I was curious where he was heading and the next moment I saw him running after a car in the parking lot with a food item in his hand. They must have forgot a items and there he was chasing after the car. As the car was heading away from the curb and on the street that must have seen him running in their rear view mirror. This is the customer service we are hoping to find. When most people would have just stayed there saying the customer will come back but he went above and beyond. The staff here are very nice... They have indoor seating, which is not normal for a SONIC and it is very clean and very good for groups. The food was really good and they brought it out quickly... I really think this is a great place to do birthday parties or group gatherings. The manager and staff were very helpful and very friendly. read more

We didn't receive a part of our order and when we told the staff, a worker woman (assuming she was the manager) came out and not so subtly accused us of lying about missing part of our order, even looking inside of our vehicle at our items and claiming she "put the food in the bag." We were appalled to be the ones blamed for a mistake made by the staff. Paid the money, had it on the receipt and got accused of stealing. Okay sure. Not to mention after the fact, she walked by our car and gave us a glare. Extremely unprofessional. Won't be coming back if that's the service they have to offer. read more

Most Sonic's are basically the same, greasy cheap fried food. But most are quick and easy to feed a hungry family. Not this one on Airport Rd. Plan to spend 45 minutes to an hour from when you pull in until you leave. The staff is ridiculously slow, it can take 10-minutes to even be able to place the order, and then when it is eventually delivered to your car, it'll be wrong ... if it's even all there that you paid for. This Sonic management and staff ALL needs to be replaced. From top to bottom, it's abysmal. Do not go to this one! read more

SO today we ordered from sonic and they forgot our drinks. My doordasher even went back to get them, and they told him they couldn't give us the drinks. Pretty pathetic to give someone their order without drinks, I guess we could wash it down with saliva. Sonic, you seriously need to learn customer service, because there are multiple times that you screwed up our order. So doordash credited us $5.60 which doesn't even cover 3 drinks. I really like the food her most of the time. A lot of times the tots are mushy and not crispy. They're often way over salted. But when they're not, they're perfect. The burgers and breakfast burritos are really good. Get the limeade. What really drags down the rating is the staff. They're slow. Very inattentive. Sometimes just rude. The service here is way batter then used to be, I like the new display screens they have here so you can see to make sure everything is right. But I have to take away a star because sometimes even though they made the menus better they sill have a hard time hearing you just make sure you pronounce what you want clearly or they miss understand you. Sonic is one of those places that you can get a decent "sandwich" from along with a drink. That's what I use them for. I enjoy that their menu is available ALL DAY, unlike some of those silly restaurants who forget how to make a breakfast item at 5 pm. This review is for Friday, Oct 2nd, 2009 I needed a quick bite and drink before heading an hour south. Grabbed a Rt 44 sweet tea and a grilled cheese sandwich. Was under $3 (yeah, outside the 2-4 1/2 price drink hours). Great service and the food/drink hit the spot. The drink actually hit the spot ALL DAY long. I think 1/3 of it is still in the car. If I order a Rt 44 drink it's because I don't want to find another drink later in the day, and with the small ice and style cup Sonic uses, the drink stays cold for many hours. Dang. You guys must have been off your game the other night. I'll be honest. I've never ordered large fries and received half a box of cold medium fries. That was extremely awkward. So I ordered a large combo, but somehow they made my fries "medium" and drink large...? Makes sense. My understanding was they wanted to un-do the first charge and recharge me for what I ordered. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not have my money in limbo for a couple days (sometimes happens at other places that do this sort of thing) for like 20 cents or whatever the up-charge is, even though I ordered it as a "LARGE COMBO". Anyway, after a long bit of awkwardness they finally just gave me another medium fry, this time not half full and cold...so I guess that made up for it. The whole thing was just really frustrating. Did I mention they took like 20 minutes? I mean, sure there was like 4 orders in front of me in the drive thru, but I could have got like 3 meals at that crappy Mcdonalds down the road. The drive thru is a little weird. You order and then pull to the curb, not much of an advantage over pulling into a stall.

Their BLT's are about the only thing I'll eat from Sonic. Everything else I ever ordered was VERY greasy. Honestly, I squeezed 6 napkins of grease from the last hamburger I bought there. **** PATRONS BEWARE **** I went to sonic drive thru in August & ordered 3 slushies ($3.98). When I received my bank statement I was charged for my slushies (as I should've been), but I was also charged $9.69!!? Whoa ... I called and spoke to the manager Iba and he advised for me to call him personally once I was ready to come back and get that amount of food at no charge. Well I called, no answer & no callback!
