There were both snack and soda vending machines that were unplugged as well as empty. There are not enough coin machines and if you loose money, you must come back in 30 days for the refund. There was no attendant during the 2 and a half hours we spent there in mid day on a Friday. To be fair, the machines did the job, just the center needs some attention badly.

Not being from this area I didn't know the town at all. Therefore I googled wash and fold services and this one appeared - thankfully. Unlike others I have encountered this one actually takes credit cards which is nice since if you have travelled much you know that cash is a tough commodity to come by. They also have good accommodating hours on a Friday evening so travelers like myself can get to the business in time. Also, they are open the next day so that one can then return to pick up the clothes dropped off the night before. The staff was very friendly and professional and did a great job on the clothes that I brought to them. The facility appeared clean and organized. An easy 5 review for me and I will use it again the next time I am through the area.

We used to live in Birmingham and are used to sending off dry cleaning. We have never had a problem in Birmingham with our clothing. When I told them about these problems, they told me to call the main location in Huntsville and I was then told the owner would follow up with me. I have yet to receive a call. It really stinks because even if they apologize, it doesn't make up for the thousands of dollars in clothing damage. I definitely would not go here. They obviously are not doing something correct.

I dropped off several items on a Monday and they were ready to pick up Thursday. There is plenty of street parking located out front including a 15 minute spot just for the cleaners. If these are all taken, there is a parking lot to the side and behind the building. We have used them a handful of times now and have had a good experience each time. Will definitely return.
