This has got to be the SLOWEST Sonic I've been to anywhere. I just wanted some French toast sticks and a kids meal. We literally stayed in line over 30 minutes before ever getting to the window to pay. One thing I can say for that extremely long wait is my French toast sticks were fresh. Lol. The kids meal chicken strips were warm but not fresh. I honestly wish I could say we won't be going back, but we probably will as there are no other Sonic's around. This location is trash someone thought it'd be ok to steal my card information on 2/18 I came through the drive thru I thought it was weird they held my card for an extremely long time and only have it back when they handed me my order. I finally had enough when I was in the drive-they yesterday and the 2 cars ahead of me got their orders drove off and I was waiting T the speaker. I'm from Oklahoma, the home of Sonic. This one however is a disgrace to the name. For one the, stall wouldn't register on the app. Then when I got my Ultimate Meat and Cheese breakfast burrito... it wasn't even fully wrapped. Also they just threw everything in it. Nothing was mixed up, just tossed in there, the eggs were just this flat piece of egg. They didn't give me all the sauces I asked for and the fries were well overcooked. Watched 17 vehicles go through the drive-through.... This place views customer service to be the bottom rung of everything in life. For a low budget low quality "fast food" place , this location takes SLOW to a whole new level. When I first came in I noticed the drive-thru line was long so I thought since I'm only getting a drink I would go to one of the parking stalls. Sat in one of their stalls for about a good three minutes waiting and waiting for somebody to answer the switchboard so I can put in my order. I assumed it was broken so I backed out and pulled into the one next to it and again waited for about another three minutes, and nothing! I looked around and there were maybe two cars in the stalls but there was a long line at drive-thru. I'm hoping it's just that they're too busy with drive-through to get to anybody in the stalls. it's been a couple of year since I went to Sonic and I always loved getting a cheeseburger and thought they were great. I don't know if I'm remembering wrong or something changed but the burgers here are reminiscent of school hamburgers. Holy cow! Only missing one star because of wait time but four stars because the wait is worth it!!! My mother in law and I LOVE coming to this Sonic even though the wait can be a little long at times as they are a little understaffed, however the employees are extremely friendly and professional! I give Five (5) stars to Sonic! The food was Great and it was always made right. The employees were so friendly and welcoming that I would be happy to go back. Our last visit was last Tuesday around 7:30pm. My 7yr old son and I got excellent service.
