This was one of the best grilled style chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time. Grilled chicken seems to be difficult to find these days. The cashier was super friendly, helpful, and in good spirits. Actually, every employee we spoke to was friendly. The establishment was very clean and tidy. I love their touchless garbage cans. I'm on a very particular diet and didn't realize my sandwich came with a wheat style bun. They were kind enough to let me get a regular white bun. It was very much appreciated. It's hard for me to find something to eat at very many places these days, but they did a great job. I will be back. Thanks y'all read more

To get a 2 chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese it took over an hour. I never got my Mac and cheese after they made me re-order 4 times. After standing for 20 mins at the counter the staff told me my food was free, then proceeded to call me back to make me pay. There was multiple people that had issues when I was there. Had to give away my first born child just to get extra mayo here. I got 3 entries and an order of nuggets but was told I could only have two packets. Chick-fil-a always delivers fast service with a friendly smile! This place has the best fast food! They have a menu that focuses on chicken and they deliver a moist, juicy, tender bite of southern comfort. I have not been to a single Chick-fil-a that is not packed in the drive thru. They try to get your order fast I just wish more sites would open! read more

I've been a life long chic fil a lover. My experiences are usually great. However, at this location on Razorback Road an employee named Cassidy took my order and as my payment was processing she took time out of her day to ask how I was doing. My friend passed away recently, and I've been struggling with it. I said "I'm doing okay how about you?" And she said "I'm doing pretty well." And when I'm my payment completed she looked at me so genuinely and said I hope you feel better. It may not sound like much, but she made me feel seen. I've been to this Chick-fil-A a handful of times and it's always backed out into the road. not only is the traffic awful to get in there the food is NEVER fresh. I've also been sick from it the past two times I've ate it. both times getting completely different things. the chicken is tuff and the fries taste like cardboard. don't go unless you want to almost get in a wreck getting in and out and be sick all day after eating it. Took more than an hour to get a milk shake and fry ordered online . Staff was rude and thought they lost my order twice then they had to remake it which took another 15 minutes then they handed me the wrong order. I was asked to pull forward then waited another 20 minutes then they repeated to ask me what my order was again. There was no explanation as to why it took this long and I watched multiple large orders be carried out before my food was brought to me. When i finally got my order my sauces were not in the bag, the fries were cold, and the shake was melted. Was not worth stopping traffic on MLK. And wasted a lot of time. read more

Disappointed in this establishment. For being a fast food restaurant, and one of the best, this is unacceptable. The past 5 times I have been to this chick fil a, my order has been wrong. They have messed it up all 5 times. I have also had problems with them about breakfast. I have ordered breakfast at 10:15, and went to pick up my order after 10:30 and they would not give it to me because breakfast was over. I have had multiple other locations hold my breakfast for me passed 10:30 so that I still get my meal. If I ever choose to dine at a Chick Fil A ever again, it sure as hell won't be this location. My chicken sandwich was very dry and disgusting and the influx of employees outside the drive through went against my introvert nature. How many intelligent college students does it take to get my order. I choose drive through to avoid human interaction. Went in to order food for my family. After being at a Lady Razorback Softballs game. The employees were VERY RUDE and had poor attitudes towards. All of the guest trying to order a to go order. Because the drive threw line was backed up to the main road. From what I saw with the managers, they also had a bad attitude towards the customers. This is the WORST service I have ever had at any Chick Fil A I have visited. And we have been to a lot since my child played travel ball. I feel the owner or district manager needs to offer customer service training to all of the management and employees. Cause I never seen such rude and poor attitudes towards customers. read more

Been to hundreds of Chick-fil-a's around the country and this is by far the worst run restaurant that I have ever been to. Took 34 minutes to get our carry out order, told the dinner closes at 6 and it was only 5:20?! When we finally did get our food, they were rude and dismissive. read more

You can't beat a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The drive thru is usually quick, since they have several people outside taking orders. Great place to go through the drive thru if you're in a hurry. read more

Drew at the cash register was so kind & his voice instantly made me want to buy more chicken!! This is a great CFA because it's close to campus & super friendly. However the past 2 times I've been have been kind of slow. My family and I just left this chick-fil-a, and every single worker seemed to hate their life. I asked for a large drink instead of a medium and the employee argued with me. Meanwhile, every other employee couldn't even respond with a simple, "My pleasure." I am sure I will be back to this chick-fil-a, but I wont be going back super early JUST CAME BACK TO THIS CFA: my cashier inside ( ) refused to take my $10.15 for to pay for meal that was $8.15 because she didn't know how to give me change for that. Never had a bad experience here. Only messed up order one time ever. Drive thru takes a little getting used to but it's not bad at all. I honestly think their food is great. I think some of the bad reviews are more political biased more than actual experience. Food is always warm and never had stale bread like some other places. Always sad on a Sunday when we try and go and they are closed. The whole family is like "nooooooooo". You'd think we'd learn by now. Lol read more

I hate myself every time I'm in line because I know that it isn't going to be worth the headache (but I'm a hoe for some Chick-fil-A) It is the only one near me so I have to go here but it the the worst.
