I'm disappointed. I read all the reviews on this place and was expecting outstanding results. Unfortunately, the lady took too much off the top of the eyebrow and didn't even even it out. Now my bfs eyebrows are all messed up. IN ADDITION, my eyebrows are uneven on the inside (where I CANNOT GROW MY HAIR BACK) and my right eyebrow is clearly thicker than the other. They called me and said they can fix it but there's no way to fix it without taking off MORE hair. No thank you. I'm giving an extra star for Ketan because she reached out and really attempted to fix them, but it's just not possible without removing more hair. Thank you. read more

This was my first time coming to this threading salon and I must share it was OUTSTANDING! I came here because it is highly rated on Yelp. I decided to give this place a try because the threading salon I go to is currently tentatively going to "reopen" in July. Let's be real I definitely couldn't put my eyebrows through that duration of time because I'm waaaaay overdue. Ketan is a wonderful lady, she's super responsive and patient with scheduling an appointment via Yelp. My eyebrows look wonderful and clean! They say that your eyebrow lady will ruin your life faster than any man will, that is a guaranteed fact. I went to go visit Ketna after some lady jacked me and she ended up saving the day. I also like that when I ask her to do my eyebrows, that's that. She doesn't try to encourage you to get your lip or any other services done. That is one of my biggest pet peeves, like if you don't leave my little mustache alone!!! The reviews don't lie if it's over a hundred people saying the same thing and they're still at five stars. This is the BEST place to get your eyebrows threaded! I only go here for my eyebrows because I've had such bad experiences elsewhere. For eyebrows and upper lip it takes less than ten minutes and only costs $10. Definitely worth every penny and then some because my eyebrows always look so clean and perfect after every visit. She does a wonderful job! I usually come with her and recently i was in a hurry so I went to the closest place I could find and they had completely ruined my eyebrows it was horrible. I regretted not coming in here. And yesterday I finally went back here and she fixes them right to where I had them! It was a big relief and on top of that she did a henna on my right hand it took very little time and came out amazing! Forever my eyebrow and henna lady! It was very VERY painful. I've been getting my eyebrows threading for over 10 years and it's never hurt this bad. It felt like she was doing it painful on purpose. Then when I finally called her out on it it stopped hurting so bad. Then she tried to say "oh it hurts more on the left side then right". That makes 0 sense. She also was rushing me because she said she wanted to go home. So rude. My eyebrows don't even look that good. If you're going to be in the service of people maybe work on your customer service and not rush people and say "I want to go home to my husband". Terrible service read more

I came to Sonali Threading Salon to get my monsters that I consider eyebrows done. I usually go to another threading salon but wanted a change of pace. There was no wait so Katan was able to take me right away after I signed in. I am the worst at tolerating pain and I appreciated that she would pause and ask me how I was doing when she would see me tearing. At the other places I've been to, they just ruthlessly keep going with tears coming down my face. Katan was very nice throughout the whole 5 minute process and kept up a conversation which I thought was very courteous. She also offered aloe vera and a quick eyebrow massage to help with the irritation. Enjoy getting threaded here for the most part. Got my upper lip and eyebrow the first time with an older lady. She was very gentle and did it in record time. Went with a younger lady for a full face and my eyebrows are mismatched now. She was thorough and quick but it was slightly more painful. If it weren't for my eyebrows , I think I would give it more stars. I also did break out all over (tiny Whiteheads) so I would not recommend face threading for those who are acne prone. read more

I made an appointment the day before, here on yelp, and I got a response within 20 minutes. I came in this morning to get my eyebrows cleaned up. Personally, I hadn't gotten my brows done in about 5 years, as I had gotten them done once and then I just maintained them myself in a bushy, natural manner. Anyways, I came in this morning, and the owner(I'm assuming) helped me and she did an amazing job. She cleaned up my brows exactly as I had wished, and kept them looking naturally beautiful. She was very nice and would ask me if it hurt or if I was alright. The price is also very reasonable; less than $10, and thats including tip. This is very close to my house, and you can bet that I am going to be regular customer from now on. read more

Overall, great experience. I went here for the first time because my usual place has been closed due to COVID (June 1, 2020). I called ahead and was able to come within 15 minutes. She alerted me to wear a face mask and they only accepted cash. When I came, everything was clean, and clearly marked with the 6ft restrictions. There was only one person working. She washed her hands, then sanitized her hands, and then asked me to sanitize my hands. So they were pretty thorough on the cleanliness. She was also wearing her mask. She was able to do my eyebrows pretty quickly, especially after 3 months of COVID growth lol My eyebrows look pretty good in my opinion, also I'm a male so I'm not as picky, I just need a clean up and my unibrow taken down haha The only thing that bothered me was the price ended up being $8 not $6. There's no updated price on this yelp page (I think?). I never carry cash, and only had $9 so my tip ended up only being $1. I usually would like to tip more, especially during these times. But nevertheless, overall great experience! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back. read more

I've been going to the same threading lady for about 15 years because I'm very particular about my eyebrows. I now live about 30 mins away from her and have two kids so my "free time" is incredibly limited! Ketan was very friendly and she did an EXCELLENT job.
