Takes FOREVER to get food. Took a half hour break from work to get lunch and I sat and waited for my food for over 20 minutes...I was the only car there. Something needs to change. I was late going back to work. read more

I love sonic but this one is incredible slow. My family and I waited for and over all 25 minutes for three shakes and two slushees, 5 minutes for them to take the order and then waited to get to the window for over 20 minutes. Once we got out drinks one of the shakes cups was really sticky and they also ran out of shake lids. read more

I have gone to this Sonic about 4 times. When it opened I was not impressed. Then, as people do, I forgot how I did not like it and decided to try it again. Again, not impressed at all and the same went on with the other two times. Every time I kept holping it would for whatever reason get better, but it did not. I ate the burgers, fries and chicken nuggets and they were awful. I don't like McDonald's, but I'd rather eat there than Sonic. I can't say much for their shakes because I have never gotten one. What a joke!!! 25 minutes waiting for two sonic blasts and a slushy and then 3 other customers that came after us were served. We spoke to the "manager" in charge several times asking what in the world was going on. Another customer next to us finally asked for their money back because they were so frustrated. Worst sonic experience ever. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived the excuse was that they were having issues with their fryer. All of our food was cold INCLUDING the fried items. No recompense was offered and the customer service was terrible! Don't go to this sonic! read more

The service here is horrible it took us 25 minutes to put our order in and they couldn't even get it right my family and I will never stop at this location ever again!!!!!!! It took 2 different employees to take our order because the first young lady couldn't speak without mumbling our orders and then when we got the next person he came through loud and clear but then he turned us back over to mrs mumbles, so frustrated right now!!!!!????!! read more

This is the slowest sonic i have ever been to! First they tell us we would have to wait 5-8 minutes for chicken so we order a hot dog and mozzarella sticks. We get up to pay and we have been sitting for 10 minutes waiting for drinks and food! This is ridiculous! We could have gotten chickenIf you want something fast don't come here. They always have excuses! I asked for a refund and told them this is was ridiculous and they were like oh your food will be right our. With in 30 seconds we had our food. They didn't apologize or anything. Oh and our food was cold! Seriously just avoid this place save your time and money. read more

Attention FKA members, this magical place is called Sonic. I attended this delightful place and was greeted by a person on ROLLER SKATES!!! He asked what I wanted and I responded "Holy S*** you guys get to ride rollers Kates for a d*** job." He didn't appreciate that comment as much as I thought. Now my journey really begins. I ordered a breakfast burrito and some tater tots. As I popped those tater tots it was like heaven in an inch of pure potatoe. And the burrito Was the BOMB. BOOM!!!!! I was in a whole different place while I was eating that burrito. It was like a vision that felt real. I was on a beach in Cocamo and I was being fanned by pretty girls on bikinis and I had a 6 PACK!!!! This place doesn't deserve 1 star! We ordered at the drive thru and waited 20 mins until we got to the window. I watched inside the window at the cashier girl making 5 small drinks, she stuck her fingers down inside to carry them over to the flavoring station and again brought them back the same way to finish them up. When she came to hand them to me I told her "I just watched you stick your fingers down into our cups, I dont want those ones. That's gross after you've been handling money and all over the kitchen" She got really rude and asked " oh so you want me to make new ones or what" I said yeah or refund me my drink order" She rolled her eyes and went to talk to another girl working. I watched and could hear her scream" that's how we fucking make them" and look at me and roll her eyes. So I honked the horn and asked for the manager, and told him I wanted a drink refund. The other girl was still causing a scene, saying she was about to blow the fuck up, throwing her headset at the manager! Walking outside flipping me off as she walked past my car! The service was so slow that I thought my funeral was going to happen before my order was even placed. Then when he did take order. Had to repeat everything with a 5 minute pause between me or ding somethin and him responding. Not happy. This ain't no happy hour. read more

I love Sonic. I know that it's made with fake crap and sugar. But, it's yummy and a sometimes place for us. If there are more than two cars in the drive through, we don't go there. It takes FOREVER to get food there. I am pretty sure that, for what we order and the amount of time waiting, I could run over to Wal-mart, buy the ingredients and make it from scratch. I am happy that it's there for the occasional Cherry-Lime slush, but other than that, it's fairly missable. read more
