We got here just in time. No one was here when we ordered but in just a few minutes it got really busy. I ordered a chicken avocado wrap that was delicious. Except the av ocado was not ripe. I had to remove it. It was so green it was chewy.‍ Service was quick. You order at a Windows and pick up at the next. Seating is outside only. Has a cute little giftshop adjacent. My friend got a burger and that thing was huge. Sorry I didn't take pics of the food. We had to eat in the car because it was too windy to eat outside. Glad we stopped. read more

The good: We got the original raspberry shake and Chad's jammin raspberry shake. Both were great. I liked how it wasn't raspberry flavor added to a vanilla base. It also wasn't overly sweet. The raspberry chunks inside were nice. They had plenty of outdoor covered picnic tables on the enclosed lawn so kids could run around. This was the first raspberry shake we had ever had in Bear Lake. They sold jams, hot sauces, clothes and other merchandise inside. The bad: There's no indoor seating. The interesting: They had plenty of food options outside of shakes as well. read more

We are staying at Rendezvous Beach for a couple days and this place was recommended by one of the cute girls working at the rental office there. This cute burger joint is located just up the street from the beach. They had our order ready super quick. I highly recommend the loaded fries!!! That pulled pork is sooo flavorful! We were the first customers of the season and my husband had their brand new "North Beach" burger that includes pulled pork and pineapple. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The onion rings and french fries all had the perfect crunch. The gals working there are so very nice. Definitely our cup of iced tea. read more

Okay I don't give many ratings but I have to say. I'm impressed and that is saying alot. We ordered burgers and fries. And they where hot, fresh, we'll cooked. Staff was friendly and working hard to get the massive line of people through quickly. The burger was actually a burger you can see and taste. I know it's hard to run a business with prices going up all the time. Requirements from state and federal government and finding help that wants to work and show up and is friendly is hard but. They nailed it. Way to go!!. Stop in even if there is a line it's worth the wait. The shakes look amazing going to have to come back for one.another time. read more

After stopping by "Raspberry Days" - which I feel is a stretch of a name considering there was only one booth that offered raspberry products...and all the products were jarred - raspberry jam, salsa, syrup - that I could buy online or at other local markets throughout the rest of the year. There were no fresh raspberry ANYTHING at the festival. So I left Bear lake feeling let down, until I stopped by this little joint. Tasty fresh flavors! I got a raspberry shake that was delightful and satisfying. My husband got a burger that was nicely caramelized and delicious. I will never come back for raspberry days, but I would make a jaunt out for a shake and burgers! I came here alone on a particularly stormy August day with lightning striking all around and hail pounding the pavement beside my car. So I scanned the menu through the windshield, made my choices, and ran up to order a avocado queso burger, fries and a raspberry Nutella shake. The food did not disappoint but also did not quite live up to the $20 price tag. The burger was a little small, but it was tasty - the meat being noticeably seasoned! The fries were also good, but my shake seemed to lack any Nutella at all. Not sure if it was a mistake with my order, but it just seemed like a straight raspberry shake, which was still good. They do have a large selection of shakes many of which involve raspberry - it being the regional specialty. They also have a good selection of burgers and sides other than fries. Overall I would still say it's worth the drive to that side of the lake for better quality food and no line, but it ain't cheapo depot. Burgers alone run in the neighborhood of $7-$10. Sides are $4. Tack on a delicious shake and you might be pulling up your account balance to make sure the charge goes through. read more

Great newer place in Laketown. Excellent raspberry shakes. Excellent and friendly service. Good burgers and onion rings. The coleslaw wasn't my favorite, but if you like sweeter you might like this one. They have tables and chairs and benches for seating outside on some grass. Definitely a great place to grab a bite and a shake if you're at Bear Lake. No crowds from being in the heart of Garden City and equally as good shakes as La Beaus. read more

Some Beaches catered a company event for me in July. I was so pleased with the quality of the food, the attention to detail, and the great customer service we received. The food was delicious and very affordable. The first lunch was a baked potato bar which was plentiful and had a large variety of toppings. Even the guys in their 20's were full after that lunch! The next lunch consisted of their homemade chicken salad on croissants with a lovely green salad. The salad was topped off with Some Beaches own raspberry dressing. Patrick was very responsive when making the plans for the lunches and delivered the food right on time both days. He is definitely very professional in the way he runs his business. Best fries I have had at any fast food restaurant and the rest of the menu was very good as well. Bear Lake is one of the few tiny tourist towns where you can ACTUALLY find some good food and Some Beaches is one of those places! Their catering menu is awesome for family dinners and their chicken wrap is the perfect mid lake day lunch. read more

Some Beaches has BY FAR the best raspberry shakes in the area. With all the hype about "world famous raspberry shakes" in Garden City, we decided to try all the contenders (Le Beau's, Quik n' Tasty, Home Town Drive-In, The Lodge, etc., etc.) All the others were not much better than you can get at DQ, and about the same as you could get at any standard shake shop in the Utah/Idaho area. The ones at Some Beaches had MUCH more raspberry flavor--including many fresh raspberries and raspberry jam--than any of the others we tried. They were spectacular. read more

I got the Nutella brownie and it was good, but nothing spectacular. My husband and daughter got the special Chad's jam raspberry shake. Some people may prefer the jam to real fruit, but he did not. The condensation and dripped shake was wiped off of the cups before being handed to us which was definitely appreciated. The girl at the counter was having a conversation with someone behind her while taking our order, so the customer service wasn't great but our order was all correct. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and the open sign was off, chairs were being stacked up and it was obvious the staff were trying to close up so we did feel bad. We only got the shakes so we need to come back and give the rest of the menu a chance sometime. read more

We were passing through bear lake and decided to grab some grub in Laketown. We started in the attached souvenir store and walked away with some yummy Bear Lake Raspberry treats and syrup. Don't forget to stop inside. I ordered the burger and my wife a salad. The food was delicious. Even though I was stuffed from my amazing burger (with crunchy fresh bacon bits) I had to eat some of my wife's salad with the most amazing smoked pork. It was delicious. The raspberry pineapple vinaigrette had a slight kick to it and was the perfect dressing for the salad. Now let's talk ice cream. I had the pina-colada shake. Heaven sent. I wouldn't share it and downed it before even starting in on the food. I'd definitely choose that flavor again, but would probably try another flavor next time just expecting the same quality. I have the honor of speaking with the owners and they said they have weekend specials of different menu items. I'll make sure that my next trip through will be on the weekend to try another amazing dish. read more

We had the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! So juicy and the bread was perfect, also the fries were so fresh and yummy. The 1st Point pulled pork sandwich can't be beat. Tell them no butter stuff on the bread. Fries are delightful but no longer included with the sandwich. Bummer. I don't recommend the shakes because they have fake non-dairy topping on them. read more
