I usually enjoy Sonic, but this time was a letdown. I ordered a hotdog, and it came out completely burnt. The taste was awful--charred and dry, like it had been sitting there way too long. Me and my family just went here and we got the worst person ever!! I think her name was Sam. I don't know because she was talking really fast. When my sister ordered our food, the lady said every time after she ordered, "Is the that all??" In a very rude way. After we ordered cheese sticks, she already rung up our prices and gave us the total. She never asked if that was it. So we didn't even get what we wanted and totally got BAD service. This is probably the worst Sonic I have ever been to. First, the guy taking our order talked so fast you couldn't understand anything he was saying and he interrupted me every time I spoke. Our order came rather quickly, which is the only positive thing I can say about the place. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap meal with fries and my son order a ultimate chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken in both orders was horrible. My grilled chicken was so tuff I could barely chew it and my son's chicken fillet was ice cold and almost raw. The fries were hot but so greasy they were inedible. I would definitely say pass this place up and don't waste your money. read more

This is the worst Sonic ever. Twice I have gotten drinks with barely any flavoring. My husband and I both got slushies recently, and when I opened the lid, saw no grape syrup except around the edges....the entire middle was white, plain ice! That is terrible read more

You can barely understand the person on the speaker when they talk yet they are so loud you can hear them talking to a person three cars away, they only get your order correct about half the time, and the credit card machines have been being "repaired" for the entire year and a half that we have lived here. read more
