This is the absolute worst Sonic I've ever been to. The orders are always wrong and the food is always cold or not cooked all the way. We have gotten pink burgers as well as half cooked bacon from here numerous times. The chicken is so tough you can't chew it and the ice cream is always way too thin. Customer service is lacking at Florence location. Orders are always wrong regardless of on menu simple orders and/or special request.

I'm still trying to eat the popcorn chicken they sent me, but I don't think I can finish the box due to it being 80% batter and literally no chicken in every bite. However, the cheese sticks came out nice, very juicy and hot! I recommend trying the Limeade, it's a new favorite of mine. That's why I gave this place two stars. Will not be ordering the popcorn chicken ever again. Ruined a great classic sonic meal for me. read more

I gave this Sonic 3 stars as the food was great and the server Ashlyn was friendly and sweet. However my family had a issue with their original drive thru employee who will remained unnamed said employee and one of my children who also worked there was counseled on issue and thought all was resolved however she refused to take my order. Just picked an order here; burgers were cold.....tasted like the had been pre-cooked & weren't warmed up. Very disappointed

We placed our order and they brought it out, we noticed we were missing 2 drinks (Slushes) and a food item so we pushed the button to let them know the items that were missing, we were told they'd be right out. A few minutes passes then someone comes out and says that they had connected the coke to the slushy machine so they were cleaning it out and it would be just a few minute and they'd have them out. We continue waiting, but then pushed the button to ask for a time update and were told they had finished and it would be 5 minutes. After waiting 20 more minutes we again push the button to check. Someone then comes out and says, oh the manager was supposed to come talk to you because the machine isn't working, I'm sorry he never came out. We then requested he come speak to us, he came out and then proceeded to try and explain why the machine was not working. I quickly let him know that I didn't care that it was not working I cared that they brought our order out missing items hoping we wouldn't notice and then rather than offer a refund for those items or substitute for another drink they left us sitting there waiting for over an hour with our food getting cold and drinks melting as we we're picking up food to take to eat with others and now our stuff was trash and they knew all along what they were doing and kept putting us off hoping we'd just give up. We then gave back the food as it was now going to be cold and soggy and requested a refund which he was unable to do and told us because we ordered through the app we'd have to call the customer service line, we did and were told it'd take 6-7 business for our refund. So after over an hour of waiting we left with nothing and waiting a week for a refund. read more

The management team at this sonic is top of the line. They are highly trained and very nice. The food is always hot. Just watching the carhops happily skating makes the soul feel good. read more

My carhop was a young girl named Hannah and she was amazing! So sweet. My food got messed up so I called back in and they Hannah and this girl named Malissa came out with her ans Malissa was very rude laughing about my food being messed up and Hannah took care of my food and brought me out my right order.. We was leaving and my husband seen the order was wrong AGAIN! I turned around and pulled up ans seen Malissa laughing in the window so I called back and she proceeds to yell at me over the speaker and laughing. I got my order right and called the owner Lee. They gave me some coupons on things that were expired! This place needs to be shut down. Kids working there need to quit. read more

Everytime I go there my order is always wrong. My son gets a hamburger with only meat and mustard. They always put cheese on it and last time it took 3 hamburgers before they got it right. The only thing I love is their ice cream cones. read more
