This has been the worst Sonic I've been too, they messed up EVERYTHING we ordered today. I ordered 2 large waters with NO ice, Oreo blast, vanilla cream soda, hamburger and fries. So we got water WITH ice, some awful vanilla drink that tasted like they just added vanilla to water, and a hamburger with nothing but meat and ketchup. So when I ordered another drink to replace the terrible one they gave me, they didn't even have enough change to give back to me! Very disappointed Sonic. read more

One other car in front of me, 4 cars in the stall and 3 car hops with a 4th on break. Took 20 mins to get a drink and fries. It would have been quicker to stay at the house and make it myself. This might be the worst sonic in America. Live down the street, been there three times but only two out of three times I actually received food. Ordered ice cream at 7:30pm and left at 8:35pm with nothing. Customer service is bad, food quality is bad, better off going out in town. Received cup with ice cream draining down the sides. "Fast" food? Ha!! I came here and all I wanted was a soda. The girl took my order and I waited 30 minutes!! They weren't crowded either, there were 6 cars there and only one carhop who didn't seem in any hurry. I almost gave up but I had been on the road 2 hours and was really craving a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper. I pushed the button after realizing it had been 30 min and the girl said "welcome to Sonic what can I get started for you?" I said "get started?! I've been waiting 30 min for a soda!!" Quite frankly this is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Not only that they NEVER get my order right! I once ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast, nothing crazy, and it arrived to me with NO cookie dough. I brought it back because I was TICKED and paid for extra cookie dough and they still didn't put cookie dough in it. I honestly debated throwing it at their window. Some of the people who work here are nice and others are complete idiots. They can't maintain their drive thru and the pull up orders so they often have the drive thru closed and you can count on being here at least 20 minutes even in non rush hours. This is a fantastic Sonic. I am type 1 diabetic and while on the freeway, my blood sugar dropped and I was forced to enter the base to find sugar to treat it. My friend and I knocked on the door of Sonic and we were helped by two FANTASTIC employees, Brenda and Francine. They were so accommodating to my circumstance and happily gave me a regular sugared soda to bring my blood sugar back up -- they were so kind. I really hope that the manager of this Sonic sees this and commends these two women because frankly, I would've have ended up in the hospital without them. This is not FAST food. Consistently, they do not have enough workers so it takes forever from time to order to delivery of food. It's ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes from push of button to delivery of my ONE cherry nerds slush. Luckily for them, it is one of the only fast food options. Our orders are almost always incorrect. 5 visits in a row, it took 5-10 minutes for them to answer over the intercom. It's just disappointing. Sonic is hit or miss when it comes to speed. I always have great customer service, but at times they could be short handed which makes the service slow. Drive-Thru is open sometimes but they are always available for car service and walk up. Make sure to tip the car hops, they work hard! The food is excellent. read more

Service is a hit or miss. The drinks are good and even better when ordered during happy hour since they are half off. The quality of the burgers are definitely better than McDonalds, but at the end of the day it's still fast food. The shakes are to die for! You do have to have a military ID to get to this location since its on base. read more

This afternoon my son ordered mozzarella sticks and they were dry and busted open and tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in days. If you go, hope that you get Paige helping you. She is attentive to your needs and knows what she is doing. While the food is typical fast food fare, she made up for it with her personality and wit. Was in the area & stopped for lunch. Waited 10+ minutes to order, paid by credit card so then I was stuck there waiting on our food which took 25+ minutes!!! I made sure to order condiments since it took so long to order & when the girl brought the order out she pretty much threw it in my car window & left, and guess what? No condiments. The popcorn chicken was hard & dried up, just gross. The frozen lemonade was way too sweet. Luckily the tots were good but that is not enough for us to ever return to Sonic. I waited almost an hour and kept hitting the button which no one was answering.. finally right as I was about to get out of the car I got brought a melted shake and they told me that it was on them because they forgot I was out there... are you serious?? That's just one horrid time there. Another was when I told then I got a vanilla shake instead of a peanut butter cheesecake one and the manager dug through my shake with my spoon to "prove me wrong" then was going to take a bite with the spoon I ate off of until I grabbed it and threw it away. It's a toss-up whether it'll be a good experience or a bad experience every time. There have been times where we've waited 20 minutes for our order to even be taken (even when they aren't super busy) and there have been times where we've gotten our order in less than 5 minutes. Half the time you get food that is cold and shakes that are half melted. On the other hand, half the time it's amazing! Sometimes the shakes are flavorful, sometimes they forget to put the ingredients in and you pay for vanilla ice cream in a cup. If you don't mind the surprise of what kind of service it will be then this Sonic is for you. I've never had stellar service; but, I've definitely had bad service here! If there were more options close I wouldn't come here as often as I do. All I'm saying is don't go out of your way to come to this one. read more
