Tom the owner was very gracious and sit and talked to us for about 45 minutes. Great guy. We had fried pies in hot springs Arkansas and Tom's was a disappointing. To our likes they was over fried and oily.

Visiting from out of state. What a tasty place for lunch. I got the meal with fruit pie, meat pie, and a side. Made, hot, and fresh..I am sure they are all delicious The person helping at the counter was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The in restaurant dinner area was quite for eating, plus we enjoyed tic-tac-toe while we wait.

Delicious savory and sweet pies, good cole slaw also. Friendly service also! Highly recommend!

Stopped by Tom's today to pick up some Pies to bring home for my family. I love their fun little restaurant. They have a neat patio area with games, and the inside is decorated with license plates and vintage decor. This is one of those places that doesn't have a million options, but what they have (Pies!) they do right. Tonight we had the Roagie & the Tex Mex meat pies. I also purchased some Apple & Peach pies for dessert. The cashier was very helpful and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. When I got home I rewarmed the pies in the air fryer and they were a hit with the family. This was an easy and delicious dinner!

I have always wanted to stop and try Tom's Fried Pies and finally I got the chance to. I got the chicken and Broccoli pie and the blackberry pie. I learned from Tom, himself, that he cooks the pies in peanut oil. The recipes were his mother's but were tweaked by his wife. The crust is delicious and the pies come out hot. Hubs got the peach pie and the Roagie. He loved them both but the peach was his favorite. Tom came and talk to us and totally won us over.. He is a super friendly older gentlemen with plans to add a food truck! We will be back to try the other flavors!

Amazing pies and friendly service in a fun little restaurant - dine in or take out. Love the food and decor. There's a surprising amount of seating both inside and on the covered patio out front.

These pies are indescribably delicious!! Order them by the dozen, it is so worth it!

I am so glad that my husband passes Tom's Pies when he's on the road traveling. They are made fresh to order and are beyond delicious. Their new location has quite a bit of charm. I just hate that they were out of chocolate pies tonight as that is always one of our favorites. We always order: pizza, chicken & vegetable, chicken & broccoli, roagie, and Tex Mex. The dessert pies are always a must as well. We love the peach, blackberry, chocolate, pecan, and sweet potato. These pies travel well since he usually buys a few dozen and brings them back to Birmingham and they're amazing heated up. Tonight, we get to enjoy freshly made in their new restaurant. It's definitely a gem in Mississippi!

We knew when we walked through the door that we had picked the right place. Filled with locals and the aroma of fresh home cooking. "Mama's" son immediately struck up a conversation with us. Where we were traveling to? Where we were from? He thanked us for stopping in to eat with them and even sent over a sample of bread pudding for us to try. (We're from Louisiana--bread pudding is a big deal there). The bread pudding was delicious. It was different than what we have in Louisiana. The "greens" were perfectly seasoned-not even a hint of bitterness. The jalapeño cornbread was great and the chicken was fried to perfection. I would definitely go back. The food was delicious and the Southern Hospitality was off the charts.

The sides were okay too. Lunch envy - sampled the boss's fried chicken and it was pretty good and everyone said they loved the pork chop. The boss threw away her strawberry cake, said it was dry and didn't taste good, but the kids liked the cheesecake. The line was out the door and service isn't the quickest, but wasn't that overly long. I guess if you had to sit and order your food it would be longer than the system they used to serve food. For the price and what you get/what it is it was definitely worth the stop and I would go back and try different meals.

I've had the dinner buffet before and it is really good as well!! Everything was seasoned well. I didn't eat anything that I didn't enjoy. I love how my drink was still cold because of the cup to they serve the drinks in. The ambiance is very family style and it is good for big groups. We had a group of 20 and we were accommodated well. Now here's for the breakdown of the buffet that I can remember. Meats: catfish, pork chops, chicken, blackened catfish, fried liver, bbq chicken, fried shrimp, and pot roast Sides and veggies: greens, black eyed peas, fried okra corn, fried green tomatoes, rice (sorta like a dirty rice), mashed potatoes, yams, hush puppies, mac &cheese, Mexican corn bread, regular corn bread, corn salad, salad bar, pasta salad, etc Desserts: plenty were available. I got the banana pudding and it was tasty Listen, check out Berry's seafood the next time you are in this part of Mississippi!!! They have crab legs during dinner hoursp

After a successful purchase and a hemorrhaging from my credit card, we opted to celebrate the occasion with a meal. And Lo and behold Table 100 was just across the street from where we were. Ambiance 4 Stars - as you walk into the establishment, you are transported back where the warm wood interior, cozy white table cloth tables or booths, high end bar drinks, and classy servers in their white or black attire are waiting to serve you. There plenty of tables and booths to seat a plentiful of patrons. And if you need a little bit more private, you can request a private room depending how many are in the party. 4.5 Stars - Service: our server, Andrew was wonderful, professional and has a great sense of humor. We bantered throughout our dinner but the conversation never crossed over to make anyone uncomfortable. He was observant of our needs and when to bring our next course. Our glasses stayed full with our beverage. 4.25 Stars - Food We ordered from the dinner menu instead of lunch due to our timing at 3:00. Let's just call it "Linner". Haha. 4 Stars - Grilled Swordfish- My wife ordered the dish and came with a decent size grilled swordfish fish, sauté spinach, creamed mash potatoes, and a beurre blanc sauce (lemon, butter and dry white wine). The swordfish was thick and moist; not dry at all. The beurre blanc balanced the bland spinach and the seasoned swordfish. The creamed potatoes were creamy, buttery's and not too salty. 3.75 Stars - Pan seared Redfish with cube fried potatoes, sauté green beans, beurre blanc sauce and top w a Chilean tomato salsa. The redfish was moist and tasty but I wish it had a little bit seared on it for a crunchy factor. The cubed potatoes were good but nothing to write about. The fresh sauté green beans could have a bit more garlic butter. 3.5 Stars Side dish: Deep Fried Brussel Sprouts. Hot, steamy and fresh. Has a slight crunch on the exterior leaves and was seasoned w a sprinkle of salt. 3.75 Dessert: Crème Brûlée and coffee. The crème brûlée crust was crunchy and the vanilla egg custard was good and smooth. It would have been better was a scoop of fresh whipped cream to go with the fresh fruit and crunchy layer. 5 Stars - French pressed Italian coffee. The coffee was a highlight of the dessert. It was hot, fresh, and strong. Just like an Italian coffee should be. It was between an espresso and caffe' Americano. Our, server, Andrew did a wonderful job on the coffee! I definitely recommend this place and we will be back. Don't forget to ask for Andrew, if he is available.
