Quality control has no meaning here. By far the worse Sonic I've ever been too. Someone's hand must have slipped salting the fries and tots but they still severed them even though they tasted like they've been in the Atlantic. No one here know how to cut produce. Okay , listen. I get sonic 24/7 and I sometimes use the app and the last few times they have gotten them wrong! I asked for no cheese and tomatoes and they do it anyways . Always A+ service here. Recently, I expressed my gratitude to an employee for being able to rely on this Sonic during these uncertain times. Times when the folks in our community weren't sure if we could get anything close to our usual groceries from one day to the next. I was promptly connected with the store manager. I repeated my gratitude for their continued service at a time when our community was under threat from a pandemic, and the situation was evolving daily. The nice manager assured me of all the new safety measures. He mentioned that he was a father of several children and was taking all possible precautions to protect, not only himself, but the safety of his employees and customers, too. I mainly wanted to show my appreciation for their efforts. After all, I can STILL get my usual here and tried new items, too. THANKS FOR BEING THERE! read more

Went to the Atoka location for the first time and we were highly disappointed. Use the App to preorder our food. Arrived before our time by a few minutes and checked in on our stall once we parked. After 30 minutes of still no food or drink delivery to us after the checkin I decided to check on the order. I was told to wait and it will be there when it is ready. After the 3rd check in, I was asked if I put in the right stall number. Yes, my info was on the screen and then it disappeared. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I got a CarHop to finally check on it. She found the food on the counter in the kitchen in a bag. She brought the old, cold and nasty food to us with only 1 of our 2 milkshakes which was melted. She said she needed to check on the other one. She finally came back with the second shake and we left. After 45 minutes of waiting to get old, cold & nasty food was bad BUT to get melted milkshakes was WRONG. I do not recommend this location if you want to get food or drinks. read more

Normally the hot dogs at this place will be on point. Today my son got a hot dog and after a few bites he realized there was mold at the bottom of the bread. Didn't think we had to start looking at the breads before we leave the drive-in. Something to think about when you shop at this sonic location. read more

Food is extremely poor quality and always served to us cold. At this point I choose McDonald's over Sonic.

Horrible experience been here many of times but tonight was horrible I know COVID is going on but this is no excuse for the experience we had we had to wait at least an hour for our food that we had put the order in on the app 10 min prior to us going to get the food. When we get the food they apologize for the wait ok that's nice and thoughtful I thought but they had at least 8 employees running around and none seemed as if they had any organization or knew what they needed to do when I looked down at my shake I ordered it was completely melted almost as if it was a drink it was so liquidlfied my order had probably been sitting in sonic till around the time I had ordered it. Also as I was waiting I saw other people come and go and get they're orders fulfilled and mine was done online prior to me even arriving doesn't add up to me overall I will not go back to this sonic ever again I am willing to drive to covington every time I go to a Sonic rather than taking a chance and having this happen again. Sorry for the rant but not happy whatsoever!! Would avoid if I was you and also every other time I have came here there is always highschoolers hanging out in the parking lot and makes it hard for you to find a spot sometimes they even leave there vehicles to go hang out I know it's not Sonics fault or the employees but it is if the employees never do anything about it and it seems this has gone on for years just wanted to throw that out there as well I will be contacting corporate on my experience doubt it will do any good but worth a try at least. read more

I have stopped visiting the Atoka location within the last six months due to slow service, drinks that were so nasty that I had to toss them out, and incorrect or cold food. Today my husband went and he was given the wrong order, he didn't notice until he got home and took a bite of his burrito and it was covered with hot peppers when he did not order a burrito with peppers. He also did not receive the correct size of sweet tea or onion rings. I had already had my last straw a few months ago and today was his. You are better off getting a fountain soda for half the price at a local gas station and making your food from scratch. read more

10:00 pm on a Friday night, Sonic should be going strong or maybe we just hit it right. Our order: a blended root beer float, order of tater tots, an order of onion rings, a fish sandwich, and a route 44 diet cherry limeade. Float had to go back to be blended. The rest of the order was definitely subpar. Both orders were cold, and in all the years of going to Sonic the VERY first time I had been served cold onion rings. Yuk... ate the sandwich when I got home and I knew it would be cold, but it was TOTALLY horrible We'lol wait a while before we return. read more

This used to be a good Sonic, which is my favorite fast food by far. Now there's always something wrong . In the past week , I've gotten the wrong drink , cold cheeseburger, burned onion rings and had to ask for ketchup . Makes me sad ! read more

Well I worked here for a month; worst month ever. Nothing but high schoolers who don't clean or do anything properly. The carhops complained when they didn't get a tip or just got some change. There's no soap for dishes, just sudsy water to clean with. The ice cream toppings sit out in the open all day and get wet with humidity. Horrible customer service and they get my order wrong almost every time. One time I got a Coke and there was a big piece of paper towel at the bottom; probably because if a drink isn't drunk we had to pour it out, rinse with water, and put back it the cup holders. The managers just don't care what goes on. Also the chili is SUPER greasy; grease sits on top of it. And there's a carhop named Kim and she has walked away with my change more than a dollar multiple times; didn't say anything just walked away. She also forgot our straws one time and walked out with an attitude and practically threw them at me. I'm not the only one who has complained about her so I don't know why she's still there. The food is quality is low even for a fast food place. 100% don't recommend. read more
