I work for DoorDash, and when I went to pick up the order, I pulled into their curbside pick up and called the building, they answer the phone and I tell them why I'm there and where I am, and instead get no response. I figure there's something wrong with the connection and hang up to call back. But when I would call back, I'd hear it be answered only for it to be hung up again. Absolutely terrible. I pulled into the sonic drive through 01-July-2024 and unfortunately I had no idea what I was gonna deal with. I had sat in line for about 20 minutes due to the person having problems with the person in the speaker. Once it was my turn I had asked for the #6 chili cheese coney combo and they had responded, " we're out of the cheese for the hot dog". Which I replied by saying just make it without the cheese then. I had also ordered the new bacon cheese burger meal and I had asked for a mini Reese's blast, I had to repeat the same size 10 times before the lady got it. After siting in like again i had gotten to the window and was greeted with Alana, she handed me my drinks and then handed me a medium blast, usually I wouldn't complain a free upgrade but I was charged for this. I had said I asked for a mini and she looked me dead in the eyes and said, " you said mini?". I said yes and she said, " okay I'll see if I can get you a mini". After waiting and checking my receipt I was charged for a medium blast, a hot dog with extra chili, and my "bacon cheese burger" was just a double cheese burger. No real tender chicken at all. They seem like the chicken was cooked either a long time ago or way too long. Every time I get food at this location it is questionable.
