I was looking for a bra with a lower back strap for a gown that has an open back. When I asked "do you have such a bra" they responded No. They didn't ask the right questions. The younger inexperienced clerk even looked at the back strap of the Soma Bra I was wearing which had a size 36DDD on it. I was looking for a bra that didn't have padding. I tried on 3 bras. She never tried to find a bra for me! I was a Real Buyer! The older woman there, obviously a manager didn't try to help AT ALL. In fact it seemed she went to hide in the back! I am a very disappointed customer! I would say you need a new manager! The selections are so vast you need a customer service gal that knows her inventory and can help a customer find what they NEED!

She claimed the fabric would be stretched out and I can purchase it if I want to try it on. I'm a size small, 5'2 and the outfits are one size fits all. When asking to try on shorts over my leggings I was insulted again about a fishy smell being left behind on the shorts and was told again I could try one item instead of the three I had picked out in different styles and sizes. Ultimately I left with my pocket book full of money and no outfits. Store policy is to be rude and insult costumers who ask to try anything on, even a pair of shoes. Definitely never returning.
