I'm just going to say Sonic is Sonic. It's not gourmet, it's fast food. Seems like you live or hate Sonic. I fall in-between. I do love the fresh fruit slushees. We stopped for their hot dog special. I'm not a big hot dog guy, but a cheap lunch especially when you're in a hurry Sonic is there. Sometimes. Service was ok. Seemed a bit slow but was fairly full. Our hot dogs came to us cold. You know we like Sonic drinks so we go often but unfortunately every time we use the drive thru something is missing. Straws, napkins, sauces, etc. I try to check but if I miss it like I did yesterday, I have to go get in line all over again, which is a big hassle. The drinks and food are always fresh and tasty. Just the service and checking the orders needs improvement. Also, happy hour every day 2-4 for half off drinks is a great deal! And sign up for the app for more discounts. read more

Ordered dinner on the app. Submitted when I arrived at the restaurant. After waiting 30 mins I pushed the button. Girl asked my name and what was on the order. Told her and she said it had been sitting there and would be right out. Order came and we went home to eat it. Almost everything was wrong. Diet cherry was not in the Coke Zero. Onions not on one of the burgers. 4 pickle fries in the order and no ranch dressing came with them as it should. Large order of onion rings had only 4 in the bag and they were all beyond overcooked. None of the sauces or ketchup were in the bag. I doubt I will ever go back as they obviously don't give a damn about serving their customers good quality hit orders. Love coming to Sonic especially when I'm craving the chili foot long cheese dog. Omg these things are the best plus you gotta get the tater tots as well. Everything is so good and is made to order. I don't know why I even bother to keep giving them a try. They are the slowest and have never gotten my order correct. It's like I spoke a different language when I asked for the cheese sauce that goes with the pretzel and the marinara sauce to go with my mozzarella sticks. I work in Farmington and frequent this location multiple days a week. I have noticed a downward trend at this location. I ordered food and it has taken almost 20 minutes. I came thru the drive thru after 2. The prices are not correct on the menu. It took 20 minutes for a plain burger and fries. I know it does not take 20 minutes to cook a frozen patty. This is my problem. Of all the fast food burger places, sonic is the only one I like. But this sonic has the absolute worst customer service of any fast food place I've ever been. But I keep going back because of both convenience and again, I like the food. Literally 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong. I don't make orders that are confusing. Like a #2 with no pickles is a standard order of mine. Always wrong. One time they even forgot to put chicken on my chicken sandwich! This place is in desperate need of new management. Maybe hire an adult instead of 16 year old kids as managers. I definitely recommend that you check your order before you leave. Because I guarantee you it's probably wrong. On a side note, if you're ordering food for 6 to 10 people, DON'T GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! It's rude, and they're not smart enough to pull you forward to keep the rest of the line moving. read more

It's been 15 minutes, 2 burgers, fries and a grilled cheese. If it wasn't for promising my 2 year old fries I'd leave. This isn't the first time it's taken forever at this location. Another 5-6 minutes later ice cold fries, and a very cranky toddler. Sent fires back and while I'm waiting a bunch of teens look like they are having a party in there at least 2 guys not in sonic uniform, no wonder food is taking forever to come out. read more

Always happy with this sonic. Great malts and breakfast burritos. Usually pretty fast and have never had a messed up order.
