I normal like Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, on this particular day I ordered 1 large Turkey Bacon Sandwich and 1 Small Tuna on wheat bread, and a bowl of Chili. I will take some of the blame for this because I should have checked my order. When I got home the only thing that was correct was the Chili. Instead I got a ham, turkey and cheese with way to much mayo. The other was a spicy chicken sandwich. I couldn't have returned it, but it was quite a drive. The food is amazing at this store. The staff are always welcoming when you walk in. Clean, tidy and well organize as far as I could see. There's was a man that was working there the last time I came in, (Sunday, March 19th at around 1500... give or take, he was very personable and fun to chat with. Excellent experience all-in-all. Wow been a long time since I've been to firehouse in enterprise. Will my last, ask for turkey salad ad was told they only have hook and ladder salads? Ask for a.turkey and Swiss salad and I had to explain its an engineer with no mushrooms. I used to like firehouse, but some fast food run their course then fade away. Seems to do alot of laughing behind the counter, wonder why. Took awhile to get meals. read more

I have eaten at the first firehouse before they were famous and this place would not pass the muster! Subs barely had anything on them at all, service is horrible. The employees are extremely rude and act like you should know what you want before you get to the place. My wife has never been in one, and I assured her it was far better than subway. Yea.. she will never go back to another firehouse again. I have no clue what is up with the massive amount of pickles in the tuna salad either, I mean it was nasty! read more

These subs are spectacular. Something I crave and will definately miss when we leave Enterprise. Good family atmosphere and reasonably priced as well. Their food is SO good. The resturant is always clean and the staff is pretty friendly. Check it out if you are new in town, or if you are looking for somewhere different to get food from. (We tend to just eat there because the subs tend to get very soggy when you order them to go.) read more

Very good hot subs. They also offer chili and there are a vast array of hot sauces to choose from. Staff is always pretty friendly. They automatically put onions on your sandwich and I really hate (raw) onions - my only complaint is that more than once I have asked them to leave the onions off and they have forgotten. This location is the worst. Went in there and tried to get my birthday sub. Refused to let me get it and then I tried to use my points for a free sub. Well I was told I could not use my points either and I would have to pay for a sub. Before that happened the cashier was told to go check the tea by the owner even though I was standing there waiting to order. She then ignored the fact that I was standing there for several minutes before she took my order. I walked out and will not be back.i deleted the app off my phone, tore up any coupons I had for there, and next I'm going to complain to corporate about the very bad experience I had. Don't eat at the Firehouse Subs in Enterprise. The service is not good. They charge $1.69 for a cup tap water. Tap water, really. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Ordered a simple turkey club to go for dinner after a 12 hour work day. Drove 20mins back to my hotel, settled in and open my sandwich, only to find out its not even close to what I ordered. Drove the 20 minutes back and told them I got the wrong sandwich. The guy behind the counter said sorry, he accidentally gave me the wrong persons sandwich. He gives me a new one, I drive back to the hotel, open my sandwich, and it's definitely mine.... It's the same one they made me over an hour ago. It's soggy like it just got fished out of the water. I will never be going back to a firehouse ever again read more

If I could give it a zero I would. The food was okay, the staff was friendly but the owner/manager was rude and boorish. I had my young granddaughter and was trying to keep her entertained and order simultaneously. The cashier taking my order was being very kind. She offered the baby a fire hat. While dealing with the baby and trying to order the old grumpy guy said something I thought was directed at me. When I asked what he said he repeated it, 'I'd like to get the order sometime this week!'. I apologized and began ordering. There had been NO ONE in line behind me. A gentleman walked up as this exchange was occurring. The grumpy old guy told him to give him what he wanted and he'd get it in first so he wouldn't have to wait on us. I was so upset that I can't tell you if the food was good or not. I was humiliated and felt worse because the woman cashier was publicly chastised because of me.
