It was cool. The Arnold palmer, my signature drink was on point. I ordered the Bacon ranch quesadilla which was cool. The peppers and lettuce and things were on the side so I found myself opening the quesadilla up to put the condiments in there. The sauce that came with it was good too i believe it was a chipotle ranch. However as stated, really the onlyvthing that was in the quesadilla was chicken and lots of cheese. The waitress was ok. After not being able to get seated at another local restaurant due to limited staff, I came here. The staff here said they too were having staffing problems as workers were opting to collect unemployment with the stimulus bonus tacked on. But on my visit, they were staff to handle customers. I decided to dine at the bar for quicker service. I just ordered a beer...but was sold on their two-for-one special...two 10 oz beers. I ordered up a half order of their Texas Cheese Fries...my go-to order when I'm short on time. My fries could have been cooked a little more but we're OK. Average service from the staff with pandemic protocols being lightly followed, plenty TV monitors in the bar area, and plenty of parking available. Nothing special to report on this place. read more

We were partying for an arrived on a Saturday night around 5 PM. The place was pretty busy but we were able to get seated right away. The majority of the party ended up doing a half rack of ribs and various sides. The biggest complaint they had was that the ribs were incredibly tiny. I opted for the southwest salad and while the salad was good it was drenched and dressing and that's an understatement it really was more swimming and dressing. I also had very little salad, which was probably caused by some of the supply chain issues being experienced around the world, but to make up for it I had a ton of pico de gallo. The last time I had Chili's was in Korea, about 10 years ago! Friends and I went to Chili's in Dothan before a movie. My friend told me the salsa was just about the best she's had, which was hard for me to believe. Well, she was right! Not only was the salsa AMAZING, the chips are thin, crispy and salty! I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe burger. It was SO good! It had a little heat to it and was BIG! I ended up taking half home with me. The fries were delicious too. I also took salsa home and our server brought me a whole bag of chips to go with them. Our server was GREAT but we needed to leave in order to get to our movie and it took awhile to get our bill. Ordered online for be delivered curbside. I arrived on time and submitted via text which spot I was parked at, as instructed by Chili's text. I immediately received a response that my order will be out curbside. Waited another 5-10 minutes and finally went inside to see what was taking so long. Lady at register greeted me, while another female worker was leaning into the counter on her phone, completely ignoring paying customers. I did curbside for a reason, if I wanted to walk into a public place, I would have requested a table. Cashier gave me my order. Did not give any explanation as to why no one brought my order to my vehicle as instructed. It was a light rain that night but nothing to cause any harm to employees. By the time I was able to eat, my food was cold and my drink was watered down. And you wonder why no one wants to tip workers anymore...do better Chili's. Stayed at the Fairfield behind this Chili's and was honestly going to just get a take-out meal. I walked in on a Monday around 9pm-ish and it was dead. I decided to stay and have a drink and dinner. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. I had a fruit punch rum drink and one short beer and was feeling pretty good. The food arrived after about 10 minutes and it was nuclear-hot. After letting it cool off, it was good, but a little too over-spiced for my taste. Ate at the bar, traveling and stopped in for dinner and to watch March Madness games. Bartender was great! Friendly, attentive, and offered meal recommendations and had impressive tech skills! There were 6 tv screens and way more than 6 remotes!!! He was abele to find the games we were interested in watching!!!Entertaining and friendly people to visit with at the bar. Two in my party got the southwestern egg rolls. They look like they were left over from the night before, very dried out and greasy. Their order came and I had to get another waiter to find out what had happened to my side Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was iceberg and the chicken was cold and tasteless and there was barely any parmesan cheese on it. We had to ask three different times to three different people to get another glass of iced tea. The service was bad and the food was bad. I would give it no stars if that were an option. And they weren't that busy. I've been here many times to this same restaurant and it's never been this bad. I hope they get better or I won't be going back. read more

A completely overrated restaurant. I ordered through DoorDash and rarely ever have issues with doordash so I don't think it was the delivery that was the issue. First off my carry out box wasn't closed it was broken and DIDNT EVEN COME EITH SILVERWARE. I have a general rule about not reviewing franchise/chain restaurants because they are generally the same as they are anywhere and most people have their own expectations and assumptions about them which are usually correct. The weekend, daytime bartender at this chili's is freakin fantastic and I just had to comment on it since great service has been really hard to come by in Lower Alabama. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being invasive and he seemed well-liked by the patrons across the board. He had a whole bunch of conversations going on about completely diverse topics and truly seemed to enjoy what he was doing. You know what you are gonna get there in terms of quality and originality of food - but the service with this bartender was an awesome surprise (we have both been twice now when he was working and he is def. consistent!). read more

Chili's has become what every good nationwide chain restaurant should be: consistently good. It's not great nor super cheap, but the food quality is very good and the service is always fast--My wife and I love the checkout kiosks since we can just pay and leave on our own time. The weekend bartender was very attentive and nice. Now for the real reason I felt compelled to write a review. They are touting the new sweet and smoky burger. The sauce was not smoky at all. Worst service and food of my life. If I could give it 0 starts I would. Me and my husband had never been before. we walked in and were seated, and it took about 10 minutes for us to even get drinks which were a sweet tea and a strawberry lemonade. Lemonade wasn't good and the "sweet tea" was unsweetened tea. The server left us some chips and salsa and the chips were greasy and stale. About 10 more minutes passed and our server finally came back and asked us if we were ready to order. We asked for a sweet tea instead of the unsweetened and began to order. Took the server 20 min to put in the order and he never came back with the replacement drink. Walked by us multiple times along with other severs too. Cleaning off tables and such. Nobody ever came back. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. We will not be back and I will suggest that nobody else put their money into this "restaurant" read more
