The nail tech hurt so much I had to ask them to stop multiple times. My nail polish came off the very next day.

My wife went to get a pedicure. Chose a color, lilac. The guy working there started painting the nail bright pink. She informed him that it wasn't the right color. She showed him again the color in the book. He came back and started painting a deep purple color. She informed him again that it wasn't the right color. He then stood up shaking the bottle and loudly yelling at her that it was the color. She asked why he was talking her like that. The owner stepped in and my wife explained the issue and told the owner she didn't come in to be yelled at. My wife was about to leave and the owner offered to do the pedicure herself and brought the right color. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a stressful and upsetting event. I finally found a good place in the area to get my nails done. This place had a ton of colors to choose from. I always like to get matching polish and gel for a manicure and pedicure and they had the sets. I was helped quickly. The lady who did my services did a fantastic job. The experience was great, my pedicure is average. I called on my way there to see I there was much of a wait. The Person who answered was friendly and when I got there I was able to start soaking my feet as soon as I picked a color. Unlike many nail salons, the people here really took their time. Allowed you time to soak, have a good long massage, and took time with my nails in general. The price was in line with every other local nail place. The place was very clean and the chairs seemed to be relatively new. They used disposable covers in the foot baths and the nail tools all appeared to be fresh. I looked closely knowing some places simply keep reusing "sealed" bags to make you think they sanitized. Checking out my nails closely when I got home I realized the pedicure itself was average. This Nail Salon was horrible! I went in and was first in line to get a gel manicure. The woman sits me down and puts my hands in a bowl full of acetone and then takes the next person and starts a pedicure. 15 minutes later as my fingers are melting off, I ask her to take the gel polish off of my nails because my fingers are burning. She then says we have to wait for her coworker to come back. I demanded that she take the gel off of my fingers because my fingers are on fire. When her coworker finally came back and completed my gel manicure, not only did it come out horribly, but she didn't even file my nails down. I will never go back. read more

I got a dip manicure and Linda was awesome, constantly checking in with me along the process to make sure I liked them after I told her about my negative experience at the other nail place. I walked in here with relatively high expectations after reading pretty fair reviews and seeing that a full set of acrylics was only $28. I had called ahead in the day and had an appointment all set up. When I entered, I was immediately hit by the most pungent chemical/acetone smell. A woman told me to pick my colors and I did and then took a seat and waited till about half an hour after my appointment time before I was finally given a chair and even then I waited while she continued to work on the woman next to me. She came over and removed my nail polish and it was at this point that she began to alternate between working on my nails and on the woman next to me. They're pretty clearly understaffed as there were employees running all around and nobody seemed dedicated to just one person. Once the woman next to me was finished up and left, another girl came and sat next to me shortly after and she began the split attention once again. The nail tech didn't seem to be overly talkative and even with all the customers needing to be helped, the employees still showed each other videos on each other's phones and chatted. I requested a coffin shape and as I'm writing this, some of my nails are definitely more square than anything else. A couple of my nails are even sqoval. There are some of my nails that still have natural nail showing, the nails are crooked, and polish is too heavy in some spots. I was charged $43 and that could've been because I chose the gel polish, but I'm not completely sure. I wish I could give a better review but I will continue searching around for a regular nail tech. read more

I came as a walk in and was told a 10 minute wait which turned to 20 minutes. Once I sat in the chair. They had me wait and soaking my nails in water for another 15 minutes while they rushed around to help other clients. Once my manicure finally started, it was the fastest and most rushed manicure I've ever had. The skin was not cleaned up around my nails, she over clipped the side of my nail and my finger started to bleed. She barely buffed them which is important for the polish to stick, and wiped my nails with a dry paper towel because she didn't want to wait for me to walk to the sink to wash my hands. In the end, the polish turned out okay but it definitely was no manicure. More like a polish change. My fingers should have been way more cleaned up than how they looked. I can't see myself going back to this business. read more
