My friends and I went here before one of the yelp events that was going on in the area. We heard that their chicken was good so we were excited to try it. The service was just okay. There were a couple times where we had to remind them to provide our drinks that we ordered and also the utensils that we needed. The restaurant was very big but empty. There were a lot of seats but also they did not clean up the dishes from a table that sat before us until we were almost done with our meals. Since they didn't, and had the door wide open, there was a fly that kept going back and forth around our table. Onto the food! Here's a little breakdown of what we got: Korean Fried Chicken (2/5) - We ordered this first because we knew it would take 30 mins to make. We had medium wings with half soy garlic and spicy. The chicken was a little too oily and barely had any sauce. The spicy was just spice but no flavor but the soy garlic was good. So Dduk - So Dduk (4/5) - This was super yummy. The dduk was so crisp and paired well with the sausage. The sweet chili sauce was also a great combination. Fish Cake Soup (5/5) - I can't tell if this was the star of the show or the mul naengmyeon but this was honestly so delicious. It felt like a hug in a bowl. There was a plentiful and a variety of fish cakes. Each with so different and flavorful. Mul Naengmyeon (5/5) - We were so scared that they weren't going to serve this because it wasn't summer anymore but they had it. it was slushy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The pears added a really good texture to the soup. I think they need to work on service and cleanliness but overall, the food was good!

Really yummy Korean food!! Generous with the banchans when requested. They also sell kimchi which I like to buy because they make it in-house and I'm not Korean lol! Lunch specials and bowls are great!

I'm going to call this the review of unfortunate timing. The menu prices were blanked out and the server didn't know the new prices. It was after lunch and the place was dirty. Floors unswept, tables not bussed, and the tabletop was sticky. Lunch special was fast but just ok. Guess it was a bad day,,, a really bad day.

My party of three came today for a quick lunch. We ordered the following: Seafood Pancake, Japchae, Spicy Pork, and LA Galbi. Here's the consensus rating from the group. Seafood Pancake: my wife and my friend thought they were really good. The sauce that came with it complemented the dish really well. I thought the pancake could be slightly crunchier. Almost 5/5. Japchae: simply amazing. The noodle wasn't overly oily, the noodles weren't too sticky, and the veggies weren't under-seasoned. Japchae as a dish in general has a low ceiling but this dish hit all the high marks. 5/5. Spicy pork and LA Galbi were both 4/5. One thought the Galbi were a bit heavy on the sweet flavor. Another thought the spicy pork did not bring enough heat. I thought the meats were juicy and tender. The girls thought spicy pork did have a few blackened pieces. But, the meat dishes were good nonetheless. Tally that up, the experience was good. It was $81-ish, pre-tax, for four good dishes. The service was good. The waiters were attentive. The food was served within 15 minutes of ordering. 4.5/5 for the whole experience. There were too many upsides to not bump it up to 5* for the review :)

Came here with a friend one night for dinner for some Korean food, was impressed with the variety of dishes they offer! There wasn't anyone dining in at the time, so I assume they do a lot of carry out orders. Service was friendly though, and provided us with refills on our banchan side dishes when we asked. I decided to go with the Pork Cutlet Kimbap as I've been craving a good Korean sushi roll, and we don't have many places to get them in my area. It was nicely sized, and packed with a good amount of veggies and meat. The taste on its own didn't particularly wow me, but it was a good portion to fill me up, and with the sauce it's pretty tasty! Definitely want to come back and try some of the other Korean dishes they offer.

This place has been open for sometime but didn't visit it earlier. Good and quick service. Ordered Bulgogi , spicy chicken , Sea food pancakes, all very every yummy. Portion size was very generous as well. Their sides come in very generous as well. Service was good and fast . Their recommendation was also spot on. Good place for a Friday or weekend diner.

Best chicken of all korean chicken places!!! only downside is limited flavors, but if you just like the classic soy garlic, try it!

At 6, this place starts to get packed. But there's so much variety of Korean food and they even have ramen. The chicken and seafood pancake took some time but the bibimbap and soup came out right away. I like the place a lot as it's constantly streaming sports and Korean music videos. I would come back and wish there was a place like this closer to where I lived. Def my type of place. They also do takeout and big orders.

I really want to like this place, but everything is such a hit or miss! The ramen was so bland and basic and didn't seem authentic at all. Definitely looks like the took it from the basic ramen party lace at the stores. They threw some spinach leaves in there. My chicken seasoning and spices came off as soon as it hit the broth. I've also ordered their fried chicken so far that's been the only okay thing. That was overbooked sbd burnt a bit, so I could barely taste the flavor. I've ordered their rice cakes which I do enjoy it just breaks apart easily. The lunch bowls and bento boxes are fairly basic. There's tons of seating and the folks are very nice. Great place for drinks they have great deals!!

We ate everything! We got the Bulgogi and the Rice Balls (3 Pcs.) with Kimchi!!

The bulgogi and the rice balls with kimchi were AMAZING! It was honestly the best food ever! There also is some K-Pop in the background, which made a nice vibe to the place. The service was amazing, and its never busy, so the food comes out fast. We ate everything

Tan Tan Men Ramen (Vegetable Base) - Ordered with no meat but found traces.

This was our first time ordering from here, we got vege dumplings, vege spring rolls, Spicy Vege Korean Ramen and Spicy Vege Tan Tan Ramen. Unfortunately, the food tasted below average - all the flavors were lacking and was not spicy at all. The tan tan ramen had traces of meat in it, despite ordering for vegetarian option only. This killed the appetite even further and we weren't even able to eat half of the pirtion(s). The prices are more on the higher side and it sucks to spend $50 dollar and have to throw all the food away. The vege dumpling were the only item we were able to finish, unfortunately everything else went to waste. Vegetarian dumplings - 2/5 Vegetarian Spring roll - 1/5 Vege Korean Spicy Ramen - 2/5 Vege Tan Tan Ramen - 1/5 Only good thing about the order was the food got ready quickly and the person at the counter was very nice.

I was searching for take out when I came across this place. I looked over the menu and I have to say I could have easily ordered a lot more food than what I did. Everything sounded so good. The steamed beef dumplings were the hit of the show. The wrapper was just perfect. The filling flavorful. I could have eaten 5 more orders! The Bulgolgi rice balls were a good size, the texture of the rice was not mushy..I wish it had more bulgolgi in it though. I also got a large order of the chicken wings...half soy garlic, half spicy. Yum! So crunchy! Next time I think I would try the extra spicy because for me the spicy was not too spicy.. The loser of the show were the seafood pancakes. It was very fishy and not in a good..fresh way. It was not edible. There are some other items on the menu I would like to check out.

Crispy and delicious vegetable spring rolls!
    Linda B.

I ordered from them through DoorDash. I ordered the vegetable spring rolls and the miso ramen with chasu (pork). Both were very good! The vegetable spring rolls were perfectly crispy and had a really good flavor! The miso ramen wasn't the best I have had, but it wasn't bad. Brisket wraps are microscopic and not at all worth the cost of them. I had special instructions to add hot mustard packets for the spring rolls and bamboo to the ramen and this restaurant was kind enough to write me a note informing me they didn't carry either ingredient so this was a nice surprise!

The pork was flavorful. ~Sides: loved all the sides from the veggies, fish cake, kimchi, and soup Thoroughly enjoyed majority of the food here and will likely return if I'm craving basic Korean food.

I do really like the online menu, where you can see big clear pictures of each dish. Inside the restaurant they do have small paper copies of the menu (without pictures) that you can use to choose your order before entering it on the kiosk. Taste of Korea is strictly self-service. You place your order on the electronic kiosk inside the front door. You also pick up your order from the counter and bus your table as well. Water is self-service too, which is good. I ordered the B5. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimap. It was pretty good and I especially liked the banchan that came with it. But as I mentioned, the portion size was small (and the amount of beef skimpy), though you do have the option of adding extra ingredients for a price. Some pieces of the meat did have an off-flavor. There was a cup of broth (not miso) that came with the bibimap but it had no flavor. It was like drinking warm water. JP ordered the C6. Korean Style Pork Belly. The pork belly was very good and this dish also came with banchan and broth. We also ordered the Spicy Baby Octopus. It wasn't super spicy but it had a very delicious sauce. But probably more onion than octopus. We also ordered the Chicken Bulgogi, which was excellent. However, these two dishes only came with rice, and not banchan. I doubt we will come back because of the price vs. quantity ratio.

What feels like a hidden gem serves some of the best Korean cooking I've tasted. The bossam was incredibly aromatic and came with a massive portion of fresh kimchi that was cut tableside, making for a fun dining experience. Together, it was more than enough to satisfy two hungry diners. The banchan selection was equally impressive and paired beautifully with the meal. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and welcoming, while the service felt warm, genuine, and comforting, almost like dining in someone's home. My only suggestion would be to offer a more fermented kimchi option as a side dish. All of the kimchi we tried was very fresh, and I personally would have loved a tangier, more developed flavor. Overall, this is an easy 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

The menu was extensive, filled with lots of homey options that I don't usually see in other restaurants. After ordering, we were served six different banchans, all of which were incredibly homey -- light and not too savory. My favorites were the acorn jelly (which was mixed with salted seaweed and sesame seeds) and the white kimchi. Honestly, all six were really solid. AL TANG - 19.99 Super savory with lots of "sea sweetness" and umami, this stew was rich and piping hot upon arrival. I've never had al tang before, but have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't love the texture of fish roe (kind of reminded me of the texture of cooked chicken lungs). By the end of the stew, I thought it was too salty, so I didn't end up finishing it. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't get it again. My friend got the mackerel which he loved. I'll look forward to other items on the menu next time.

Galbi deopbap- it was mostly onion with slivers of meat that had a lot of fat. Meat weren't the usual La Galbi cut either- it looked like they were just leftover trimmings of short rib! Very mediocre taste also. I mean compare my photo to what's displayed on Uber Eats menu. KFC- biggest issue. Wings came naked WITH KETCHUP packets... they were bland and not even really that crispy! So I called the restaurant and then asked to please fix this, at least refund for the wings. They go on to say "well you should have chosen the sauce because some people want them naked." Well guess what, there's no option to "choose" sauce on Uber Eats. The lady confirms it and says they still can't refund but I can come to the restaurant to pick up a new order.
