    a box of assorted chocolates
    Cate T.

My fiance gave me a box of assorted chocolates he picked out from Indulge for Valentines Day. He said the woman working there was super nice and helpful. The chocolates are AMAZING!!! This is my first chocolate experience from this chocolatier and I am hooked! I am a big chocolate lover and know a great chocolate when I taste it! I am hoping he will make frequent stops here on his rides from work haha because I am obsessed with these delicious delicacies!!

Is this place allergy friendly? I have a peanut allergy.

Hi Hope. We have several nut free options. We carry a line called Vermont Nut Free, that is packaged and sealed elsewhere . We do, however carry nut products in the store. Definitely stop by and we can show you what we have.

There was one guy working who was super helpful in answering our questions. After looking at the selection of chocolates we decided on getting mini truffles. They can come in as a box of 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12. There were a few flavors we picked that were sold out, but ended up getting sea salt caramel, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, sweet dreams, Dubai, peanut butter, red velvet, and white chocolate. The sea salt caramel is a fan favorite and definitely one of the favorites I tried as well. The mini truffles are priced at $2.50/piece so a box of 8 will set you back at $20. I wasn't a big of the white chocolate or Dubai, but these are definitely great chocolates to treat yourself or to give as a gift. I'd definitely recommend trying them out and hope to come back to try out all the other flavors.

They have a variety of pastries as well ; it's reflected in the photo below . This is strictly a bakery you pick stuff up they have no seating . The ambience is friendly and warm . Given constant traveling and life overall, we did not get to partake in a class of this type until Labor Day weekend in Boston. My companion set this up all by himself with the lovely Beth. Beth was very communicative, even giving us directions to her place, as well as to many of the attractions that the city of Boston has to offer. It was just us two, along with Beth and her husband Steve. They were so nice, making us feel very welcome in their home (because shockingly this is at their house!). Beth is a master at her craft. She's been making chocolate for years and it really shows. Her chocolate was so pretty and yummy. As for the actual chocolate-making class, we began with tasting chocolates from all around the world to then attempting to make our own. Have to say the chocolate was delicious and rich. Definitely not the type of thing you can eat all in one go unless you are a true chocolate lover. That said, this was quite fun and we took many goodies back home to Florida. Definitely something I would want to do again, and more so, Beth and Steve are such kind folk that you want to invite them out to lunch or something along those lines. Felt as if we were with friends.

My default is usually the 9-piece box. If I really like you, you get the 9-piece box (lollll). Walking up to the display case can be dangerous; it's so hard for me to choose flavors because I really just want to try them all. There are rows of beautiful handmade chocolates in every color imaginable, and the flavors are so much fun: Vietnamese coffee, cookie butter (Biscoff), passionfruit, strawberry matcha, lavender, macadamia praline, local honey, salted caramel, and so many more. They also make seasonal treats. Around Easter, there are gorgeous big chocolate eggs that you crack open to reveal candy inside (I was SO close to buying one for myself ), along with adorable little chocolate bunnies. The chocolates are almost too pretty to eat. (I said "almost", mind you.) You admire them for a little while, and then somehow they mysteriously disappear into your mouth. NOMZ! My personal favorites are the Vietnamese coffee (of course) and the cookie butter, while some of my friends swear by the passionfruit and the fruitier flavors. I don't think I've had a bad one yet. But here's one thing that has always stuck with me, it's something that happened when I was in the shop one afternoon. A family was sampling quite a few chocolates, and I remember feeling a little bad for the owner because they were so patient and generous with everyone. I ended up making sure I bought a box to bring to friends that day, not because anyone pressured me or anything, but...don't you just wanna support a small business run by genuinely kind people? I haven't found a chocolate-loving friend who wasn't thrilled to receive a box from Tick Tock. (One of my friends are the 9-piece box in a weekend. I can't blame them, but...) Belmont is lucky to have Tick Tock Chocolates, and I hope they're around for a very long time.

They had a thin string on the back to mimic a tail, which also helps keep your hands clean--a fun and thoughtful design. The cocoa and milk flavors were pure and rich, with a smooth and silky texture. I personally didn't find it too sweet. My friends who tasted it also raved about it. Pavé Glacé: The best of the bunch. Made in the same way as nama chocolate生チョコ--frozen chocolate ganache, but this one had a fine layer of cocoa powder, making it denser and more solid. It melted in mouth and starts to linger, with a more distinct flavor profile from bitter to sweet to fragrant. Sesame Truffe: Two pieces in one serving was perfect. A thin layer of light cocoa powder on the surface, the shell was so crisp that it crumbled in mouth, and the flowing filling with nutty and caramel flavors immediately spills out. However, I didn't taste much sesame; it's closer to hazelnut, the classic chocolate flavor, and a bit on the sweeter side.
