To say this restaurant is awful does not begin to do their incompetence justice. I have never once gotten the right order from them when I use a delivery service. When I've had good drivers who try to correct the issue the employees basically just say "whatever" and refuse to correct it. Additionally, whenever I try to go in person, over 50% of the time I end up driving off because they simply do not respond to take an order. No one is held accountable for blatantly awful service and the franchise owner should be ASHAMED of themselves. Dear Sonic, This has really got to stop. The guilt I feel about cheating on my healthy eating regimen with you is getting ridiculously overwhelming. I can no longer bear it. At first, it was all fun and games - your addicting little pellet ice in your Diet Cokes was like a breath of fresh air, all innocent fun and a great afternoon pick-me-up tryst. But then I got weak. There were those days where I was so hungover that foraging for greasy sustenance other than a salad or soup was more like a moral imperative, not just an indulgence. And so we began our secret love affair. I know, I know, I'm not trying to cheapen our times together. I have sat with you in the car many a time, my eyes lighting up when I see the Sonic hop girl bringing my red tray of clandestine delights. Sometimes, at other locations, you'd even mix up your bag of fun by throwing in a toy, or wearing roller skates to charm me into thinking things could work between us. I also know you're not just a piece of meat. Hell, I go crazy for other things besides that, like your cheddar peppers, your little ranch dipping packets, your smokin' hot mozzarella sticks and my naughty, naughty #1 fetish. And the way you always bring me a little peppermint mint, as if to delicately say I need to freshen my breath after hogging down so much grease. I liked that. It was sensitive, yet kind. Save your time and go somewhere else! I went to this location yesterday for dinner with a few friends and was amazed by how long it took. First, we asked for a side of pickled jalapenos and the lady said they do not have pickled jalapenos at Sonic... even though it's in their photos and obvious that they do. We then asked for them on our second order and she had no problem adding them. ok?? Second, 30 minutes passed before getting our food and 10 of that was waiting to have our order taken.. this was frustrating but as someone who worked in food I was understanding for if they were short staffed. Third, after waiting and finally getting our food we did not get BBQ sauce like asked and so we asked the waitress and she asked what we needed it for and after having to explain how we would use the BBQ sauce she had to go ask her manager if she could give us some... what??? She later came back saying it would be 25 cents per package. At this point we were all very annoyed because we waited so long and then had to wait even longer to get permission to get BBQ sauce with our meal that we had to pay extra for. After working in customer service I was shocked by the lack of consideration. We waited 30 minutes and I know others were waiting as well and while they were waiting the server was taking extra time to get permission to give us BBQ sauce... does not seem like a good use of time when so busy to argue about BBQ sauce. read more

We love going to Sonic, but this location just needs to be staffed. We went tonight and waited an hour for 1 burger and 2 shakes which weren't even right. When we told Evelynn they weren't correct she stood there and looked at me. Then asked 4x what was wrong. It wasn't even our order. We kept the shakes to make it easier on her and she took the burger. Then. I had to call back to let them know we never had our burger brought back to us.
