This is strictly on there ***henna!!!!!*** Me and my friends were in the neighbor at a local boutique as we were on our way to the brea mall we wanted to go get henna and seen this place we stopped. She welcomed us right away. We asked if they did henna she said yes and we picked a design. She said the price. Which was not bad at all. But now I know why the price was that low. My design looks nothing like the one I picked. She couldn't even draw a straight line. I felt so bad because I didn't want to tell her how unsatisfied I was. We just paid and left. read more

I saw all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped me, but she did a great job. The salon was cute, clean, and well-lit. She greeted me warmly and helped me right away. She stopped a few times during the threading to make sure I was ok (my skin gets red really easily) and then asked permission before applying an aloe solution. I spent no more than 10 minutes and left very happy with the results. I'll definitely be back. read more

I always get super nervous when it comes to getting my eyebrows threaded at a new place for the first time but Ketan was super gentle and perfectly cleaned up my brows the way I like it. She made sure I was comfortable with the pain level through out the whole service as well. I went in on Friday evening. The nice lady took me right in I only had my card on me. And their credit/ATM machine was coming in next week. But the lady told me to come in next week to pay her. YES! I have found my new threading salon! It's in a very very very small plaza. I believe the parking lot can hold less than 20 cars. I called in ahead because I wasn't sure if the place would popping after reading all these wonderful reviews. She said it wasn't busy so I headed right over. When I walked in, there was no one in there and she asked if I was the one who had called. Yes I was! She sat me down, sanitized her hands, and asked me what I wanted. I told her that I wanted her to shape my eyebrows a little bit since I had spent some time trying to grow them thicker and I needed a clean up. She spent her time examining my brows as she did them. She didn't rush and asked me if I was okay whenever she tugged (honestly, i felt no pain compared to other salons). She was very easy to talk to and hold a conversation with. When she finished, she explained to me why she had left some hair in certain places, and I really appreciated it! At other salons, whoever did my brows rarely talked to me and didn't explain anything (one time, I left with a freaking bald spot!). I left very happy and satisfied with my brows. OH! Sonali is so great with her threading and on top of that great customer service she will remember you if you are a consistent customer. She is fluent in English so communication is good as well. Hands down, my new threading salon. It was very clean and the service was fantastic! I came here since I was getting my nails done at the salon a few doors down and was greeted with a smile and friendly service. My eyebrows are really sensitive for some reason and it seems to hurt more for me at other salons than most. While the pain was still there, it was not as bad as I have had in the past, and she took her time with the soothing lotion afterward which really helped with the redness and swelling!
