Bought 2 bralette sets for $25 each and got all the way home just to see that the security tag wasn't taken off. We went back the next day to return them but they wouldn't allow us to due to the fact that they're undergarments. We NEVER even took them off the hanger, let alone try them on as they were stuck on with the tag. This was for an event which we had to then purchase ANOTHER replacement and waste more money. And if that's not bad enough, they wouldn't even give us credit to get something else we can actually USE. If you're going to have unreasonable return policies... at least make sure you do your actual job instead of gossiping at the counter and ignoring customers. read more

a customer came in and asked about returning a pair of shoes she bought yesterday- they were breaking already at the heel. the shoes were over 100$ and the manager refused to provide a refund or an exchange. she said the customer could have 50 percent off a new pair of shoes. that is the worst customer service I have ever seen. the manager didn't seem to care about doing the right thing or anything. this store is over priced. the sales people I spoke to were not friendly.
