After waiting 15 minutes and not receiving y drink I press for service and waited another 5 minutes. After paying for my drink and waiting 20 minutes I drove off. I'm going to review this location after thirty-plus visits. Since moving to Floresville in February from New Braunfels, TX, we've stopped here for the Iced Tea and meals for the family. Last night we ordered; One #1 W/ Tots- a #3 W/ fries- a #7 w/ fries - and three corn dogs. we received one number one with Tots, one number three no fries, one number seven no fries, three corn dogs and for some odd reason a chicken sandwich. The only reason is, I decided to post this was to celebrate the new ownership of this location. One of the largest franchise owners in the United States has purchased this location. Speaking to the new general manager, and her extremely professional sidekick I could not be more excited for the future of this location. It's obvious that the previous management and franchise owner had given up and the lack of training of the remaining employees was quite obvious I wish the new management and franchisee all the luck and I hope you put the Texas back into the sonic. I recently went to sonic and their service was horrible. We ordered an online pickup order at 10:31pm. We got there and checked in. 30 mins go by and no one has came out. Five mins before they close, all their lights go out. My partner went to the door to see if we could get our drinks cause we had been waiting for 30 mins. He's there knocking, and all the employees ignore. I start calling the store and when they answer, no one talks? So he's there at the door and sees our 3 simple drink that they could've brought out, on the counter. One of the workers opens it and tastes it and then starts dumping them into the sink. Of course they're smiling and laughing doing it. As I'm still calling, no one talks. Apparently this has been happening to some people lately. There were I think 6 workers working there that night. Management is horrible cause if a manager is gonna be closing out for the night and doing that, then your store is gonna go down hill. I do know who some do these individuals were, but Horrible service, horrible employees and management, never received our order (which was 3 simple drinks). Zero stars. Don't go here. We waited 45 minutes for shakes. They were soupy when they came to us, clearly had been sitting a while. Staff was EXTREMELY rude. The car hop told me the shakes had just been made and that they were correct despite the fact that all were white and 2 were supposed to be chocolate. Staff wanted to argue with me so they finally got the manager who apparently was sitting in the back office doing nothing. He told me that the shakes probably were just not mixed and that is why they were white. It turned out that the shakes, in fact, not mixed as my oreo chocolate shake had no oreos or chocolate mixed--it was all at the bottom of my cup. Same with the plain chocolate shake, it wasn't mixed. I placed an online order for 4 blast, a slushie, and a RT44 coke, I got their to pick it up and everything was completely melted, when I called her back to tell her about it, I said "hey I got my order and it's melted" and over the speaker she said "yeah you put the order in 40mins ago and you're just now here to pick it up that's why it's melted I even had to move it off the table, next time i would put the order in before you get here" I live 20mins from the sonic and I'm pretty sure their not even supposed to make it till I check in but I said okay can you remake it and she said" well I don't know because it was a lot of ice cream so lemme go ask my GM" again I said okay, she took the order to remake it and brought it back and told me to set a timer next time , I said alright and went home but realized when I got home that the shit was STILL melted. she was very rude, no customer service skills AT ALL. so if anyone knows the number for hr please lmk. This Sonic has the best Sonic employee I've ever seen. This guy was so over the top with customer service- hustling to every car, telling everyone to have a Soneriffic Sonictastic day. He apologized profusely for having to bring other people their food first, and offered extra mints and napkins to make up for it. Not that I minded people who showed up before me getting their food first! The food was average for a Sonic- tater tots, a burger with mayo OR mustard, and a cherry limeade. The food was served hot and fast. The location is easy to access, right in Floresville, right off the highway. I really only wish I could remember the employee's name, but alas, I don't. read more

This location has always taken forever even for simple drink orders, even pre-covid days of low number of employees. The slushes we ordered were basically halfway melted by the time we got them. I do not recommend this location. I would say try Dairy Queen but their wait is long as well due to limited employees. read more

2 weeks ago went to sonic for a cheeseburger and we're told that it would be closing at 8pm and the time was 7:45pm and we're told that they couldn't take our order because it was closing and needed the 15 minutes for cooling the burners! Today we went again and ordered a cheeseburger and Tatar tots and when we got the order the tatars were cold and burger were cold and the meat was hard like they have sat under the heating lamp too long. Taters were cold and c/o to the worker and he responded with the outside of the box is warm and took the taters back and when he returned with taters they were hot but then noticed that the taters he had taken back were the same ones I had taken a bit were re- heated and brought back to me! No one seems to care about infection control was used and should of been thrown out and not reheated. I will not be going there again! read more

I since I was waiting other cars pulled up and they took their order. I was in (stale 1) last time I got just a drink took over 30 min, just for a slush which said they delivered to me, I had to page them again (which I got it free). They need to be more organized. They are all running like chicken with their head cut off.. and fix these damm machines they can't hear shit.. then while waiting now over 35! Very disappointed with the food we purchased today. Ordered 2 #7 Coney chilli cheese dogs. Asked that they add onions. We get home no onions and few spoonfuls of chilli, with very little cheese. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant in my life. The older woman whose name I didn't get came out of nowhere pratically running to my vehicle SCREAMING at me that the sound systems didn't work and to stop speaking so softly. (I was speaking normally). ...I've noticed that all of the drive thru kiosks are roped off now so it was obviously a technical problem on this terrible company's fault but it by no means excuses her over the top behavior. I thought I was being punked. I was honestly scared when she so aggressively approached my vehicle and screamed. If I had my pepper spray on me that day I would have grabbed it and contemplated spraying her for protection. oh and OF COURSE she didn't have on a mask nor did she social distance as she held my vehicle's door open (why did she feel entitled to touch my property?) while she yelled and spit on me when she was screaming..she spat on me DURING A PANDEMIC. I'm glad in reading the reviews that I am not the only one who had a horrible customer service experience. Whoever that mean woman is needs to be fired. I've stopped here a few times and the food is what you'd expect. That's not the issue, the issue is the attitude given off by the people that take the orders. One girl in particular, her name is Rihanna (or some variation) is very blunt, and very quick. Now, normally I would chalk this up to them being busy, but I'm sad to say there was only myself and a couple other vehicles parked at the drive in.
