Ice cream was great as usual. This review is in reference to the service and the attitudes. .... I spoke up clearly about what I was ordering. While tryin to get the lady to listen , she stared at me blankly like i havent told her what i wanted. Anyway , that wasn't heard or I was ignored , cause my husband got the same thing. However , for some reason , the lady named Shelley tried to charge me more for the same thing my hubby ordered but just different flavors. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE !! .... so when I tried to yet again tell her what I said multiple times , she claimed i never said anything about it. But , i somehow got it figured out , got what I asked for and ate it. Just saying that her attitude sucked and she doesn't listen at all !! ~ let me add that we went in close to closing , probably 30-45 minutes till closing ; enough time to get drive there , get parked , get family out ( me , hubby , & our 2 kids ) , get inside , & order ; well , before we ordered & after ordering , just say during our entire visit , the associates were rushing to get done and get cleaned so they could get out in enough time. Well , during our visit before I was close to being done , the napkins dispenser on the counter was knocked off cause 1 of the rushing associates was cleaning super quick and trying to hurry up. The fall of the dispenser caused an extremely loud bang and explosion. The noise caused my hubby to flash back to being overseas with his PTSD & caused me to stop with what I was doing. I also have PTSD and mine is different , so it caused different reactions between us. On top of it all, my oldest daughter is special needs. The noise cause all of us to react differently. Terrible service the place had no cars in the drive through and we waited a few minutes for us to be acknowledge then we were told to pull up to the window for our order to be taken when we pulled up the employee was stating off then when she realized we were there she proceeded to try to take my order but couldn't understand when I asked for a double scoop ice cream cone I also provided the flavor I wanted then she went and got that gave me my total without asking if I wanted anything else when we told her we wanted a strawberry mango smoothie she pulled my ice cream back in the window then I proceeded to watch it drip down her hand she then stated I can mix strawberry and mango together to make a smoothie simply if your workers don't know what they are doing don't work them alone with someone who stays on the phone half a** cleaning and blocking the drive thru worst place to go to read more

Made into a hot fudge sundae makes it divine + hubby liked his snickers ice cream and couldn't believe how many choices there were + walking distance to our hotel - not a lot of mask wearing by customers or staff. Why all the hate for Baskin Robbins? Everytime I have been to this one in Dothan, it's always been a pleasant experience. I am a sucker for chocolate so that is what I usually gravitate towards especially the world class chocolate which is made with milk and white chocolate. They also have a special flavor each month and this month was Boston Creme Pie. I will say though that Baskin Robbins can be pricey when it comes to ice cream. But they make up for it with their app and email. The app had like 4 different coupons I could use today. If you sign up for their email list, they send coupons often. And for your birthday, they send you a free scoop. You can also list friends' and family's birthdays and they will send you a free scoop for theirs too! The Dothan location is kind of small and the parking lot is small. There is plenty of parking around though. read more

Paid $30 for a ice cream cake and the cake was old and stale. Emailed corporate and the owner M. Patel responded that he would not issue a refund or replace the cake but they learned from their mistake and hopefully we would give them another try. Never have I seen customer service this bad!! I have always had really good experiences at all Baskin Robbins locations, my only issue is that they are always out of the ice cream that I want... Chocolate Almond. Other than that it's great though. Good service and great ice cream. read more

They have bugs in the ice cream they treat their employees and customers rudely and when they have bugs in the ice cream they just take it out and put it in the freezer and don't need nothing about it or they say I'll just scoop out the bug and just leave the ice cream there and still serve it in the management will argue with the customers So I suggest not to go there or even work there read more

if i could id give it no stars. Worst employee and customer service award goes to this place. stood inside for 15 minutes before even being greeted. In that 15 minutes she decided to tell a customer over the headset that she couldn't wait on them because she had a lobby full of people so of course they drove off because hey shitty service. No manager in sight or if that was the manager yeah yall got some serious problems. Ended up with a line of people behind me and when I finally get up there in order she gets mad because I don't know that you're supposed to choose what type of ice cream comes in the Martian creature creation and she does the hurry up hand gesture at me and when people won't move so that I can look at the flavors because I don't know what my child wants i cant answer her and so then the people behind us were mad so they said something to me like "hurry up we don't have all day". at that point we just walked out. I dont have any patience for someone who is ugly and nasty to a guest. Will not be back. This was the worst experience of all. I will never go back to this establishment again. I asked specifically for a banana split with no bananas. Simple right just take them out. (I am pregnant so that's exactly what I wanted) the young lady seemed to have an issue understanding the concept. So she stated a 3 scoop sundae my husband told her sure. It was nothing like what i wanted. When we went to order the Chocolate chip cookie dough sundae which has specific ingredients described online. She also failed to grasped that concept and gave us something that was completely different from what is listed. I walked in this Baskin Robins to get a ice cream cone and as I was looking in the case I saw a roach crawling inside the ice cream case, crawling up the ice cream. I pointed out to the employee on duty and she simply said oh I am new and this is my first night on shift by myself and acted if she didn't know what to do. She didn't not kill the roach instead she continued to serve ice cream out the drive thru window. read more

I'd love to give a review on the quality of the ice cream but when we (including a visibly pregnant lady) pulled up 4 minutes before close the sign was turned off and the doors were locked. We pulled around to the drive thru where another customer was being served and were told the restaurant is not allowed to serve after 9:57. Disappointing. read more

I used to remember Baskin Robbins having GOOD ice cream...the pecans in the butter pecan were not crunchy (the best is Hudsonville Butter Pecan)....but the woman was grouchy....no one welcomed us...we seemed more of a hassle than a customer! read more
