Got a large fish order & 2 1/2 orders fried pickles & mushrooms to go tonight. Total $ when ordering seemed abut $4 too high.. but maybe that was a to go fee or prices increased. When I checked out, I put 0% tip as I know with JTs wait until I get the food to cash tip. In looking at ticket, they gave & charged me for a full order of shrooms... here we go again. Got home 5 minutes later, the shrooms & pickles were so greasy & flimsy & undercooked we could only eat a couple. Was the cook a Munford HS student???? Did he not check the temp when cooking, these are pretty easy to get right, but these were downright nasty. Homemade chips were good. Fish was good - 1st piece, nice & crispy, 2nd piece not so much. How in the world does that happen? No matter how good their fish is, everything else is a complete disaster. Never again... I'll drive to Memphis to get fish vs JTs.

That didn't sit well with me. Anyhow, we continued to stay because we were hungry and this restaurant appeared to be the only dine in option that appeased us. Our waiter was very attentive to us and gave us recommendations. I opted for the onion straws which was tasty. I also got other menu items and it satisfied our hunger. Parking can be an issue as this restaurant is in another shopping center and the spaces were filling up quickly. I probably won't return whenever I am in the area because I just wasn't comfort dining here.

Let me first tell you that the drive through experience is incredibly different than the in person experience. I would give this place -100 stars for an inside experience, but for the drive through, I give it a solid 3 stars. It isn't TERRIBLE, but that's being generous. I've had food missing a handful of times, but it has not been enough to be noteworthy. This biggest issue is the staff, and I really only feel disrespected when I come inside. Through the drive through, the workers are typically nice, but if you come inside, they will take forever to take your order or the will force you to ring up your own order on the kiosks they have in most Mcdonald's store, which is so lazy. I went in there once, and an older woman was trying to ask the employee who is standing at the register mind you, to take her order because she was having trouble with the kiosk, and the employee refused to help her. They are extremely slow and forgetful when you come inside as well. They need to simply close the lobby, since they obviously can't handle a cafe area and drive through. They are also incredibly stingy with sauces- which really make me lose respect for a business. If i'm paying money for a meal, can't I at least get a couple of sauces? What is this prison?!

The drive thru was backed up with about 8 cars (which is not normal here). I literally waited until 11:00 (one car moved in 17 minutes) before pulling out and going around where I went to the first window. When I asked if they said they were still serving breakfast, they said no. I told the lady I had been in the drive thru for 17 minutes she said "sorry we are short staffed".
