But I immediately felt comfortable as Corey welcomed me into her warm, quiet environment. She gave me time to adjust and then simply suggested I silently set an intention -- something I wanted to work on, either physical or emotional. We did not discuss my intention or anything going on in my life before she began. At the end of the hour, I woke up (yes, I actually fell asleep)! Corey then spent about 15 minutes sharing her observations and interpretations of our session. Much to my surprise, she had confidently hit the nail on the head on where she felt my energy was most strained, which was congruent with my intention.
