time, it was hard to hear. Maybe because the sofas were across the room from where she was standing; I don't know. My sister (the bride to be) also said this was definitely her least favorite and she just wanted to get out of the store. Every time she turned around she felt like she was breaking a rule (she works in retail too) and just was made to feel completely uncomfortable. And when they couldn't answer a simple question of how long the train was in one of the dresses she tried on so we could get a frame of reference if she wanted to add fabric, that was when we said we were done. read more

I had the best experience with Jessica and Holly at Solutions. Solutions Bridal gave us THE MOST EPIC dress-shopping experience. Not only do they serve you champagne and dote on you throughout your visit, but Jessica truly cared about my needs and wants. She was honest with me at times when a salesperson could lie to just lock in commission. This is truly rare and was greatly appreciated. She also took the time to followup with me after my appointment to ensure I was doing well, even though I had purchased a dress back home in California. Fast forward 9 months when I'm back in town 2 weeks before my wedding. I had a panic attack because I tried my dress on a few nights earlier and it didn't look right. Jessica had me come in the very next morning and suggested Holly, the in-house seamstress, take a look at it. Not only did they, again, speak the truth that there was nothing to fix when they could have charged me to tinker with it (i had just put it on wrong the other night!) but they also fixed the cleavage area of my mom's dress for a very reasonable price. I visited Solutions Bridal yesterday and it is absolutely the wedding dress shopping experience every little girl imagines! Our budget is $2000-3000 which is on the low end for Solutions Bridal, but my consultant, Jessica (who was amazing) was still able to find me several sample sale dresses to try on. While they all looked beautiful on, none turned out to be THE ONE. I am sure if my budget was higher I would have found my dress there. They greet you with some drinks and a snack (I had a mimosa), and ask you details about your big day so they they are better able to find the right dress for you. You truly feel pampered while at Solutions Bridal. They give you heels to put on and put you in an AMAZING corset that makes your figure look amazing in every dress (which btw I called and is available for purchase so I plan on going back just for the incredible corset). Later that day I visited another bridal salon and was extremely disappointed. They were nothing like Solutions Bridal and I walked out feeling very frustrated and discouraged. If you want THE wedding dress experience you must visit Solutions Bridal! I am hoping they get more dresses in my price range so I can come back! read more

I am not a bride, but the friend of a bride-to-be. We were headed to the Collection when we drove by Solutions Bridal (we are not originally from Orlando, so we were rather ignorant about the available bridal shops). After our scheduled appointment at Collection, we dropped by Solutions without an appointment. They invited us right in. This shop is exactly what you picture a bridal shop to be. The floor is wide, and there is a large platform at one end of the store with several mirrors so the brides-to-be can see themselves in all their glory. The floor is very spacious, so it is easy to browse through the dresses. We were not very familiar with a lot of the designers, having focused on Vera Wang and Monique Lhuillier (I know, I know), but we found an amazing selection of dresses we loved. It is not true that all the dresses are the Cinderella sort. Many are, but this is not my friend's taste, nor mine, and Solutions had plenty of options to satisfy someone who wants a more simple and tasteful look. The salespeople were very helpful. I asked for champagne and promptly received it (it was only on my fourth glass that I started to suspect it was nonalcoholic). All of the sample dresses were in very good condition. They gave my friend a bustier and some heels to help with her trying-on. They even put up with me circling the store, rifling through the dresses, throwing back glass after glass of (unfortunately nonalcoholic) champagne, and giving out loud opinions on every dress my friend tried on (and several the other brides tried on as well). In the end, we found the dress. My friend looked amazing. This bridal shop is like one you see in the movies--the atmosphere was just so perfect. It really was such an amazing shopping experience. My friend's total wedding dress shopping time: 4 hours, 13 minutes. And the dress turned out to be about 3 thou cheaper than the Vera Wang she had originally had her heart set on--can't get better than that! I should mention that this is a boutique store with a small selection of designers, but this is exactly what a bridal shop should be. read more

My stylist Jessica and the everyone at Solutions are an absolute God sent - to say that they went above and beyond for me is an understatement... Due to an awful experience with a private designer and expensive custom made gown, I was left with no dress 6 weeks before my wedding day. Thankfully, Solutions came to my rescue! After a frantic call from my mother, Jessica talked to her managers, explained my nightmare predicament and they were willing to help in any way they could. We arrived the next morning and Jessica pulled a few dresses in my size and style. Jessica was able to guide me through the many options with her honest feedback and expertise, I found my dream dress! If you're shopping for a wedding dress, you already know that it takes 4- 6 months from order to delivery, which means that it was almost impossible for me to have my dream dress in time for my wedding. I was up against the clock and Solutions Bridal agreed to do something that is unheard of in the high end bridal world--- they sold me one of their brand new samples off the rack! It came in one week before my appointment, and they let me buy it so that I could wear the dress of my dreams on my wedding day! Ladies! Bonus: they carry samples to try on in sizes that the average girl can fit in to! Many stores carry runway size samples or the equivalent of a size 2 which makes it impossible for most of us gals to really "see" ourselves in a dress when it's half open and totally ill fitting. I was surprised that I could actually try on dresses that fit me more closely, and it made all the difference in the world. Every person I've met at Solutions has been kind, accommodating and more than willing to help me make my wedding dress and day everything I could ever dream of. Do yourself a favor and go to Solutions Bridal for a stress free answer to finding your perfect dress and make an appointment with Jessica if you're looking for great service and expert guidance... you'll be so grateful you did! Hands down best bridal experience ever! I went originally for a sample sale and was helped by Marissa Macleod and she was a 10! She had all the right questions, listened, very knowledgeable and so sweet and very professional. I loved that. They provided undergarments which was great. There was zero pressure. I ended up not finding the one there. I knew the dresses not on sample were outside my price range but she taught me so much! Fast forward 7 bridal shops later I finally found my Nicole Miller gown that I love. I got my dress altered but it still was not right plus I wanted buttons added. I felt like I had to have a sash because of bunching so I called Solutions and Jessica Vargas recommended coming in to 1. look at sashes 2. Meet Holly their seamstress to see what she could do. PRAISE JESUS I listened and booked an appointment! Jessica was there waiting for me! Just like on the phone she was a pleasure in person. We put on the dress and she listened to my concerns. First thing she said was I may need a different bra. Even though there was one built in she said with this particular gown(she had so much experience and worked with this gown previously!) adding another one would make a difference. Then she walked me through the different sash options and was very conscious of my budget. After searching everywhere I found the perfect sash! Side note: the set up of the store is so perfect. Not only beautiful but functional! Then I met with Holly in my dress! She also said I need a different bra and explained why the dress is not fitting right. Wow what a difference! My dress looks a million times better. Far better than I expected! Holly was so kind and straight forward! We took in a little here and there, added buttons and shortened it. She is a perfectionist which is what you want for this event...perfection! She is a little more expensive but well worth it! I fell in love with my dress all over again! I traveled down from New York to go dress shopping with my mother and sisters. Solutions Bridal made this a wonderful experience for us. We had already gone to two other boutiques and Solutions was the only place were we were acknowledged immediately and made comfortable. The atmosphere is lovely, the space is posh and open. We arrived early (almost an hour before my appointment) and were welcomed in immediately. During our wait, we were asked multiple times if we would like anything, greeted by about every employee, and given updates on when my stylists would be available. During my appointment my stylist, Adriana, listened to my vision and gave me options within the budget I had specified. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service and knowledge of fashion exhibited. I am a curvy, plus-size girl and Adriana took me outside my comfort-zone and put me into styles I had written off from day one. Adriana actually helped me find the perfect dress. I felt limited in my choices at other boutiques, but here I was zipped into 5 dresses, all different styles and fabrics, and was shocked by what I ended up loving. While visiting my Mom in FL, she wanted to schedule an appt to try on wedding dresses since I'm recently engaged. We originally scheduled an appt at Collections for 11am. We weren't greeted right away and there were already two other brides-to-be taking over the store. What's more is that there was a Mom and crying baby splayed all over the front area -- not the atmosphere we were expecting. While I did find some nice dresses (Lazaro, Waters and Waters, etc), I had so many 'buts' about each. Next we went to lunch and I looked for another dress shop. When I called, they were able to schedule me in for the next half hour and I suppose I wasn't expecting much. Immediately when we got to Solutions Bridal, we were pleased! The windows had beautiful dresses and we walked in to an expansive room of soft lighting, mahogany wood floors, and dresses tastefully separated. We were greeted immediately and asked for something to drink. My consultant, Jennifer, was so sweet and asked me questions regarding the style of dress I was looking for. She even asked if I had tried something 'out of the box' for me in the trumpet style, which I hadn't, but was willing to do. After finding about 5 dresses to try, she got my room set up in the back and my Mom and her fiance were able to relax in the large room and wait for me. Jennifer was so kind and professional and helped me into all my dresses and even selected a nice pair of heels to go with the dresses for trying on. She was honest in her opinions and told me what designers ran big and small and how sizing worked. She offered info on timelines for when to order the dress and when to begin the fittings (all of which I didn't know for sure). Jennifer also indulged me and kept showing what bustles would look like as I didn't want a long train. She asked if I'd be wearing a veil and I really didn't think I would, but she gently encouraged me to just try a very simple one. I did. My Mom began to cry at the finishing touch of this simple fabric. I felt like the experience at Solutions Bridal is precisely what I had envisioned for trying on wedding gowns. I feel extremely fortunate to have happened upon it and also to have had Jennifer as my consultant. They really personalize the experience and are patient in allowing repeat trying on. Jennifer even encouraged me to walk down an 'aisle' to get the feeling of how the dress moved and what it looked like far away and up close. She also asked where I was getting married (a vineyard) and helped characterize what type of dress would be best for that occasion. While we discussed prices, we sipped (white) wine and chatted easily. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever, but I do believe I found the gown of my dreams. I cannot say enough of Solutions Bridal. Where do I begin? So I've been to several boutiques looking for dresses and hadn't felt the OMG I LOVE this dress experience. I was happy that they were able to take me in for a last minute appointment. I called Thursday night trying to get in for Friday afternoon at 5pm and was able to get an appointment which was really nice. Unfortunately, I was running late and didn't arrive until 5:45p but they didn't rush me and were very understanding. The even offered me drinks which was really nice and unexpected. Talk about adding an extra boost of a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Ana! She was great and really knows what customer service and building a relationship is all about. If I had my own company, she would be someone I'd want working for me. I showed up alone and my mom was supposed to meet me there but was stuck running late with my 2 month old. It was 6p and they closed at 7 and at no point did they rush me. She even insisted on waiting for my mom before we got started. Ana took her time to get to know me, I addressed my concerns and what I like and didn't like. We tried on several dresses and I loved how she explain every detail of the dress. From who the designer is to where it was made and how it was lined. It was 8 o'clock and the store closed at 8. At no point did she rush me. She gave me the experience my mom and I were looking for and more. The dresses are a little on the higher end price range but honestly with the customer service I received by Ana it was all worth it. I went in with the intention of finding something I loved and possibly thinking about it. But my experience was superb and I found a dress I never thought would be to my liking. So I said YES to the dress. I would recommend this Bridal shop for anyone who is looking for the whole Bridal experience with a little extra. Picking out a wedding dress is a day that most girls visualize since they were little. My best friend and I are both engaged, so I was able to explore a few wedding shops around town. Without question, Solutions Bridal gave the best all around experience. My friend agreed. It's a beautiful store and beautiful dresses, but most importantly the stylists truly go above and beyond to find your dream dress (plus they make sure to stay within budget!). My stylist was Erica, and I cannot speak highly enough of the attention and care I received. I felt like I was trying on dresses with another one of my close friends, rather than someone who worked there. They have a section reserved for you and your guests where they will bring them drinks while you try on dresses. And when you pick a dress you pop a bottle of champagne! The care extended to even after saying "yes to the dress," when I requested alterations and wanted a second dress for the reception. Erica was not available on the day I needed to come in to visualize the changes I wanted to make to the dress, but she set me up with Jason who was excellent. She made sure to fill him in on all the details of what I envisioned. I said yes not once, but twice to the dress with Erica. My bridal consultant was Daphne and she is the best! I give her a hundred stars!! She actually listened to me (what a concept!) and "made things happen" instead of giving me excuses. She was kind, smart, and aware the of the current bridal trends as well as classic looks. Daphne is also fantastic with accessory ideas, if you don't want the "same old, been there, seen it a million times" look. You don't even have to buy your dress here to get treated like a queen! I bought my dress in Chicago but didn't have the accessories to go with it. If you are looking for someone who is patient, actually listens to you, does not make excuses and doesn't pretend that everything that you try on makes you look gorgeous (ugh- I hate those "phony" bridal consultants) then GO SEE DAPHNE! read more

My bridal consultant was Adriana and she was great. She understood my tastes, found dresses that complimented my body and was able to work around my moms eccentricities. I highly recommend her. I went on a Saturday but wished I had gone during the week when it was quieter. I also wish it was a more private experience with just my mom and my bridal consultant. I did not end up buying my dress here because I ended up seeing all the same styles in an orlando bridal magazine and wanted something different. They have a really nice range of Ines di Santo, and priced reasonably for the designer. They also tried to sell me a $1900 veil and $900 head piece which I personally thought was absurd. I purchased a gorgeous veil from Kleinfelds in NY for only $320, so I don't recommend purchasing these items here. read more

There are a few very important days to a girl in her life. Shopping for a wedding dress is one of them. I had found Solutions Bridal on Instagram and began following them, and in this process learned that it was a small knit group of people who really care about their clients. I booked an appointment and from the moment I arrived with my MOH we were taken great care of; from all the friendly faces, to the mimosas, to the relaxed atmosphere. But honestly the best part of the experience was my bridal consultant, Adriana. She listened to everything I had to say about the style I wanted, to the details of the dress. She worked extremely hard to ensure that I found my perfect dress. For anyone who wants to have that personal touch of service when shopping for their wedding dress, this is the place. I happened upon Solutions accidentally while on my wedding dress shopping trip in Orlando. After meeting my fiance's family at the Mall at Millenia, we set out to appointments at two other salons in the Orlando area. The first salon was a good experience and I found a dress I really liked...but I didn't LOVE. The next salon we visited was an AWFUL experience. The shop was unorganized, I was told to pull my own dresses and take them to a fitting room, and I was brushed off when I asked where I could find dresses by a certain designer...that was the reason we chose to go to this store, was for a specific designer. After trying on about 5 dresses with the most unprofessional person in the bridal industry, I was finished and completely disheartened in the process. On the way back to Mall at Millenia my mom suggested popping into Solutions because we were right there anyway. We walked in and were greeted by extremely friendly ladies. I was immediately offered a mimosa (which was just what I needed after my last experience) and they said they would see if there was someone available to help me as I did not have an appointment. Fortunately, one of the consultants had a no-show so she was able to take me. From the minute she met me she put me at ease and asked all of the right questions - how did I want to feel on the big day? What is my style like? Dislikes? Must-haves? She asked my mom's opinion and my sister's. She was very attentive to what I wanted - I really wanted a dress with straps and she was the first person I had dealt with in bridal that didn't say "well if it's properly fitted you don't need straps". I appreciate that she didn't talk me out of what I wanted. Rather she pulled strapless dresses and came up with multiple options for straps we could add to the dress. The store is very well organized. They don't have a huge inventory, but what they have provides enough variety to achieve the look you want - classic, elegant, sexy, formal, informal. I found something classic with a little sexy twist to it, but it was lacking in the bling department. We added a beautiful crystal and pearl belt with matching straps and it was perfection. All I wanted and more. This is proof that even if they don't have exactly what you think you want, they can customize the dress to make it perfection. I am not quick to make a decision, so my consultant Jessica encouraged me to sleep on it - she told me to go home, relax, not to think about it, and come to an answer in the morning. It was nice to hear that and wonderful to not feel pressured into making a decision so she could make a sale. Sure enough I was back the next morning, knowing I had made the right choice. I came in to the store about 2 months later to show my friend my dress and my consultant and the manager, Tali, immediately recognized me, pulled my dress and the beading/straps we added to it, and showed my friend how we customized the dress. Amazing customer service in action. I would refer anyone to this store - they did a wonderful job helping me find my perfect dress for my wedding day. read more

Solutions Bridal was wonderful! I found my dress for the big day finally! I think my experience was so amazing because Adriana the bridal consultant was so kind, organized, on top of EVERYTHING, and made me feel so comfortable! Solutions Bridal was probably the 4th or 5th bridal salon I had visited. I did not have great experiences elsewhere and the minute I booked my appointment and spoke to Jaime on the phone I could tell this place was going to be different. I really felt like it was a complete package from the front desk staff, to the high quality gowns, to the excellent customer service with Adriana. Even the salon itself is beautiful with the layout and accessory corner! Very impressive. I was greeted with smiling faces as soon as I entered the door. Adriana sat down and chatted with my as if we were old friends to figure out my style and all about me to best find the style that may fit me. She pulled 4 dresses! That's all! She did her job so well she actually found me TWO dresses I fell absolutely in love with. Considering this is such an important decision Adriana and the entire bridal staff were so patient and supportive in helping me make my final decision. Adriana even offered to get in the second dress so I could see the difference. Needless to say, "I popped Champagne with Solutions Bridal". At the end of your appointment if you say yes to a dress they pop champagne and post a cute picture to facebook/instagram of you (NOT with your dress :) ). They make you feel so special in such an amazing and important journey toward your wedding. I have family coming in next month and they even offered to throw a dress reveal party!
