Went in and we were met with a helpful employee right away. She took his measurements with a sample scrub outfit for sizing. Once that was done we told her the school paid for them and was informed they would call when they were ready 3-5 days, we'll they called on the 3rd day, super quick turnaround. They called, came in picked up and left. Nice easy process, especially when we had never done any of it before. They walked us through the whole thing and we did not have any challenges throughout the entire process thanks to Meg's Medical Scrubs!!!

They have so many name brand & designer goods, for much better prices than in those actual stores. Of course, there are still a lot of prices that are pretty high- clothing for $100 or more, shoes $150 and so on. But again, they'd cost even more shipping directly through those brands so you have to think of trade offs. They have a little bit of everything here too. A huge section of all kinds of clothing, a quarter of the store is aisles and aisles of shoes; there is a big section of designer purses, perfumes, sunglasses, jewelry, hair supplies and toiletries/ skincare stuff. There's a nice men's section that has a shelf of watches, ties, suit pieces and other things. Even a small home goods section. If you have kids there's a section for them too. Definitely a good mix of different stuff, and for a lot of good prices if you're willing to take time to look around!

The fitting room space was kinda small, they had 4 rooms but they didn't have the husband bench like they do in other stores. The lady running the fitting room was giving all her energy and attention to her friends whom were inside the rooms trying stuff on. I did see a lot of the cute clothes from my email inside the store and they had cute outfit ideas on mannequins but their sandal displays need help.

I genuinely had the best experience at this location yesterday. I was having trouble with an online…read moreorder, so I decided to see if I could go in person to a physical store for assistance. When I got there, the manager let me know that unfortunately the corporate customer service number is the same for store locations as it is for customers. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Anyway, the staff here are awesome and super helpful :)

They also cater more to a curvy body type instead of a stick person, so it's much more realistic and helps make a shopper feel more normal, haha. Now, the prices here are definitely lofty (punny and meaning not ideal). On a normal I'm most likely not buying clothes I like, but I try to time my visits when sales are going on. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you! Come at the right time and you can find a whole loft more than you bargained for! ;)

They have been serving the city of Lakeland for over 9 years. Check them out and see what you can find. My Mom loves their shoes and I love their jewlery and purses they offer. They're always so nice when visiting, and beyond athletic shoes they have a lot of other athletic wear from name brands like Nike, LuluLemon, Vuori, OnCloud and more. They even have snacks to help fuel your workouts like protein bars, energy chews and other things. It's a one stop shop for your running & walking needs. Of course, many of the items here are pretty pricey since it's a lot of big name brands. But they do have occasional sales and the evaluation for fining the right shoe & brand is worth the trip in itself.
