I've recently lost weight and needed all new bras. Today was the day to finally take care of this daunting task that no woman likes to do. Bra shopping. My wife and I were not greeted by any of the 3 employees working in the small store. They don't look at us, have a smile on their face, or look like they were there for helping out customers. We then overheard the staff talking bad about a customer they had "dealt with" earlier and one of them even said "like see ya later" about the customer. Well that's exactly what we did. Left immediately and will never give that store a dime. Good luck with sales here. The 3 working today would be better off not engaging with the public. read more

I'm being generous with 1 star. This was by far the worse shopping experience. The employees are extremely rude. I sent an email to the company detailing by experience and look forward to speaking with someone about the terrible treatment I received. I stood at the register over 10 minutes, then left frustrated. Shopping online ended up being a lot cheaper and had a better selection. I have never been in a store that ignores every one at the cash register. read more

Literally one of the worst customer experiences ever ever. I don't even know where to begin. I came in with my friend and we were browsing on Saturday. We were not greeted, which is fine if you're busy, but we were the only people in there. The two ladies working were chatting and on their cell phones. After about five minutes of browing, I finally went to the register and asked them if they could help me find a bra and expressed that it was my first time in the store. Holly measured me, but didn't bother to get the tape around the proper part of my bust (it went along my lower back and she measured me over a bulky sweater). Then she told me to go look for bras I like, and when I told her I couldn't find the size that she had measured me at, she told me, "oh, we don't keep your size on the floor. We keep 40s in the back." Ouch. Then I showed her a couple of styles that I liked and she said l, "well I'll get one that you can try." After I tried it on, she didn't come and check on me. I had to go seek her out again to ask some other questions. I think she was trying to go on break, so she literally walked past me and I had to ask her if I could ask her a couple more questions. I asked if they were having a sale for Black Friday, and she told me she didn't really know, and when I asked about a sign that talked about $25 bras, she said that she didn't really know about that either. Honestly, I just got the feeling that she didn't want to be there and had no desire to sell me anything, so I opted to leave. If this company wants to sell me a $70 bra (or even one on sale for $25), they really need to provide better customer service. There are plenty of other places that won't make me feel uncomfortable about my size (which should have been a 38, anyway), and invisible when I walk into a store. Not cool. read more

The girl who helped me here was so nice and helpful. The store is beautiful and has all kinds of clothing and shaping products as well. Very clean! Also had a cool sale when I had went in today and the girl who helped me helped me out with that as well. read more

Solid 4.5 starts. This has been my new intimates store for over a year. The ladies are attentive to my visits, encourage the use of coupons and provide measurements with personalized service. Their fabrics are so cozy: the pjs are the best and the sweater/wraps are soft + warm! The cons: they are a little pricey but often have sales and allow combinations for discounts. Their brazier sizes are not consistent. I have completely different size needs depending on the style. Luckily, if you sign up for their free rewards program they can look up your previous purchases sizes so you'll be happy with the fit. read more
