To start I was VERY skeptical and worried about our stay here due to all the mixed reviews... BUT, when we arrived, everything was completely remodeled, Front Desk Team reassured all rooms are done after the remodel, which was a huge relief! The rooms are/were spotless, from top to bottom, we reported One maintenance issue (loose toilet paper holder) super minor but they were quick to adjust it! I'd have to say this hotel is super family friendly, felt so warm and cozy, definitely home away from home, kiddos loved the pool and jacuzzi, the breakfast was great and all staff were amazing!! We enjoyed every moment, and we are definitely coming back!

This place is great. They are remodeling half of this place right now. So 1/2 of the units are closed because they're renovating them. We're in one of the older units it's not bad. Where they're losing a star here, It's for two reasons. The first one which you'll see in my picture is whoever put the toilet paper roll right next to the toilet so it stabs you in the ribs when you're trying to go to the bathroom. I have no clue what they were thinking. The second star, breakfast here is pretty drab. There's not enough hot items as in eggs and bacon and sausage and stuff You get, potatoes, some kind of weird pre-made omelette, and one breakfast meat. It's all pretty bland and just whatever. But what do you expect for free okay. We've stayed in several suite places in the last 2 months. Some breakfasts are better than others I won't name properties or anything like that. The pool is heated and great the jacuzzi is great The patio area is great We spent time in the patio in the pool and the jacuzzi and everything. All in all we would stay here again we don't have a problem with it It's all good.

Hella jank. I can't believe I had to negotiate that I needed a blanket and they told me to come up and get one from the front desk. This is what $311 gets me? Wow. Don't stay here if you're looking for clean and relaxing. But the neighbor next door lives here so apt rental is looking Good around here and hey - I dig it. Just let me know wth I'm getting into so I can properly plan and spend my hard earned money on leisure. O

Found this uninvited guest in the kitchenette area. :(

Dead bugs and break ins. Those 2 realities of this location were A bit too much for me to give them anything more than a 1 star rating and that 1 Star is solely based on the fact that the hotel is situated conveniently next to both the 101 and 237 freeways. Management should seriously consider fumigating the property, updating the rooms, and most importantly implementing better security to insure that their guests can at least feel safe from having their vehicles vandalized and property stolen. Book at your own risk.

Stayed here for 1 night, very cozy and feels like a home. Large room with all that you need & plenty of parking. Friendly staff with welcome bag when I arrived.

I recently stayed at the hotel as I've stayed at a few of their properties around the country. This was the first extended stay property from Sonesta I've stayed at. It was formerly a stay bridge suites. Positives: Friendly staff Great grab and go breakfast Laundry Pool (reservation) Fitness Center (reservation) Interior of rooms Negatives: Parking lot parties Aging structure externally Many of the wall plugs weren't usable due to age, plugs would fall out. Some interior wear and tear (doors). My bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was damaged. Dirty stairs and porches from people setting garbage out. Lots of squirrels going through garbage outside unit doors. They need to have plastic garbage cans with lids outside units vs people leaving on the ground. It's a bit noisy due to location. I won't stay at this location again.

Gotta love it when your company sends you on a business trip across the country, what makes it better is when they put you up in a kickass hotel! This place was just amazing! I arrived late on a Sunday night and I was promptly greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every single day. My room was just wonderful it was just so homey! The living area was the first thing that caught my eye, although it was small it included a L-shaped couch that was perfect for kicking back after a long day and a decent sized TV. I absolutely loved the kitchen area, not only was there optimal cabinet space, but the designers of the hotel utilized every available space in the room, creating a small bar alongside the kitchen for eating space. They even provided utensils, bowls, pots, pans down to dish soap! I was surprised that I had been put in a two suite room, I opted for the master behind the two doors. It was quite large - queen size bed, large dresser and TV. Attached to the room was also a huge vanity area, a separated bathing area with a stand up shower and a large walk in closet. (Needless to say this place put my little apartment to shame). Aside from having awesome rooms, Staybridge really knows how to spoil their patrons! Onsite was a beautiful large pool and jacuzzi that was open daily AND AND get ready for it.. a full sized basketball court! If only it hadn't rained during my stay there. In addition they also had a small work out area and had free onsite laundering machines. And if those perks and add ons were not enough, they provided complimentary breakfasts and dinner bites. When they say breakfast they MEAN breakfast, each morning I was greeted with fresh bacon, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. They also had a belgian waffle maker, assorted breads and bagels, cereal, yogurt. Wow! And each night they had dinner bites, I only made it down for one night but boy was it amazing. Swedish meatballs, orzo pasta, salad, potato chips AND for those who enjoy a drink.. Shocktop and Budweiser on tap and various bottles of wine. Yes, all included at no extra charge. The only thing that seemed to be missing from my stay here was the shortage of TV channel options, but with the free wifi they're forgiven. I definitely reccomend staying here and will look here next time I'm in the area.

Is the pool heated in winter?

Yes, I believe so. When I walked by it in December, it was steaming.

I was waiting for something to go wrong, some lag time to happen, a communication hiccup between vendors, but it was flawless and everyone commented on how organized and smooth the wedding went. Originally, being somewhat type A and over-organized, I tried to convince my fiance that we could handle the planning to save some money. I thought we would only have to create an itinerary and divvy out some responsibilities to family and friends. WOW, was I off my rocker!!! I cannot imagine trying to organize and facilitate the wedding day (let alone organizing the vendors prior to the wedding). Seriously, you NEED a wedding planner and Aileen and Liz are AMAZING! I would pay 5x what their already competitive rate is. Do yourself a favor and at least set up a meeting with Prestigious Planning. You'll thank yourself later.

Her team went above and beyond our expectations. We weren't sure if we would need a wedding coordinator but we are so happy we found the perfect fit with Aileen & her team. Before the wedding she went over every detail down to the minute and made sure we had everything timed out before we did our walk through at our venue and communicated with all of our vendors and hotel to make sure everyone had the information needed for the wedding. I didn't even have to lift a hand. She assisted with loading/unloading our wedding items and getting them to the venue for both our wedding rehearsal & wedding. She was fabulous in running our rehearsal. Although our wedding was in SF and some of the wedding party got stuck in traffic she had a calming aspect to her. We had no reservations and did not worry about getting through our rehearsal. She ran our rehearsal without a hitch and made sure we went through everything I wanted to. On the wedding day, she was there early with her team helping set up and making sure everything was going smoothly. She kept us all on schedule throughout the whole day of the wedding. Her and her assistance helped with everything including setting up of our escort cards, floral arrangements, ceremony site & everything at the reception. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and took care of everything. My bridesmaids, family and I enjoyed our wedding day. Aileen & her team did not leave until everything was put away and she kept me in the loop with everything. We are so glad we found her. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. We love her and would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE that needs coordination for their wedding or any event. She is fantastic! We are so appreciative for all of her help!

I'm so glad to say that Despina did all that and more for our wedding! We didn't really have a clue of what we wanted our of a coordinator; we just knew that our budget would be a leading factor to whom we chose. I talked to a few people and every other vendor didn't seem to fit. Once I reached out to Despina, I felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Fortunately my now husband was involved in the planning but I needed someone who could give me advice and little nuggets of wisdom along the way. After meeting with Despina, my husband and I knew we were all going to make a good team. She listened to what I and my husband wanted, she helped us stay within our budget, and she was generally a great person to be around. She didn't restrict the number of meetings/conversations we had which made the whole process flow smoothly! Despina also did a fantastic job of managing all the little details of our wedding. I plan events for a living but there were quite a few times I said, "I'm so glad you thought of this!" She also did a great job of keeping in close contact with us to ensure we was sticking to our own schedule. She provided lots of ideas to managing the laundry list of things we needed to do. She also gave me suggestions on how to motivate my husband to get crafty by hand-making our table numbers--brilliant! Despina was even around to meet with other vendors to ensure they were aligned. She then took the initiative to manager them all. Such a HUGE help especially because we found out one of our vendors was less savory. On the day of the wedding, we felt everything went perfectly. Pictures showed us that everything was set up just as we imagined. Elegant, rustic, and simple. Our family and friends raved about how well everything was organized, and we thank Despina for making our dreams come to fruition. Even after our wedding and honeymoon, I met with Despina to recap the day, hear her perspective on how the day went, and just to catch up--she's truly a lovely person to know. I would highly recommend Despina for any event planning but weddings seem to be her niche. She's such a pleasure to work with and she's a master organizer. Thank you so much, Despina! I contacted him in February regarding a DJ for my wedding on August 27th in Bodega bay. DJ Andy whom I put a deposit on back in February has proved extremely untrustworthy. All my emails often bounced to him, he provided inconsistent pricing with inconsistent policies, and it took him over 4 days to send me a sample of his work. Six days before the wedding, he claimed that he couldn't do my event unless I paid in full for his services, even though he'd previously agreed to be paid on site the day of. He then lashed out at me, claiming I was a scammer and refused to show up for my wedding unless I gave him all the money upfront. I believe he was attempting to scam me out of my money. He claimed he didn't know where the venue was, even though I sent him all the information upfront and even included him in a mass email to all the vendors for the event that had a full schedule break down. I was 6 days away from my wedding, and had no DJ. He made a bunch of promises about being a projector screen, so I spent 2 and a half days on a 1.5 hour photo slide show, and gave him the full breakdown of our first dance songs. I had a bad feeling about him, so the other week when I was trying to pay all the vendors, I sent the rest of the payment I owed him to the coordinator for her to make a cash envelope for him. I knew I couldn't trust him, and I so wish I had booked someone else. I will be leaving reviews wherever I can to prevent this kind of stress from happening to another bride. 6 days from the wedding... Unbelievable. I also found Ron's initial communication to be extremely unreliable. It took him over a week to actually get me in touch with DJ Andy. I really should have known better...
