We drive up, and the young lady says it'll be a few seconds it was more like 5 minutes. Okay, that's fine, so then she walks out to the car and says I need you to pull up we're having issues. Okay, I pull up instantly she has an attitude huffy and puffy I Can Tell She's flustered and upset. So I told her number one what I wanted she gets flustered still and says, "Is that it, I said no, I'd like a number two as well. So, in the middle of all of this, we can hear what seems to be bantering going on inside the restaurant the young lady at the window is completely flustered it's written all over her face her attitude sucks. I'm trying to be understanding. So she hands me the soft drinks and then the shakes. And then says, "Have a good day. I look at her and say Our food."""". I know I didn't pay $25 and some change for two sodas and two shakes as I'm putting the shake down because the lid wasn't on it spilled everywhere. So I was upset dealing with that because she turned around and told what looks to be the manager. They can hear you the windows open. he didn't care. I don't know what was going on in there with the employees. I saw two sitting on their butts looking like they couldn't give a crap. The skinny guy that looked to be the manager looked stressed, and the young lady at the window was not handling any of it well. At this point, I got upset hands are covered in strawberries and ice cream all over my car side console and shift. I then tell her you really need to calm down and not let whatever is going on inside their affect you. Because it is coming through you here at the window. Whatever is going on with the manager or whoever doesn't let it affect your ability at the window. Because you're the one that looks bad, not the people inside acting fools. And yes, they continued even after I tried to give her advice. We stopped going there a few years ago. The employees all look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. And the food looked and tasted just like the employees looked disgusting. And I'm not saying that to be mean. When they remodeled it, they said it was Under New Management, and we thought, okay, we'll give them another chance." It was great until today. When we got home, the food we waited so long for was not even hot fries were cold. The hamburger looked black and dry like it had been sitting there forever, not hot or moist. It should have burned my mouth as long as we waited for our food type of hot or at least melted cheese.. Whoever owns this Sonics in Crawfordville, Florida. Please get better staff you're going to keep losing customers with employees like that. And if you've got cameras, I'd run them back if I were you. Stopped here for a quick dinner on a Tuesday night. There were about 8 vehicles in the lot which was a good sign - they were open !! We pulled in and decided what we wanted - pushed the button and someone came on the speaker fairly quickly asking us to hang in. In just a few minutes they came back and took our order. I requested a substitute condiment on one sandwich which we clarified 4 times. They were very pleasant and I felt like they had our order down. In just a few minutes the order was delivered to our car. The onion rings and tots were hot and fresh. The burgers looked like they were too- everythjng looked great - except for the burger with the condiment substitution! They missed it. I tried to push the button to get their attention but unfortunately they were all taking a break outside so I had to leave my vehicle and walk it up. They apologized and quickly remade my burger which was perfect. While we were sitting there eating I noticed a car pulled up next to us that also had a challenge getting them to answer the buzzer. I'm not sure if they are having technical issues or if they were outside again, but that is admittedly aggravating!! The food was good and they were very nice so I'm tempted to give them 4 stars but their lack of attention to their customers took them down slightly. There is a serious lack of communication in this sonic team. Every time I go here, I get the same order which involves mozzarella sticks *with ranch.* No matter how much I emphasize and clarify, I have never once gotten my ranch. It's so reliable, I've given up on the drivethru and I've started asking the server for ranch again after they fail to include it. I'm not even mad... I'm honestly impressed. I'm starting to think it's some kind of inside joke they're playing on me. I've legit ordered the same thing probably 20 times and I've never gotten ranch. It's crazy. Let's play a game. Next time this happens, I'll come back and take a star off. You guys get one star back every time you actually include my ranch the first time. read more

I hate to write negative reviews. But, this Sonic is sadly deserving. They got my Blast all over the outside of the cup, but barely cleaned it up. Then, they didn't even give me napkins so I could clean it up myself. Again, hate to say this, but I'll give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the Blast was pretty yummy with alot of cookie dough!! read more

One time they gave me a raw chicken. The manager told me that the next meal was on him. This morning went through and had to pay for my breakfast then get my sandwich without the bacon and I was the only person in the drive thru. Their slushes machine has been down for about 6 months or more..I feel that is for bad business..

I have been there twice, and both visits were terrible. The first time was with my brother's graduation and it was 9 o'clock approximately and they said where you park and order is closed, so we left. we I went today to get my sister a slushy I got myself a Reesie's blast and my dad got a French vanilla ice coffee The coffee was perfect the slushy was perfect and my blast was just whip cream. read more

Not good. Food came out like three minutes after we ordered it and it was cold. The milkshake was made very sloppy with ice cream all over the sides and cover. Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes after being prompted that the attendant would be right with me. I wanted to see exactly how long it would take but I decided to just bail on getting milkshakes and just go buy my own ice cream and make my own. i would just like to start off i was a employee at this crawfordville sonic. and would like everyone to know what is happening behind the doors. 1. the ice cream machine, the top part of the ice cream machine is filled filled ! with roaches that's why it is always down so they can clean out all the ice cream from the roaches that have fallin out of the top. 2. the management is horrible no matter how much they say the workers need to communicate no one does. one person will take orders and the rest don't really do anything that's why they put you on hold because most likely the person doing the window in the drive thru was told to answer and tell you to hold. over priced stuff for low quality. read more

I usually love Sonic. Hamburgers were over cooked and missing toppings (lettuce, tomatoes). Service was extremely slow. The only thing that kept this from being 1 Star was that the carhop did her best to make up for the slow service and poor quality of food. read more
