And I think that might have been our downfall. We went the breakfast route and started with a Cinnamon roll made right on the griddle. It created this crispy char that gave the roll more of a funnel cake texture. Unique,and the icing definitely enhances it (as it does most cinnamon rolls). Their special breakfast sandwich, "The Morning Wake-up" touts a "2x the size English Muffin" and they were not lying. This sandwich had cheese, multiple meats and vegetables, and I needed to take half of it home due to sheer size. What it didn't have... sauce. What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. It was a similar experience with my wife's Reuben and the fries that she ordered; the sandwich had its moments, but it made me wish one of us got a burger like most of the other patrons.

She was fine, food and drinks were served timely but there was nothing extraordinary about her standard service that would warrant a higher percentage tip. After paying, as my family and I were walking out, she calls out my father in front of other guests to ask if there was something wrong with her service. He explained he doesn't tip on tax and the alcoholic drinks but otherwise he gave an 18% tip...my brother and I went back and handed her another $10 in cash saying maybe we may have calculated it wrong (didn't) but wanted to be nice and handed her the cash...she proceeded to complain further and didn't offer any thanks. Sorry but if you're a waitress with that crappy of an attitude, you're probably in the wrong job. Very unprofessional and entitled.

The list could go on and on. Health department needs to pay a visit and have a come to Jesus talk with this joke of an establishment. Definitely need to have an employee meeting to discuss hygiene and etiquette so customers can have an enjoyable meal without having an asthma attack triggered by an employee. Never again!

Only bad Bob Evans experience I've ever had but it was BAD. Reading some of your previous reviews, this seems systemic. Not fair to the customers and certainly not your servers.
