I was aware some of the stores have closed dressing rooms due to Covid, not sure about theirs but mind you, it's a sweater! I immediately hear someone from across the room holler, "You can't try on clothes on the store floor!" I look up and it's a store clerk standing at the cash register 30-40 feet away. I hollered back, excuse me? She repeated herself louder! I guess since I was the ONLY customer in the whole store she thought it was appropriate to address customers in that RUDE manner. I returned the sweater to the rack and immediately left the store. I should have told her what I thought of her store policy and her awful retail skills! It's no wonder the store was full of clothes and no customers on a Friday afternoon! Avoid rude sales clerks by shopping elsewhere!

They had exactly the apparel I needed (blazer, slacks, belt) in exactly the sizes and colors I needed--no alterations. I didn't have to chase all over the outlet mall, nor did I have to visit another location or order online. It was all there--one stop shopping. Their staff was most willing to help with selection and advice, although the emphasis of the store appears to be on self-service, since there has been only one staff member on duty at the two times I visited this past week. This BoxLunch is considerably larger than the standard, and as such, has a much better selection of merchandise available for purchase. You will find plenty of anime, Disney, and other pop culture gifts in the form of shirts, hats, keychains, pins, stationary, plush, glassware/kitchen items, and most notably, backpacks. The LoungeFly brand makes some pretty incredible quality mini backpacks that appeal to a variety of your favorite movies/shows (they are also pretty pricey, but arguably worth it). It's easy to drop $100+ in this kind of store. The employee, Dee, was a very good saleswoman, who easily convinced me to provide my info to sign up for their rewards program and start earning "lunch money." The program is similar to the company's flagship store, Hot Topic. Dee was very enthusiastic and engaged with us from the moment we walked into the store, throughout the checkout process, and as we left. It was clear that she had a knowledge of the products and the IPs of the products and that she cared about customer satisfaction. So while I have not held a high opinion of other BoxLunch locations in the past, this one stands out among the rest.
