Stayed here a handful of times for the last 4yrs . Really enjoyed all my stayed. Great location, nice & friendly staff. Nice breakfast restaurant with great menu plus not bad of a bar during HH and evening. It's right next to everything, offices, movie theater, shopping complex plaza, apartments, restaurants strip, park, etc. the rooms are nicely designed and decor. Clean and got everything that you might need. The pool is indoor and not bad at all. The gym has all the machines and weights for the quick workout sweat. Stayed here over a weekend and my experience was not very good. Pros: - self parking right across the way which is great because I don't so much like valet parking - nice, clean safe area to walk around with decent food options - friendly staff - decent bang for the buck Cons: - floors are hardwood which doesn't absorb sound very well. It made for a very noisy stay. People above us had kids who stomped around until 11pm and started up around 6am. Walls are very thin! - room didn't feel clean. The flooring was dirty and stained especially in the high traffic areas - pull out sofa bed was springy and extremely uncomfortable - whoever water pressure was so hard it felt like needles hitting your skin Overall would not stay at this hotel again. I stay here when traveling for work and the location is awesome because it's within walking distance of so many eateries so you have an abundance of choices. The rooms are updated, but quite noisy in terms of hallway and people above you. They also make the beds weird with just flat sheets with a duvet in between. It doesn't feel the cleanest. read more

Modern, clean, and located in a highly walkable area. It's a mixed residential/commercial community, and I definitely wouldn't mind living here with walking access to Trader Joe's, Orangetheory Fitness, Stretch Lab, and lots of other businesses. Food at the attached Fairchilds restaurant was very good. Fiji waters in the room are complimentary for World of Hyatt members, and the larger 1L size was much appreciated to stay hydrated. In A Nutshell: -The Hyatt Centric here is very nice. -My stay was superb, from being able to get into my room earlier than expected, to the always friendly staff & the cleanliness of the entire hotel. -The room on the top floor (6th floor) I stayed in was immaculate. -It had very high ceilings, good black out shades & really nice large bathroom shower. -The gym was very nice to use as everything was spaced out pretty well & had a lot of equipment to use. -The location has everything you need nearby from hot yoga to Trader Joes to delicious pizza. I told the front desk in the morning all she did was apologized and didn't care about how well I was rest while I was there. We stayed at Hyatt centric Mountain View over the 4th of July weekend. Could not have asked for a better staycation. We live in the Bay Area and decided to hangout here to enjoy the Mountain View fireworks. The hotel is near to anything and everything you might need. We stayed 2 nights and aside from driving to the fireworks we didn't need to drive anywhere. There were plenty of things to do in that area. There were great options for fancy coffee bars to take a stroll to, lots of restaurants in walking distance and even a Walmart if you needed something. There was a dog park feet away and even a movie theater a block away. The pool and gym on property were both pretty fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, With sophisticated decor. Our studio suite had a soaking tub and rain shower. Both were a big treat. The staff were super kind and just the right amount of attentive. My kid loved the pool, it's an indoor out door type of pool. So no one got sunburnt. Plenty of pool seating and plenty of clean pool towels. It's probably the best staycation hotel in the Bay Area! I almost don't want to post a glowing review so I can keep this spot a secret. Added bonus, apparently there was a group staying here for a wedding that was being held off the Hyatt property. The groom had a beautiful exotic car parked out in front, and there was a little photo shoot with it going on. It was cute, I love weddings and it was really sweet to observe the excitement of the groom + guests and photographers etc.. read more

We stayed this weekend at the Hyatt Centric Mountain View and found this to be a hotel that's not ready for prime time. On the surface, the Hyatt Centric Mountain View was a beautiful facility. It had all the elements of a modern hotel, check-in desks instead of a counter, brushed concrete floors and an open bar area. It had a generous sized pool deck and a workout facility with a Peleton machine and the rooms were design centric with hardwood like vinyl floors and cool Kohler hardware. However, underneath all of this...this was a property that lacked management supervision and property training. Starting off with the front desk. We hold Globalist status with Hyatt, meaning that we are offered an upgrade upon arrival based on availability. (Now, we checked prior to arrival and there were upgrades available all the way up to standard suites)...However, when we checked-in not only were you not offered an upgrade, the front desk agent lied to us and told us they were completely sold out and only reluctantly checked when we showed him the app. I get that you can be busy, but this was a customer service training issue and quite frankly there was no one in line behind us. After being upgraded to a standard suite, we were given instructions about breakfast and we headed up to the room. This property was only 6 floors, yet the elevator felt like it took you up 12 floors because it was that slow. The room was absolutely beautiful, if not a little cold. It was very modern and minimalistic with furniture that looked good, but wasn't comfortable in the least. Our room was also a little weird, if not a safety issue because we had to enter into one room which then had two separate doors which had two different entrances to different rooms. I'm not sure why that designed choice was made. As I mentioned, the room was very clean and beautiful, but upon closer inspection, it was not ready to be occupied. The toiletries in the bathroom were all empty. Now, this was deliberate because they were all lined up properly so whomever was cleaning the room deliberately didn't replace the empty toiletries. Again, this was a management issue. Whomever was doing the inspections clearly overlooked this and never instructed their team to do so. Also, the temperature of the room was set to 70 degrees, but with the hardwood looking vinyl floors, it got really cold. That wasn't a bad thing during the heatwave, but it did get cold during the evenings. Also, the next morning we went down to Fairchilds for breakfast and the service was horrendous. The bartender should be fired immediately for the simple fact that she didn't even acknowledge us when we were trying to ask her a question. We were told to sit where opened, however it took about 30 minutes and after I went up to the bar to request service before anyone bothered to serve us. I understand they might have been understaffed, but that's just recognization of your surroundings. It took another 20 minutes before we were served and the food wasn't very good. The breakfast burrito was passable, but the cheese in the burrito was definitely kraft singles. The chilaquiles was so sour that it was inedible. The amount of Chile verde used just overwhelmed the dish. After dining, we could have just walked out since the service continue to be non-existent. This was about the worst service I've ever seen at a Hyatt property. Parking was located across the way in the basement of the Icon Theatre parking structure. When you arrive, you can either double park out front of the hotel or park in the 15 minute parking spaces next door. The was no door man or any kind of curb service. Once you check in, you can then move your car into the hotel spots which was gated. It was $15 a night for parking. Acceptable for the area. Overall, the Hyatt Centric looked like a prime property in the San Antonio Village area. It was well situated to many tech companies offices and close to Stanford. However, for what they're charging for their rooms and lack of any type of service and checks and balances, this was a property that wasn't ready and continues to not be ready for prime time. My suggestion...look elsewhere. Marriott has two properties right down the street that both look very promising. Don't waste your money here. read more

The employee that took over for subsequent afternoons was quite cold & not as approachable. Phone service wasn't always timely but it was professional. Late-checkout quota fills up fast so call in sooner than later! Deposit is $100/night which you can pay for with Tap, along with the traditional payment methods. Contactless checkin is also supported at this location via Hyatt's app. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS The lobby design & orientation is unconventional but it's clean & works well enough. Around the corner are a triplet of speedy elevators with generous spacing, keycard required. Lifts open to well-maintained artsy corridors decorated with motivational quotes, unique fixtures, & fun carpet patterns. Too contemporary in some aspects (seating) but still aesthetically pleasing. Wood flooring, high ceilings, & wall-to-wall windows round out the rest of the room. The workspace design is puzzling & unproductive... The seating is more fashionable than functional, lacking basic ergonomics or mobility. The tabletop is also incompatible with this designer chair due to the depth. BED I slept in a single king configuration where the mattress provided underwhelming support & was more soft than firm. The Sealy mattress line is still solid, just better suited for those that enjoy the "sinking" feeling of these toppers. The headboard is a standout for its unique texture & utility, containing: USB2 & USBC charging ports, mounted lamps, reading lights, & a convenient master light switch. Linens were exceptionally soft, clean, & high-quality (400tc 100% cotton). The pillow build could be better (less feather, more foam) but these layer well-enough to compensate for lack of density. Cons: ports weren't operational on one side of the headboard. BATH A medium sized washroom with a sleek, sharp, & elegant profile. Lots of detail to appreciate: glossy Porcelain shower tile with beautiful marbling, contrasting matte flooring, masterfully crafted stone wash basin, & a gigantic luminous backlit vanity. Shower specs were excellent too: a walk-in glass rainfall shower equipped with a height-friendly hand shower & pre stocked with BeeKind bath products. Cons: trash can is comically small; $100 fine for lotion theft is a strange system & ripe for future bad reviews. TV & ENTERTAINMENT 55" LG HD LCD flat screen anchored by an extendable mount. The TV solution provides a mix of premium & basic channels + streaming support. Cons: The universal remote is visually appealing & on-theme, but inputs are incredibly slow to register. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION The bane of this stay... Complimentary but its a struggle with no premium alternative; frequent disconnects & poor QoS exhaust Mobile device battery life. The QR code menu in-room points to a weird modified version of the restaurant menu so go to the main site instead. NOISE It's a generally quiet environment outside. Walls are thinner than expected & walking on the hardwood can be thunderous. Sounds also leak in heavily from the hallway. LOCATION Walkability & safety couldn't be higher. Lots of choice & convenience. VERDICT A love-hate stay until the end. Poor Wi-Fi AND cell reception makes any hotel a non-starter for me. It's eco-friendly but far from being "tech-forward" in any way (motion activated lights, remote controlled AC, digital phones, touch-mirrors, cordless shades, robotic bell service, virtual concierge, etc). A regular at this hotel for about 6 months. Staying 3-4 times a week for business. It's a new hotel rooms are modern but as other reviews have noted very poor insulation between floors and between rooms. I always requested a 6th floor, but some how they're never available. I've stayed in the regular king room, the queen suite, the king studio and the VIP suite. Regardless of which room, you will have noise issues. What was the final straw for me was I found out the hotel does night time maintenance and cleaning of rooms, I had heard moving furniture in the middle of the night previously but thought it was guests. On my most recent stay the room next door was making a lot of noise at 11:30pm, moving furniture, banging on walls I stepped out to find the room being cleaned. I asked why they were doing it so late and was told they're finished and not to worry.. ok I went back to sleep then again at 1:30am I hear banging in the room next door, to find the same maintenance person cleaning floors and moving furniture. I asked why he's doing this at 1:30am and that it's extremely disruptive. He told me he's just doing his job and complain to the front desk. I complained to the front desk, was comped for my stay, which I did not solve my issue.. my sleep was much more important to me. GM called me per my request so I could explain the situation and my previous experiences. I was told they have a night maintenance staff and there isn't much that can be done about the hotels construction.. what can be done is doing all maintenance and room cleaning during reasonable hours not in the middle of the night. Will never stay at this hotel again. Hyatt centric is not managed by Hyatt hotels, they're basically a franchise managed by an outside company so you will not receive Hyatt quality or customer service as these hotels. Be wary. Prices are reasonable on paper, but not sleeping all night makes that a moot point. read more

Stayed for one night after experiencing a power outage. So glad we did! Was super impressed with the decor & design of the suite. From the smooth wood floors to the dramatic high ceilings. The luxe bedding and modern bathroom. The design of the room was well thought out so it functioned to perfection. We had dinner at their restaurant just before they closed for the night and my goodness, I was not expecting it to be so good! Our server was so pleasant and attentive. The walls were a tad too thin, as we could hear running water from toilets and showers. But that's to be expected. Really liked the clean and modern bathroom and shower and especially fell in love with the Bee Kind haircare and body products. Bonus points for the Dry Bar blowdryer. My boyfriend had a work meeting the next morning so he appreciated the desk. The only bad things I could say about our stay is that the Fiji water provided was expensive so that reminded me of Las Vegas. The food of course in the restaurants was overpriced and the food options were very limited. But luckily the hotel is located near lots of places to eat and find a coffee if you wish. We loved our stay at this hotel. We booked the VIP suite as a fun staycation and it felt like having our own private hotel. We had a lovely note and plate of cookies for the little one as a welcome. It was not super busy and many days we had the pool and hot tub just to us. The location is fantastic with many businesses and eats within very easy walking distance. Parking is very easy and there is a Trader Joes steps away. The only issue we had was mini footsteps running in the room above us on the last night. Otherwise the stay was great! read more

The hotel itseld and tthe rooms are modern and trendy. There are suites on the top / 6th floor as well. My 2 queen bed room was great. Very clean with lots of amenities. I wanted more coffee and someone dropped off a bag of Keurig pods! Hotel parking is $15 overnight, or you can park in the public lot. Five-star experience all the way! I decided to rent a room somewhere for my husband for his birthday recently, unfortunately all the Hotels in our area have really poor reviews and I didn't feel confident booking anywhere local to us. So I decided to look at Mountain View and I ended up coming across this hotel and I'm so glad I did. It had good reviews more recently so to me that showed that they saw what their previous customers had said and made improvements on prior issues which I appreciated. Booking is really easy, you just pick whatever room you're looking for and they show you the rates right then and there, you input how long you're staying and when and you have the exact quote ready for you instantly. This was a really smooth process which I loved. Upon arriving we were greeted as soon as we walked in, they do require masks, unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the employee (they were working the night of the 25th, Feb) that helped us check in but they were extremely helpful and really easy-going they set a great tone for our visit and I loved that. They also told us about the complementary parking they had available which we ended up utilizing later in the night. They gave us our room key and told us how to use the elevator and about the lounge and bar downstairs as well as the other amenities available to us. The only special request I had put was that I wanted a high room because I wanted a nicer view, we did get a room on the six floor which I loved, but silly me, I forgot that the hotel has rooms all over not just on one side of the building so we ended up getting a view of the parking garage next to it lol this turned out fine because we were really only there for the one night, if we were there any longer I probably would've asked for a different room facing the dog park. The room itself was gorgeous, it was simple but it was all we needed and all I wanted for my husband. We had two TVs, one on the side where the couch was so we were able to eat our dinner and enjoy some TV, and when we were going to sleep we had the TV on on the other side. We had a mini fridge and a Keurig and an ice bucket as well as two bottles of water. The bottled water is seven dollars each so if you do want water for the Keurig machine and you don't wanna pay seven dollars be sure to bring your own. Or you could just go to the ice machine and wait for the ice to melt for the next morning. There's also a rather large mirror in the room and a desk in case you need to work from the room. You're provided an alarm clock and lighting pretty much anywhere you would need it. The bathroom was probably my favorite part, the tub was huge and actually fit both me and my husband in it comfortably. We had a wonderful spa experience here. They provide plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner and soap for the shower as well as the tub. The shower was amazing, it had both the detachable showerhead as well as the waterfall showerhead and that was one specific reason I chose to splurge a little on the room, because I wanted that waterfall Showerhead from my husband since he's tall and typically has the duck under showerheads. There was a safe in the room as well as a closet area to hang any clothes we needed as well as a bench to sit on. Check out time is at 11 AM, we were just tidying up and on our way out the door when I had to go back and throw something away and that's when I realized that they actually turn off the electricity at 11 lol. So definitely be sure that you are ready to go and out the door by your checkout time otherwise you will not have electricity to keep getting ready! Overall my experience here was wonderful I would absolutely stay here again, and honestly I'm thinking about getting another room just so my mom can have her own spa time to herself! read more

I came to visit here a few months back. A very nice and modern hotel. A quick local getaway or business trip, this is the place to be. I stayed in the VIP suite and it was gorgeous. The room was very spacious and had a living space, bedroom, small dining area, main bathroom and half bathroom, and a balcony overseeing the plaza. The view is pretty relaxing, and nice to watch the dog park below. There is also an outdoor pool on the second floor. I personally did not go, but it looked clean. We had a suite for New Year's Eve with 1-1/2 baths. Everything was nice as it is a relatively new hotel. We had a separate short vestibule that we shared with the room next door. The elevators had their own vestibule. I think that keeps the rooms quieter and I don't recall seeing that at other hotels. Haven't been in a Hyatt in over 20 years, so we probably should consider them in the future. We had dinner at the full service restaurant downstair which was very good. We attended their New Year's Eve party where everyone was dancing on the dance floor with a balloon drop at midnight. read more

Probably one of my favorite Hyatt Centric hotels I've visited yet. Stayed here for work and love love loved how centrally located it was. Within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and groceries. There's a Target, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept really well here as a solo traveler on business. Felt very safe overall. If you have a car, you'll have to park in the structure across the street fyi. The weirdest thing also happened to me at this hotel as well. The entire hotel lost power for about two hours and I sat in the dark in my hotel room. At multiple times I tried calling the front desk (line was always busy which makes me think they use VoIP phones and lost power too). Never did I hear or see anyone from the front desk apologize or reassure me that everything was ok. I had to text Hyatt corporate multiple times and call on my cell to attempt to figure out what was going on. Luckily power came back a few hours later but it still has been one of the weirdest experiences I've encountered yet. Now I bring a flashlight on all my trips just in case this ever happens again. read more

This brand new property features over 160+ guest rooms and is Hyatt's first Centric property in Silicon Valley. As a category 5 property, this requires 20,000 points for a free night. Due to the Covid-19 environment, the rates were incredibly reasonable and we ended up paying cash per night. Centrally located in the heart of the new mega complex in Mountain View, the Hyatt Centric pays homage to Silicon Valley's fabled history, with various installations and design references that harkened back to the time of motifs and symbols of the beginnings of technology. Everything is within walking distance with various restaurants and supermarkets all within a 5 minute walking reach. Pacific Catch, Paul Martin's Grill, Safeway, Walmart and Target are just a few places around this mega complex. CHECKING IN! The service during check-in and check-out was fantastic, contrary to some of the comments I found via Tripadvisor or Yelp. Since I was checking in two rooms for the weekend, I rushed over to get the keys around the afternoon. Chris (AGM) was incredibly helpful in getting my reservations settled and even prompted an upgrade to the 1 Bedroom Suite. In addition, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had all we needed, including checking to see if we had enough towels or toiletries during our stay. So what did we get? The 1-Bedroom Suite (516) : to say this suite is huge is somewhat an understatement. Hardwood floors are accented with dramatic area rugs and the two-toned window curtain blinds. Our bedroom was immaculate and had a headboard that offered full charging points, both 120v and USB entry points. Along with an array of custom closets and TVs, as well as various expensive furniture in the dining room, this suite felt like home. The high ceilings definitely made the suite feel bigger than the factual 600+ square feet. It definitely felt like a brand-new furnished luxury apartment. My wife and I had a blast enjoying the dining room table during dinner and utilizing the living room for entertainment. The bathroom felt more Park Hyatt than a Centric, which was a very good thing. Drybar buttercup blow dryers are included in every room, and the massive soaking tub made for a great way to unwind, both for my wife and my corgi. In addition, there was also an additional powder room in the dining room, which was a great touch and welcoming feature for the suite. Toiletries were the Gilchrist & Soames Beekind brand, which was not bad, but not as fragrant as the other brands that the Hyatt Centrics used to carry. Other than that, I really loved the bathroom design and have no complaints about it. One minor complaint (and this is with most CA hotels) is the weak water pressure in the shower, but with a waterfall shower head, I was quick to forgive the water pressure. On the 2nd floor, the Hyatt Centric has a nice mini pool along with a hot tub, which was closed during our stay. However, the pool was open during certain hours and restricted to a volume set of individuals. There was a patio and walkthrough for people to venture out and enjoy, which again is a nice plus for the CA sunshine we get here in the Bay Area. The hotel gym was more than adequate and quite packed with all the latest equipment, such as a peloton and various free weights. The Hyatt Centric Mountain View gets an absolute recommend from Little Boy From Taiwan! So we actually came back to stay this past weekend. Seems like the management read my review and made some improvement. For globalist, they now offer the breakfast at Fairchild. It's $25/pp and you are entitled to one entry and one drink. To-go only but you can eat at the restaurant or the nice comfy outdoor patio. The front desk staff was nice and I have heard them say "Welcome back!" several times when we came in the lobby. They started charging for the parking at $15/night. There are plenty of electric car charging stations. There is a peloton at the gym with their login account so any guest can use it now. (I was finally able to try it for the first time ever but too bad not my thing.:/) Gym was quite underutilized and felt empty every time we went. Very clean and there is water dispenser, hooray! We were upgraded to a suite and the AC was super quiet and I am really impressed. read more

We booked a room for three people, which turned out to be a king bed and a sofa bed: in my opinion the sofa bed rooms should not be marketed as sleeping three people since the sofa bed itself is super uncomfortable and didn't even have any sheets or bedding when we arrived in our room. The check in experience was also pretty lackluster: when we went down to the front desk to try and pay for a room upgrade, the front desk staff was asleep: my partner and I had to try to wake them up for about ten minutes before we were able to get through to them. This required a good amount of yelling and shouting to get them awake, and the entire process just made us feel super awkward and embarrassed that we had to do this. We were also told that there was no availability for a two-bed room (even though the World of Hyatt app was showing availability for the exact length of our stay). Overall it was a super poor check-in experience that got our vacation off to a really bad start. I know COVID has made everything in the hotel game really stressful and chaotic, but I still wanted to share our feedback: overall I was super disappointed at the quality of our stay. We've had other COVID hotel stays that were much better. read more

Fully fell in love with this place from the first time we entered. Wow! What a beautiful place. Everything is so clean and well thought out. We got a 2 queen bed on the second floor, with a view of the pool. The inside of the room was impeccable. Every single thing in there seemed to be hand picked, nothing was overlooked. The bathroom was large and had so much counter and usable space. The shower!! Wow. It has a hand held head as well as the waterfall shower head option. There are these two shelves in the shower that was so freaking useful (I was in there bathing my two daughters), I was way over the top exciting about them, but that's the life of a mom, right? I was able to put all their toys and shampoo/conditioner on the shelves. And they were out of the way, but still accessible to the girls if they wanted them. The drain in the shower was even impressive! It was just a slit in the floor that was so unnoticeable and definitely prevented that kind of gross feeling from walking on top of the regular drains. They had a ton of little hooks on the walls to hang towels or other bathroom items you may have. The bedroom was spacious and also very intentional. There were a ton of outlets right by the beds including a USB or C cord spot. Our room had a sick JBL alarm clock which also had a bluetooth hook up to play music. Talk about luxury! They also had the lights on the bottom of the bed that would light up every time you went to the bathroom. This is definitely a nice feature, but I do wish the lights were a little dimmer and maybe didn't stay on quite as long as they did because this was a little disruptive during sleep. Just a SMALL criticism. The pool was really cool, with the infinity edge all around the sides. It wasn't cold, but wasn't warm enough to go in although my daughters jumped in a few times! The hot tub could have been warmer. I think it was probably like 99-100 degrees. But it was still nice and clean. The pool area felt interesting, and even though it's only on the second story, you really get the feeling you're on the roof of a building in the middle of a city. The whole feel of the place is very modern. The signs and artwork are all cool and interesting. We did not have a chance to try the restaurant, but the next time we have an excuse to stay in Mountain View, I definitely think we will try to come back and stay here! The last thing to think about is parking is $20/night in a lot to the side of the hotel. Sometimes this isn't obvious when booking your stay, so keep it in mind! This hotel is in the middle of so many great restaurants and shops. One of our favorite restaurants is Pasta Market, right across El Camino, if you love italian food and especially bread, you have to go here! Try the breadsticks with spreadable cheese, you won't be disappointed!! read more

Met a friend at the bar, had some lunch then checked out the lounge area which has a really cool library and board games. Pretty solid for hotel fare and there's a more extensive restaurant in the back with more formality. This part of mountain view is total future town now and his hotel is certainly leading the way in the redevelopment of this neighborhood read more

Pros: 1) Almost brand new and super clean 2) Great location 3) Spacious Cons: 1) Corporate friendly and not so good for family 2) No free breakfast (as you get in other Hyatts) 3) No room service (you have to order food and pick up yourself) 4) Had to call the front desk multiple times to get things done 5) They won't replenish your bathroom needs (towel) until 10 AM as they wait for the house keeping to show up 6) Thin ceiling. I was waiting for a friend inside off to the side quietly sitting The lady from the front desk came and told me to wait outside because the guy had to clean the area which is understandable I asked if it was okay if I sat in one of the chairs off to the side, she said NO I had to sit outside This was the worst experience I have ever experienced from this hotel I will be reaching out to corporate first thing in the morning!!!!!!!!!! I'm disappointed. I checked in today after spending three nights at the Grand Hyatt in SF. With the Hyatt name, I had big expectations and was let down from the moment I arrived. At 4pm they had no rooms available and I watched the front desk staff scramble to contact housekeeping and see if a room had been cleaned and they could check people in. They are clearly short staffed. Once I finally made it to my room, over an hour later, I found stains on the sheets. I am paying the exact same cost per night I paid at the Grand Hyatt. I should have stayed there, and am considering checking out early. Don't stay here. read more

I had not been back to my hometown in over 2 years. I thought I would try out one of the new hotels in Mtn View. To begin with its super important they don't have room service activated yet. No grab and go only a restaurant bar that opens at 5pm. For a new building built for a hotel the sound proofing was horrible, I heard running and stomping from 11pm up to and until 1:30am. Needless to say I had a early flight out. I stayed for 3 nights and they didn't service my room once, no coffee or cups nothing. The room was new but the bathroom fan was very dirty. Parking is strange. I think there are better options right now read more
