Food is good but service is very slow kinda pricey for soup and sandwiches. Usually very crowded and very loud

I always go with the sandwich and salad option. My favorite salad is the poppyseed with or without chicken and I really like the chipotle chicken sandwich. The chipotle sauce and avocado pairs well with sandwich to offer a subtle spice without being overwhelming. I prefer Panera sandwich and salad options over other sandwich shops. The food presentation is better, as well as the taste of the food. My sandwiches are always nice and plump vs smushed and wondering if the bread is fresh. The salad comes in a container and not a cardboard takeout box. The salad is also prepared in such a way to make it appealing and not thrown together, same for the sandwiches. I mostly order via the app, but when I do use the drive thru the employees are friendly and happy to answer questions. The inside appears dark to me and the to go pick up area is right in the front when you walk in. I wasn't always a fan of Panera for whatever reason, but I am a repeat customer these days. read more

Quick stop and quick food for me. I have the sips club membership so it's super easy to get my drink and go (this location has kiosks). We have stopped a few times for lunch, ordering in the app is quick and easy and accurate for order prep. Service has always been good, someone almost always says hello and that's nice to me! Even today we placed an order just before arriving and they made sure it was ready ahead of time, it was a very nice extra step. We usually take to go but the indoor area is spacious and they have outdoor patio seating. I would be back again for sure. read more

I haven't been to Panera Bread in awhile now, and I was so surprised how the place was almost crowded. I didn't remember Panera Bread being this popular. I went to this location on June 19, 2023. Luckily I was able to get my order in quick. My order took about 10 minutes to get ready. I decided to get the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and a side of Potatoes chips. I wish I got another side the potatoes chips wasn't nothing too special. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich were pretty good though. The BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Onions, and Chicken work well together. read more

The food is good. Typically get the Asiago Cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese and coffee. Facility is pretty dated and needs upgrading. Plenty of sitting areas in need of repair. Also today went at 7AM and there were table areas that were obviously not cleaned from the night before. Other areas as the code bar and the beverage station seemed clean. It's Panera, if you've ever been to one, you sort of know what to expect. It's the perfect casual dining spot for lunch especially if you're on the road and wanting something quick but not completely bad for you. This location has a drive thru and a kiosk which are always a plus! I didn't know this until today that you can order lunch regardless of the time. I wanted lunch so this was perfect. I ordered the pick two with a turkey bacon sandwich and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted as it should. Will, is the reason for the 5 stars. He's the type of guy that steps up and steps in. As a former manager of a $6M retail store I can spot and acknowledge managers who care. Will was filling in at this location and works at a location in Jackson, TN. I asked because he deserved his flowers. From the moment we walked in the line has started to get long. The place wasn't super crowded but you could tell we all just showed up around the same time. The cashier was ringing people up and he was grabbing all of the baked goods as needed. Not only that, once my friend started struggling on the kiosk, he didn't call someone else to help him/take his order. He stopped what he was doing (which is hard sometimes as a manager because the list of tasks are continuous) and walked around the counter to actually help him order what he wanted. Looking at the reviews, I noticed the negatives are about the price and I would tend to agree with them on their "entrees". I have always looked at Panera more so as a bakery and my most frequently purchased items here have been bagels and cream cheese, which have a fair price point. I have had their lunch and it is a bit high and the sandwiches are a bit small, but I won't say that they are excessively high. I just think there are better choices nine out of ten times (I travel a lot for work and have been to some areas where Panera is the only place for miles). This location is a fine example of Panera. The pastries looked good and the bagels were up to par, though I wish they had a bigger selection of bagels. This is a great stop for baked goods. read more

We are pretty familiar with Panera Bread all over the country. This location is probably one of the worse. Fruit for oatmeal was discolored, soggy, and wet. Two of the coffees were out, and the third was cold. So cold, we're almost positive it wasn't changed from last night. I was finished my meal before my husband and son had fresh coffee. The breakfast sandwich was not good as well. The bagel was super dry, eggs greasy, and not appropriately scrambled. Also, just to note, steak has been removed from the menu. Why? Not sure why they mess with what works for the majority. We saw many workers, but none looked as if they understood their job, and the girl taking orders looked unkept. I went there for lunch today and had the Asian sesame salad with chicken and tomato soup with a baguette. I hadn't eaten Panera in some time, and they changed the salad dressing and the chicken they used for the particular salad that I ate. It wasn't for the better. My sister and I went to have a nice dinner, we get there order everything's fine. I got the food my sandwich was cold. I ordered a iced caramel latte. Last time I went they made it for me. This time they told me I had to make it myself. How am I going to make it my self when I don't even have the tools to make it myself. There wasn't any caramel out for me to use. The ambiance was okay. We ate outside the tables were dirty. When we went inside there were crumbs on almost every table. I had one nice employee it was her first day, real sweet kid. I have been here twice now and left both times without buying anything. My first time to Panera bread was at lunch time and the menu didn't have one single lunch item. It seems to only be a breakfast cafe type of place, because that's all I saw. So my second visit, I decided to try breakfast. I ordered a steak egg bagel. They asked me how I wanted the egg. I said just fry it. They said they can't fry an egg, they can only scramble it or make an omelette! I'm completely dumbfounded! I even repeated the question. You guys don't know how to fry an egg? All in all it OK, I felt it was a little pricey for what you get. I got the pick two which ended up being a Half Turkey avocado BLT and French Onion Soup. The Half Sandwich was good, the French Onion on the other hand was no very good. My daughter likes the Chicken Noodle Soup, I didn't sample but she says it's good. I frequently visit Panera bread but the past couple times I have ordered the Greek chicken salad .... it did not have any chicken in it!! I order it almost every time I eat there and this has happened a few times now! On the positive side, the people who usually work the drive thru are pretty nice and quick!
