I don't know what is wrong with this location, but they have literally never gotten my order right. My wife likes chili cheese fries with red and green chile, and they've never once gotten that right, it either has red OR green, never both, even though we pay extra to add the green chile. Last week I ordered a red chili cheeseburger, it was right on the screen, the guy delivered it and said "red chili", and then I bit into it, and it was green chile. Last night I ordered their new Steakhouse Bacon Cheeseburger, got it home...no bacon! I usually love Sonic, it's the one fast food I eat, like once a week, but I'll be driving out of my way to another location from now on, it's just gotten ridiculous that the stoner kids working there can't EVER get my order correct. read more

I went to get some food and it took for ever for them to answer, when we got the food the order was wrong. I'm allergic to onions so I asked for no onions and they put extra onions after the guy taking my order said it didn't come with onions but it had already been 45 minutes so we just left. read more

Then to have a lazy women standing around waiting for the drinks being made by another employee to be handed to her instead of making them herself is almost as frustrating as her snotty attitude. After ordering a couple of shakes, I found that my favorite Sonic was out of ice cream. I called the Sonic @ 9900 Montgomery NE to ensure they did before ordering. When someone finally did answer and I asked, I was told "we do because we're better than the store on _____." He specifically mentioned my favorite Sonic so this store knew who was out. I went ahead and ordered using the app. When I arrived there were no empty stalls. I also noticed that there were a lot of teens hanging around in various groups around this store so a lot of the stalls were filled by cars that weren't going anywhere as long as the socializing was still happening. I ended up having to park and walk over so I could check in using the patio kiosk. When my shakes finally were brought out, I asked for a couple of spoons and the server's response was 'yeah'. There was no 'thank you', no 'come again'. Two words sum up my experience - snotty and rude. Short of an emergency or someone else driving, I will not spend another penny at this Sonic! One parting shot - the fact that almost 1/2 of the reviews for this store are 1 star should be like a full-on slap in the face to the owner! read more

We went through the drive-thru at this restaurant, and we waited for over 35 minutes to order drinks and a snack. The food was cold like they had been sitting there under the lamp light for a long while. My son could not even eat his food, because it was disgusting. How do you give people cold food, especially fried food. This establishment needs to be cleaned up serve hot food at minimum. read more

My daughter went to this location to get a shake for her and a blast for me. She ordered a medium Oreo blast with caramel, Snickers, and chocolate. When she brought it home we noticed there were no Snickers in it but that wasn't the only problem. They couldn't fill up the cup all the way with the mixture of blast so they scooped ice cream on top of the blast to cover it up. So she went back to have them fix it and all they did was pour Snickers onto the same mixture. They didn't even remix it. They could have been courteous enough to remake it but they were too lazy to do so. So I called them and talked to the supposed manager who argued with me and told me she saw the person who made the blast mix it and put Snickers in it. So apparently I, the one consuming this shake am not being truthful. She asked what she could do to fix the problem and I said a credit for a new blast would be nice ( my daughter had already been there twice and I was not going to send her out a third time because of their mistake) she told me in an annoyed voice if you come right now I'll mAke you a new one. Sorry. I don't trust that your rude self will not spit in my food. So I told them their customer service really sucked and I hung up. Guess I'll go eat my incorrect $7 Blast now. It's sad that the closest Sonic to our house, which we go to regularly just lost a very good customer because of laziness and above all just overall rude customer service by their manager. As another said, just can't beat a half priced shake (after 8pm!). Not a fan of fast food, but I'm always a fan of good service, which is what you'll find at this NE location. I had an issue with the computer not properly calculating the 1/2 price discount. the young man helping me was very quick to rectify the mistake, was super friendly & apologetic about it, made a fan out of me, I'll go back to this location anytime. read more

Never go wrong with a half priced milk shake. They are probably one of the best milk shakes in town.

This Sonic has become the local teenage hangout. The crowds of teenagers fill the place to capacity, and run the show with complete impunity. I irritated one group by pulling into an empty but "saved" space (like saving a seat for someone by putting belongings on it), and they actually climbed on top of my car. They pulled a truck up behind me to block me in so I couldn't leave. I was so threatened I call 911. Twice. When the cops strolled up they told me it was best if I just took my food and left because there was nothing they could do if the kids were being "turds." Apparently, Sonic chooses to do nothing either. Letting teens hang out is one thing, allowing them to run the place is another. Take my word for it, steer clear of thus place; unless you are a teenager. I, for one, will not be back. Ever. read more

This sonic i usually go to but... they made a mistake on my order. I ordered a burger (for the 2 for $10) and i asked for mayo and no tomato, so they messed up and gave me tomato and mustard... that isnt even the worst part! THEY ASKED FOR THE OLD BURGER BACK! isnt that unsanitary? Also, its there fault so technically no matter what i should of kept the burger for the inconvenience... right? I would like to begin by saying that I love Sonic; I was employed at Sonic in Lubbock, Texas for quite some time and loved every second of it. That being said I am so very disappointed in the service I recieved at this particular location. The associate that took my order was unfamiliar with the menu and their current offerings and I had to repeat everything on my order half a dozen times or more. When my food arrived i was pleased at the promptness of the delivery. I was only missing marinara (thankfully i looked before driving away) 2 of 5 stars for a sub-par experience and a disconnect in employee knowledge/training. read more

This Sonic has been very hit-or-miss with its food. I've had burgers with old lettuce on it, creating a very nasty taste. The fries & tots frequently seem like they had been pre-cooked and dropped back in the oil to be slightly warmed before serving. The rest of the time the burgers seem a bit overcooked (crunchy edges), but otherwise edible. However, the toaster sandwiches and coneys are usually pretty decent. read more
