They even sold kits to let you make your own Halloween candy themed charcuterie board which was such a cute idea and we loved getting to put together. I spoke with the owner and they visit local events and set up but you can also hire them for parties or gatherings and they bring their truck and set up a mobile candy bar. Clearly, she dislikes her job and isn't interested in customer service. It's a bad look for Fastachi. We all have bad days but this person had a serious disregard for doing her job. I made 5-6 efforts yesterday to place an order and the computer program just will not accept the information and keeps stating that I need "To follow the format,..." which I thought I was doing. I wrote to their website/email and no response. I would just forget Fastachi totally at this point, never attempt to order again, however I had discussed some options with a client who chose to receive treats from them. I don't understand why I cannot simply order online and have it go through. It has never been a possibility for me over perhaps five years trying yo order online. Never had such a problem with other vendors! They even identify on the website the l item I want, which is a variety of chocolate bark as requested by my client. But, when I double click on it, I get all the chocolate treats and I cannot find the bark. I'm very very disappointed and not sure how I will handle this. Such inconvenience and lack of customer support. They apparently have expanded their services to other stores and have what looks like a large corporate clientele. I cannot understand why they no longer accept phone calls when their system to place orders just does not work! I would love help with this particularly for this one situation and then I wouldn't bother them again and not purchase their wonderful treats as gifts. There was one guy working who was super helpful in answering our questions. After looking at the selection of chocolates we decided on getting mini truffles. They can come in as a box of 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12. There were a few flavors we picked that were sold out, but ended up getting sea salt caramel, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, sweet dreams, Dubai, peanut butter, red velvet, and white chocolate. The sea salt caramel is a fan favorite and definitely one of the favorites I tried as well. The mini truffles are priced at $2.50/piece so a box of 8 will set you back at $20. I wasn't a big of the white chocolate or Dubai, but these are definitely great chocolates to treat yourself or to give as a gift. I'd definitely recommend trying them out and hope to come back to try out all the other flavors.

The ginger isn't too sharp when you bite into it since it's been candied, and the earl grey chocolate bonbon (which I wanted to try since I saw it online) was sold out individually but still sold in the five flavor sampler. The jasmine tea white chocolate rose was also delicious and the tea flavor was surprisingly rich. It's not cheap but it's well worth a nice gift for yourself or someone else!
