PRICKLY PEAR DRINK!!! I've never been to a Whataburger before! That I can remember, anyway. It was a way better experience than I expected from a fast food place. I get why everyone was so excited when it opened. I loved my chicken sandwich and loooooved the prickly pear drink. I haven't had it often so I wasn't sure if it varied but no it's delicious everywhere in everything I've tried. I also haven't seen that in many places so I will definitely want to come back if this is a regular thing of theirs. Coming inside I noticed how clean everything was, like a hospital. The wait on my burger was excellent as it came as I began to seat myself. The employees very okay acting, nothing outstanding in their behaviors, but nothing bad either. The food was absolutely delicious, the fries were piping hot and were well-salted. The burger looked as it was depicted on the advertisement and I was given extra sauces without being asked. I love the cook to order concept. I have never received anything but hot burgers and fries from this location unlike the Cordova location. The people are friendly, they don't move at all slow pace and the food that I've had has been delicious. I haven't been inside to order so I can't speak to that. Give this location a try. read more

Went in later in the evening ordered three burgers and large fries. Cashier disappeared and 10 minutes later the order came out. A burger and fry missing and the other two were cold as ice and I know they were just sitting around for awhile. To top off they gave us someone else's receipt so I could not even give them the right order number. If you are going to charge $40.00 for three burgers, fries and a milkshake, not to mention charge $1.20 for a slice of cheese, you better be on your game. Never again read more

Waited an hour in the drive-through then was told to pull forward to wait for my food waited another 25 minutes and my food never came at this point. I was so frustrated as it was was 930 almost 10 o'clock at night and I left and I never received my food. I will never return to this place ever again. read more

So it's been pretty good. Until tonight. Hubs and I decided to grab a burger after grocery. shopping. They had no one in there. At. All. Except some seemingly loud friends(?) of one of the employees. We could barely even order. And they didnt have the Dr. Pepper shake my husband wanted. There was no sweet Tea in the Urn, the floor was disgusting, the coke was just carbonation, no straws, Workers were yelling and. Cursing each other. And then while we were eating, all hell broke loose. Two employees started fighting about one clocking the other out prematurely and she was using the F word in front of Customers. Very very inappropriate. I probably won't come back there. Not because I don't use that word but because it's not how you act in front of paying customers. We should have gone elsewhere. read more
